Start the assembly by using the bottom
guards and install the 29mm standoff
with the M3x6mm screws.
Assemble the landing gear with a M3x14mm
screw running inside the nylon insert and
the landing gear tube. diag #1

Use the M3x6mm screws to secure the aluminum parts to
the bottom plate. the isolation camera mount attaches
on the front, the bone attaches in the middle and the
rear bracket attaches to the back. Stick the battery
foam pad to the bone, this is where the battery is going
to rest inside of the frame.
Check the orientation of the isolation camera mounts
depending on the camera that you want to use. diag #2

camera isolation system
assembly
Use the previous assembly to mount the
video transmission system. Remove the stock
screws from the DJI O3 unit and replace
them with the M1.6x12mm screws to secure
the vtx to the bottom plate. Assemble the
camera isolation system and bolt it to the
bottom plate by using M2x5mm screws.

Use the M3x16mm screws and M3 hex nuts
to mount the esc to the top plate, solder
the 10AWG wires and run them all the way
to the back where the XT-90 pannel mount
sits inside the XT-90 aluminum using
M3x6mm screws. diag #4
Secure the wires using 2 cable brackets

Depending on the motor size that you are
using,a spacer must be used to clear the
propeller. If the motor is tall enough,use
M3x6mm screws to mount it to the top
plate.if the motor is not tall enough,
install the motors using the motor washer
plate and the M3x8mm screws. diag #5

Install the XT-30 mounts to the top plate
by pushing them into the cutouts. Solder
the 18AWG wires to the XT-30
connectors and then push them in place
into the TPU mounts.

Use the core plates to join the
bottom plate and top plate pre-
assemblies together. Check the
orientation of the core plates so
to ensure the cutouts follow the
tabs of the top plate and the
openings to run the wires from
the electronics.

Start by closing the frame using M3x6mm
screws in the bone and the front of the
top plate. Add the Crossfire horizontal
mount using a M3x8mm screw.
Secure the XT-90 mount to the top plate
by using the M3x10mm screws.add one
universal washer and mount the
crossfire vertical mount by using a
M3x25mm screw.

to complete the structure
of the frame.use the tabs of
the guards to insert them
into the cutouts of the core
plates.

Locate the holes on the guards
and secure the sma pigtail using
