1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Electric Safety
Installation and operation must be in accordance with electric safety standards.
Transportation Precautions
Avoid strong vibration during transportation, storage, and installation.
Installation Precautions
Never pan and/or tilt the camera by hand otherwise mechanical issues might occur.
This camera is designed to be installed in a flat surface such as desktop or ceiling
mount and not in any kind of slantways.
Do not clean the camera with corrosive liquids to avoid damaging the surface which
is made up of organic material. Make sure the camera has enough clearance for pan
and/or tilt.
Never power on the camera before the installation is completed.
Power Supply
The camera should be PoE powered or supplied with DC ±12V with a max electrical
current of 2A. Please check the below illustration for polarity details.

The warranty will be void after any unauthorized modification or dismantling.
ATTENTION
Electromagnetic filed under certain levels might affect the camera image!

2.2.Initial configuration
1) Connect the camera LAN port to a PoE powered network switch or connect
the supplied DC12V power supply adapter.
2) Once connected to power, power LED will it on and remote control
acknowledge LED will blink, the camera will pan from the left to the right and
then goes to the HOME position (intermediate position of both horizontal and
vertical). When remote control acknowledge LED stops blinking, the self-
diagnostic is completed.
Note: If you set preset 0 position, when power-on self-diagnostics is
completed then the camera automatically moves to the preset 0 position.
2.3.Video Output
The camera has a variety of video outputs such as HDMI, 3G-SDI and LAN under
NDI, Onvif, H.265. H.264 and Webpage.
1) HDMI Video Output

b. Connect the camera to the monitor via HDMII video cable
2) 3G-SDI Video Output
A. 3G-SDI Video Output
B. Connect the camera and the monitor via 3G-SDI video cable; video output
is available after camera self-test
3) Video Output from LAN
a. LAN Port
b. Use NDI tools to connect to the camera
c. Webpage Login: Open your browser and enter 192.168.5.163 in the
address bar (factory default); press Enter to enter into the login page; click
on the “player is not installed, please download and install!" and follow
the installation steps for installation. Then enter the user name admin and
password admin (factory default); press Enter to enter into the preview
page, users can carry out PTZ control, video recording, playback,
configuration and other operations.
d. Connect the camera to any supported H.265, H.264 and Onvif decoder.

3. UNDERSTANDING THE CAMERA
3.1.Main Features
3.1.1. Camera Performance
The camera offers perfect functions such as superior performance and rich
interfaces. The features include advanced ISP processing algorithms to provide
vivid images with a strong sense of depth, high resolution and fantastic color
rendition. It supports H.265/H.264 encoding which makes motion video fluent and
clear even with less than ideal bandwidth conditions.
a) Superb High-definition Image using 1/2.8 inch high-quality CMOS sensor.
Resolution is up to 1920x1080 with a frame rate up to 60 fps
b) 20x Optical Zoom Lens
c) Leading auto focus algorithm makes the lens a fast, accurate and stable
auto-focusing
d) Low Noise and High SNR CMOS effectively ensure high SNR of camera
video
e) Advanced 2D/3D noise reduction technology used to further reduce the
noise while ensuring image sharpness
f) High accuracy step driving motor mechanism quiet PTZ, it works
extremely quiet and moves smoothly and moves to designated position
very quickly

h) The 3G-SDI is available for 100m transmission at 1080p60 format

Standby Key
After 3 second long press, the camera will step into
standby mode. Long press 3 second
again, the
camera will self-
test again and back to HOME
position.
(Note: If power-on mode is turned on and Preset 0
is set, and there is no operation within 12s, it will

3.5.IR Remote Control Usage
After camera self-diagnosis, it can receive and execute the IR commands. Press
the remote control key, the IR acknowledge indicator LED will blink; after releasing
the key, the IR acknowledge indicator LED stop blinking. User can control the
pan/tilt/zoom, setting and calling preset positions via the IR remote control.
Key Instruction:
“press the key” means a click rather than a long-press, a special note will be
given if a long-press for more than one second is required.
When a key-combination is required, do it in sequence.
For example,【*】+【#】+【F1】means press【*】first and then press
【#】and last press【F1】
a) Camera Selection
Select the camera address to control
b) Pan/Tilt Control
Press Key (Up)

Press【HOME】(call preset 0)
Press and hold the up/down/left/right
key, the pan/tilt will keep running,
from slow to fast, until it runs to the
endpoint; the pan/tilt running stops as
soon as the key is released.

Press【ZOOM -】key (Zoom Out)
Press and hold the key, the camera will keep
zooming in or zooming out and stops as soon
as the key is released.

Note: Above only valid under manual focus
mode.
Press【AUTO】to activate Auto Focus mode
Press【MANUAL】to activate Manual Focus

Press and hold the key, the action of focus will
keep continue and stops as soon as the key is
released.
e) BLC Setting
Back Light Compensation ON / OFF

Preset setting: to set a preset position,
press【SET PRESET】key and then press
the 0 to 9 to set a relative preset.
Note: Remote control only supports 10
preset positions.
Preset calling: press 0 to 9 to directly call
the preset position.
Note: If preset position is blank, request
will be disregarded.
Preset clearing: to clear a preset position,
press【CLEAR PRESET】then press 0 to 9
to clear the relative preset.
Note: Press 【#】
key three times
continually to cancel all the presets.
