The espresso coﬀee maker is used for brewing coﬀee. The ground coﬀee beans are placed in the special brewing ﬁlter in the

ﬁlter holder. The water from the coﬀee maker tank is passed under high pressure through the ground coﬀee beans and ﬂows as a

beverage into a vessel placed under the ﬁlter holder spouts. The appliance also has a separate nozzle to froth the milk or to obtain

hot water. The appliance is intended for household use only. The correct, reliable, and safe operation of the appliance depends

ACCESSORIES

The appliance is sold complete, but requires certain preliminary actions described in the further sections of the manual. The

Recommendations concerning transport and installation

The appliance may only be placed on a hard, ﬂat, level, non-ﬂammable and resistant to high

place of installation and use of the appliance must be within the range of +10 OC ÷ +38 OC,

and the relative humidity must be below 90% without condensation.

Recommendations for connecting the product to the power supply

Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, make sure that the voltage, frequency

and performance of the power supply correspond to the values shown on the appliance’s

rating plate. The plug must ﬁt into the socket. It is forbidden to modify the plug or socket in

any manner to make them ﬁt. The appliance must be connected directly to a single power

supply socket. It is forbidden to use extension cords, adapters or double sockets. The mains

circuit must be equipped with a protective cable and 16 A protection. Avoid contact between

the power cord and sharp edges and hot objects and surfaces. During operation, the power

cord must always be fully extended and the position of the power cord must be set so that

it does not become an obstacle during operation. The power cord should not be placed in

a manner which would pose a risk of tripping. The power supply socket should be located

in a place where it is always possible to quickly remove the device power cord plug. Always

pull the power cord by the plug housing when unplugging it, never by the cord. If the power

cord or the plug is damaged, immediately disconnect it from the power supply and contact

an authorised service centre of the manufacturer for replacement. Do not use the device

with a damaged power cord or plug. The power cord or plug cannot be repaired and must be

replaced with a new one which is free of defects if these components are damaged.

Instructions for use

WARNING! The appliance produces high-temperature steam or water jet. Avoid body con-

tact with the steam or water jet; otherwise, there is a risk of serious burns.

Caution! The appliance can only be used to make coﬀee. It is forbidden to use the appliance

to prepare or heat other beverages. Use the appliance only with the supplied equipment or

the equipment speciﬁed by the manufacturer. When using the appliance, the power cord

must be fully extended. A coiled cable may overheat and cause a risk of ﬁre and electric

shock. Make sure that the ﬂoor near the place of use of the appliance is not slippery. This will

prevent slipping, which can cause serious injuries. Fill the appliance with cold water only. Fill

the product’s tank with water only by pouring it in the manner speciﬁed in the manual. If the

tank cannot be disconnected from the appliance, disconnect the appliance’s power cord plug

from the socket before ﬁlling with water. Never immerse the tank or appliance in order to ﬁll

it water. If water is spilled when ﬁlling the tank, dry it thoroughly before connecting the appli-

ance to the power supply. Never switch the appliance on without any water in it. The water

level must always be between the minimum and maximum indicators. A lower water level

may damage the appliance or cause the appliance to not start up. Warning! Do not open the

lid when preparing coﬀee. It is forbidden to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance on

one’s own. All repairs to the product must be carried out by an authorised service centre. The

appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and over if they are supervised or instructed

to use the appliance in a safe manner and if they understand the risks involved. Cleaning and

maintenance should not be carried out by children unless they are 8 years or older, and are

supervised. Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children under 8 years of

age. Do not use aggressive substances, solvents, caustics, alcohol, petrol or abrasives for

cleaning.

APPLIANCE OPERATION

Preparing for operation

The product must be unpacked and all parts of the packaging removed. Unwrap the cord. Place the appliance according to the

manual. Wash the appliance’s components before ﬁrst use in accordance with the instructions in the product maintenance section.

Cold state start

Dismantle the water tank by sliding it up. Open the lid and ﬁll the tank with cold and clean water. The water level must be between

the minimum (MIN) and maximum (MAX) water lever indicators. Close the tank lid and place it in the housing at the back of the

appliance (II).

Plug the power cord plug into the socket outlet and press the power switch; the coﬀee maker indicator light will ﬂash in blue. This

means that the coﬀee maker prepares itself for work. The appliance heating may take approximately 2 minutes, depending on the

coﬀee maker and room temperature. When the heating is ﬁnished, the indicator light will start to constantly illuminate in blue. The

appliance is ready to brew coﬀee.

Coﬀee brewing

Choose a brewing ﬁlter. The brewing ﬁlter with a smaller capacity is appropriate for preparing one cup of coﬀee, whereas the

brewing ﬁlter with bigger capacity - for preparing two cups. Place the brewing ﬁlter in the ﬁlter holder (III). Using the supplied meas-

uring spoon, put the ground coﬀee beans into the brewing ﬁlter, and tamp with the measuring spoon ﬂat element. The coﬀee level

must not be higher than the brewing ﬁlter edge. Thoroughly clean the brewing ﬁlter and the ﬁlter holder from the coﬀee residues.

Caution! The coﬀee beans for the coﬀee machine should be ground in an appropriate manner. They must not be ground too ﬁne

or too coarse. If the beverage is extracted too slowly from the ﬁlter holder spout, this means that the coﬀee has been ground too

ﬁne. If the beverage does not reach suﬃcient intensity level, it means that the coﬀee has been ground too coarse. Choose the

correct manner of grounding coﬀee experimentally.

Attach the ﬁlter holder with the brewing ﬁlter and coﬀee in the coﬀee maker housing socket. Rotate the ﬁlter holder using the

handle in such a way as it points to the “UNLOCK” symbol and place it in the housing socket (IV). Holding it at the same height,

turn it to the right as far as it will go. The handle of the correctly placed ﬁlter holder is perpendicular to the front coﬀee maker wall

(V) and indicates “LOCK” symbol.

Place a vessel on the drip tray to which the coﬀee (VI) will ﬂow. The ﬁlter holder has two spouts, and the vessel should be posi-

tioned so that both streams of the beverage are delivered to it.

Press one of the coﬀee dosage buttons. The single or double coﬀee button means that the machine will automatically stop the

water ﬂow when the coﬀee is brewed. This will be indicated by an audible signal. The amount of beverage for a single coﬀee is

appropriate for an espresso coﬀee.

The manual coﬀee dosage button allows any amount of water to pass through the beans. Stop the water ﬂow by pressing this

button again. Observe the vessel so that it is not overﬁlled.

After the coﬀee is brewed, the coﬀee maker will automatically reheat. Take the vessel with the beverage from the drip tray.

WARNING! The vessel with the beverage is hot, grasp its handle, or, if there is no handle, secure your hand with a heat-resistant

glove.

If further beverages are to be prepared, dismantle the ﬁlter holder from the housing, pour out the beans, rinse the brewing ﬁlter,

and the ﬁlter holder with a jet of lukewarm water, wipe dry. Next, ﬁll the brewing ﬁlter with another portion of ground beans and

attach the ﬁlter holder to the appliance and prepare another beverage according to the procedure described above.

Otherwise, turn oﬀthe appliance by pressing the power switch, then remove the ﬁlter holder with the brewing ﬁlter and clean both

elements from the coﬀee beans.

Milk frothing

WARNING! When frothing the milk, hot steam under pressure comes out of the nozzle. This can lead to splashing the milk. Secure

the hand holding the milk container with a heat-resistant glove.

WARNING! The nozzle is only used to froth the milk. Do not froth other food products, e.g., cream, condensed milk, yoghurt, etc.

The coﬀee maker is equipped with the nozzle allowing for heating and frothing milk. Pour the milk into a separate vessel, such

as a mug.

Tilt the nozzle so that it is outside the appliance housing (VII). Turn on the coﬀee maker by pressing the power switch. Next, push

the steam button; the indicator light starts to ﬂash in red. Wait until the heating is complete, the indicator lamp will start to illuminate

constantly in red. Place the vessel under the nozzle so that its end is about 1 cm below the surface of the milk. Then turn the steam

controller knob anticlockwise; the steam will start to come out of the nozzle, heating the milk and frothing it. Turn the knob to adjust

the steam jet intensity. Once the milk temperature has reached about 75OC and the frothy milk starts to expand, turn the knob

clockwise as far as possible so that the knob protruding part is facing upwards. This will end the milk frothing process. Turn oﬀthe

coﬀee maker by pressing the power switch. Wait until the nozzle cools down and then clean it from milk residues.

Hot water function

The milk frothing nozzle can be used to obtain hot water, e.g., to warm up a coﬀee pot. Turn on the coﬀee maker by pressing the

power switch. Next, push the steam button; the indicator light starts to ﬂash in red. Wait until the heating is complete, the indicator

lamp will start to illuminate constantly in red. Place a vessel under the nozzle outlet, into which hot water will be poured. Then turn

the steam controller knob anticlockwise until water starts to ﬂow out of the nozzle. Observe the water level in the vessel so that it is

not overﬁlled. To end the water ﬂow, rotate the knob as far as it will go clockwise so that the knob protruding part is facing upwards.

Heating plate

The top surface has a metal heating plate which heats up when the machine is warmed up and remains warm for some time. The

plate is used to heat up coﬀee vessels. Place a dry and clean vessel upside down on the plate. It will be warmed up after a while.

After washing and drying the vessel, it is recommended that you place it on the coﬀee maker plate to raise its temperature before

preparing another beverage.

Caution! Even when the coﬀee machine is disconnected from the power supply by removing the plug from the socket outlet, the

plate remains warm for some time. This is the eﬀect of thermal inertia. Do not accelerate the plate cooling in any way.

MAINTENANCE, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

Coﬀee maker maintenance

Since the product is used to prepare a beverage for food use, it should be kept clean and regular maintenance should be carried

out. Maintenance activities are not part of the warranty. Failure to carry out proper maintenance may result in the rejection of the

product claim and may lead to the loss of product warranty.

Before ﬁrst use, the brewing ﬁlter, ﬁlter holder, milk frothing nozzle and water tank must be cleaned as described below.

WARNING All maintenance activities must be carried out with the product switched oﬀ. To do this, unplug the power cord plug

from the socket.

WARNING! Allow all parts of the product to cool down completely before carrying out maintenance activities. Do not accelerate

the cooling process in any way, e.g., by ﬁlling with cold water.

Immediately after each use, remove the ﬁlter holder with the brewing ﬁlter and pour out the used coﬀee beans. Since the brewing

ﬁlter and the ﬁlter holder may be hot, use the clip to hold the brewing ﬁlter (VIII) and then tap the ﬁlter holder handle slightly against

the edge of the container, pour out the used coﬀee beans. After that, rinse the brewing ﬁlter with the ﬁlter holder under a stream

of lukewarm, running water, and remove the cooled brewing ﬁlter from the ﬁlter holder. Rinse the two elements separately again

from the coﬀee residues and dry them with a cloth or paper towel.

After each milk frothing, rinse the nozzle according to the hot water obtaining procedure to remove any milk residues from the

inside. Then wait until the nozzle cools down, and immediately afterwards remove the outer nozzle by pulling it down (IX) and

wash thoroughly with lukewarm water and dishwashing liquid. Wipe the nozzle inner metal part with a damp cloth and then dry it

with a cloth or paper towel. After the outer nozzle has dried, install it in place.

WARNING! Failure to follow this procedure may lead to drying out the milk and limiting the ﬂow or completely clogging the nozzle.

Milk remains left on the nozzle are also a bacteriological hazard. A blocked or even partially blocked nozzle can cause damage to

the appliance. You can try to clean the clogged nozzle with a thin needle.

The drip tray is used to collect water or leftover beverage in the ﬁlter holder spouts. The drip tray is equipped with a ﬂoat if the ﬂoat

is visible in the tray opening (X). It should be carefully disassembled by lifting it from the base of the appliance and then emptying

it. Wash the lid and tray under a stream of lukewarm, running water with dishwashing liquid. Then wipe dry with a cloth or paper

towel and install it in place on the base. Do not use the appliance without a drip tray installed correctly. It is recommended to empty

and clean the drip tray more often than indicated by the ﬂoat.

Clean the water tank after dismantling the appliance. Rinse it in clean water and then empty it. Leave to dry with the lid open or

ﬁll with clean water and install it in the appliance.

The other components of the appliance are not suitable for immersion in water or exposure to water jets.

None of the components of the appliance are intended for cleaning in a dishwasher or with a high-pressure water jet. The tank

should be emptied and cleaned at least once a day.

Clean the housing and the components which are not washable with a water jet, using a soft, slightly damp cloth, and then wipe

them dry.

Removing mineral sediments

Depending on the quality of water, minerals precipitated from the water during the process of water heating (boiler scale) may

settle inside the water system; this is a normal phenomenon, however, it may lead to damage to the appliance or reduce its eﬃ-

ciency. If sediments accumulate, they must be removed using acetic or citric acid. Pour 0.5 l of vinegar into the vessel or 40 g of

citric acid, make up to the maximum capacity of the vessel with water, and then pour the solution into the coﬀee maker tank. Install

the tank in the appliance. Fit the ﬁlter holder with one of the brewing ﬁlters and, placing the vessel under the ﬁlter holder spouts,

press the double coﬀee button. Wait until the water ﬂow stops and remove the ﬁlter holder with the brewing ﬁlter. Rinse the ﬁlter

holder with the brewing ﬁlter with lukewarm, running water to cool them down. Attach the second brewing ﬁlter in the ﬁlter holder;

then the ﬁlter holder in the appliance and repeat the procedure.

Rinse the nozzle with the solution from the tank as when preparing hot water. Let at least 200 ml of the sediment removal solution

go through the nozzles.

After the sediment removal is complete, dismantle the water tank, remove the remaining solution and rinse it and ﬁll with clean

water. Repeat the entire rinsing procedure (both brewing ﬁlters and nozzle) with clean water. This will remove any remaining

cleaning ﬂuid from inside the appliance.

The procedure for removing mineral sediments should be carried out at least once a month.

CAUTION! Mineral sediments will settle slower if ﬁltered water is used for coﬀee brewing.

Caution! Special, ready-made ﬂuids for such applications can be used to remove mineral deposits. Read and apply the information

provided with the ﬂuid before using it.

Storage and transport

During storage, keep the appliance indoors in closed rooms, and make sure it is not exposed to dust, dirt, or moisture. It is recom-

mended to store the appliance in its original packaging.

Store the appliance in working position. Do not stack in layers. Transport the appliance in its original packaging. Protect against

excessive shocks during transportation. Do not place anything on the appliance during transport. Store and transport the appli-

ance with the water tank emptied and dried.

Die Espressomaschine wird zur Kaﬀeezubereitung verwendet. Die gemahlenen Kaﬀeebohnen werden in speziellen Sieb im Sieb-

träger eingegeben. Das Wasser aus dem Wassertank der Espressomaschine wird unter hohem Druck durch die gemahlenen

Kaﬀeebohnen geleitet und ﬂießt als Getränk in ein unter den Ausläufen des Siebträgers platziertes Gefäß. Das Gerät hat auch

eine separate Düse zum Milchaufschäumen oder zur Heißwasserentnahme. Das Gerät ist nur für den Hausgebrauch geeignet.

Der korrekte, zuverlässige und sichere Betrieb des Gerätes hängt von der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung ab, deshalb:

Hinweise zum Transport und zur Installation

Hinweise für den Anschluss des Produktes an das Stromnetz

Bevor Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz anschließen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Span-

nung, Frequenz und Kapazität des Stromnetzes mit den auf dem Typenschild des Produkts

angegebenen Werten übereinstimmen. Der Stecker muss in die Steckdose passen. Es ist

verboten, den Stecker oder die Steckdose auf irgendeine Weise so zu verändern, dass sie

Hinweise zur Nutzung des Geräts

Achtung! Das Gerät dient nur zur Kaﬀeezubereitung. Es ist verboten, das Gerät zur Zu-

bereitung oder Erwärmung anderer Getränke zu verwenden. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur

mit der mitgelieferten oder vom Hersteller angegebenen Ausrüstung. Bei der Verwendung

des Geräts muss das Netzkabel vollständig ausgewickelt werden. Ein aufgewickeltes Kabel

kann sich überhitzen und die Gefahr von Bränden und Stromschlägen verursachen. Stellen

Sie sicher, dass der Boden in der Nähe des Einsatzortes des Gerätes nicht rutschig ist. Da-

durch wird ein Verrutschen verhindert, das zu schweren Verletzungen führen kann. Füllen

BEDIENUNG DES GERÄTS

Vorbereitung zum Betrieb

Das Gerät auspacken und alle Teile der Verpackung vollständig entfernen. Wickeln Sie das Kabel aus. Stellen Sie das Gerät

wie angewiesen auf. Waschen Sie die Elemente des Geräts vor dem ersten Gebrauch gemäß den Anweisungen im Abschnitt

Produktpﬂege.

Inbetriebnahme des kalten Gerätes

Demontieren Sie den Wassertank indem Sie ihm nach oben schieben. Öﬀnen Sie den Deckel und füllen Sie den Tank mit kaltem,

sauberem Wasser. Der Wasserstand muss zwischen der minimalen (MIN) und der maximalen (MAX) Wasserstandsmarke liegen.

Schließen Sie den Tankdeckel und setzen Sie den Tank in das Gehäuse an der Rückseite der Maschine (II).

Stecken Sie den Netzkabelstecker in die Steckdose und drücken Sie den Schalter, die Maschinenlampe beginnt blau zu blinken.

Dies bedeutet, dass die Maschine für die Arbeit vorbereitet wird. Je nach der Temperatur der Espressomaschine und der Raum-

Kaﬀeezubereitung

Wählen Sie den Sieb. Das kleinere Sieb eignet sich für die Zubereitung von Kaﬀee für eine Tasse und das größere Sieb für

zwei Tassen. Legen Sie das Sieb im Siebträger (III). Füllen Sie mit dem mitgelieferten Messlöﬀel das Sieb mit den gemahlenen

Kaﬀeebohnen und pressen Sie sie mit dem ﬂachen Teil des Messlöﬀels fest an. Der Kaﬀee darf nicht über dem Siebrand stehen.

Reinigen Sie den Rand des Siebes und des Siebträgers gründlich von Kaﬀeerückständen.

mahlen werden. Wenn das Getränk zu langsam aus dem Auslauf des Siebträgers ﬂießt, bedeutet dies, dass die Bohnen zu fein

gemahlen sind. Erreicht das Getränk nicht die ausreichende Stärke, bedeutet dies, dass der Mahlgrad der Bohnen zu grob ist.

Der richtige Mahlgrad der Kaﬀeebohnen sollte experimentell gewählt werden.

Spannen Sie den Siebträger mit dem Sieb und dem Kaﬀee im Gehäusesitz der Espressomaschine ein. Drehen Sie den Siebträger

mit dem Griﬀnach links, so dass der Griﬀauf das Symbol „UNLOCK“ zeigt, und setzen Sie den Siebträger im Gehäusesitz (IV).

Halten Sie den Träger in dieser Höhe und drehen Sie ihn nach rechts. Der Griﬀdes korrekt eingesetzten Siebträgers steht senk-

recht zur Vorderseite der Maschine (V) und zeigt auf das Symbol „LOCK“.

Auf der Abtropfschale stellen Sie eine Tasse, in die der Kaﬀee (VI) ﬂießt. Der Siebträger hat zwei Ausläufe, und die Tasse sollte

so positioniert werden, dass beide Getränkeströme in die Tasse ﬂießen.

Drücken Sie eine der Kaﬀeedosierungstasten. Die Taste für den einfachen oder doppelten Kaﬀee bedeutet, dass die Maschine

den Wasserﬂuss automatisch stoppt, wenn der Kaﬀee zubereitet ist. Es wird mit einen akustischen Signal gemeldet. Das Volumen

des Getränkes für den einfachen Kaﬀee ist richtig für einen Espresso.

Mit der manuellen Kaﬀeedosierungstaste kann eine beliebige Wassermenge durch die Bohnen geleitet werden. Der Wasserﬂuss

wird mit erneutem Druck auf diese Taste gestoppt. Beobachten Sie das Gefäß, damit es nicht überfüllt wird.

Nach der Zubereitung des Kaﬀees wird die Espressomaschine automatisch wieder aufgewärmt. Nehmen Sie die Tasse mit dem

Getränk von der Abtropfschalle weg.

WARNUNG! Die Tasse mit dem fertigen Getränk ist heiß, fassen Sie sie am Henkel an oder, falls kein Henkel vorhanden ist,

sichern Sie Ihre Hand mit einem hitzebeständigen Handschuh.

Sollen weitere Getränke zubereitet werden, ist der Siebträger vom Gehäuse zu entnehmen, die Bohnen auszuklopfen, das Sieb

und den Siebträger mit einem Strahl lauwarmen Wassers zu spülen, trocken zu wischen, dann das Sieb mit einer weiteren Portion

gemahlener Bohnen zu füllen und den Siebträger in der Maschine zu spannen, und dann das nächste Getränk nach dem oben

beschriebenen Verfahren zuzubereiten.

Andernfalls schalten Sie die Maschine mit dem Schalters aus, nehmen Sie dann den Siebträger aus und reinigen Sie beide Teile

von den Kaﬀeeresten.

Milchaufschäumen

WARNUNG! Beim Aufschäumen der Milch kommt heißer Dampf unter Druck aus der Düse. Dadurch kann die Milch verspritzt

werden. Sichern Sie die Hand, die den Milchbehälter hält, mit einem hitzebeständigen Handschuh.

WARNUNG! Die Düse wird nur zum Aufschäumen der Milch verwendet. Andere Lebensmittel wie Sahne, Milchkonzentrat, Jo-

ghurt usw. dürfen damit nicht aufgeschäumt werden.

Die Maschine ist mit einer Düse zum Aufwärmen und Aufschäumen der Milch ausgestattet. Gießen Sie die Milch in ein separates

Gefäß, z.B. ein Becher, ein.

Schwenken Sie die Düse so aus, dass sie sich außerhalb des Maschinengehäuses beﬁndet (VII). Schalten Sie die Espresso-

maschine ein, indem Sie den Schalter und dann die Dampftaste drücken, Maschinelampe beginnt rot zu blinken. Warten Sie,

bis die Aufwärmephase beendet ist, die Lampe leuchtet dann dauernd rot . Stellen Sie die Tasse so unter die Düse so, dass ihr

Ende etwa 1 cm unter der Milchﬂäche steht. Dann drehen Sie den Dampfregler gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, der Dampf beginnt aus

der Düse zu strömen, erwärmt die Milch und schäumt sie auf. Drehen Sie den Drehknopf, um die Intensität des Dampfstrahles

einzustellen. Wenn die Temperatur der Milch etwa 75 OC erreicht hat und der Milchschaum zu expandieren beginnt, drehen Sie

den Knopf im Uhrzeigersinn zum Anschlag, so dass der hervorstehende Teil des Drehknopfes nach oben zeigt. Damit wird der

Milchaufschäumungsprozess beendet. Schalten Sie die Espressomaschine durch Drücken des Schalters aus. Warten Sie, bis die

Düse abgekühlt ist, und reinigen Sie sie dann von der Restmilch.

Heißwasserfunktion

Die Milchaufschäumerdüse kann zur Heißwasserentnahme, z.B. zum Aufwärmen einer Kaﬀeetasse, verwendet werden. Schalten

Sie die Espressomaschine ein, indem Sie den Schalter und dann die Dampftaste drücken, die Lampe beginnt rot zu blinken.

Warten Sie, bis die Aufwärmephase beendet ist, die Lampe leuchtet dann dauernd rot . Stellen Sie unter den Düsenauslauf einen

Behälter für den heißen Wasser. Dann drehen Sie den Dampfregler gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis das Wasser aus der Düse zu

ﬂießen beginnt. Beobachten Sie den Wasserstand im Behälter, damit dieser nicht überfüllt wird. Der Wasserﬂuss wird beendet,

indem der Knopf im Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag gedreht wird, so dass der hervorstehende Teil des Knopfes nach oben zeigt.

Aufwärmeschale

Auf der Oberseite beﬁndet sich eine Aufwärmeschale aus Metall, die sich beim Aufwärmen der Espressomaschine erwärmt und

dann eine gewisse Zeit lang warm bleibt. Die Platte wird zum Aufwärmen von Kaﬀeetassen verwendet. Stellen Sie eine trockene,

saubere Tasse umgedreht auf der Platte. Die Tasse wird nach einer Weile aufgewärmt. Es wird empfohlen, dass die Tassen nach

dem Waschen und Trocknen auf der Platte der Kaﬀeemaschinezu abgestellt werden, um die Temperatur zu erhöhen, bevor Sie

ein weiteres Getränk zubereiten.

Achtung! Selbst wenn die Kaﬀeemaschine durch Ziehen des Steckers aus der Steckdose von der Stromversorgung getrennt

wird, bleibt die Platte noch einige Zeit warm. Dies ist der Eﬀekt der thermischen Trägheit. Beschleunigen Sie in keiner Weise die

Abkühlung der Platte.

WARTUNG, TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG

Wartung des Geräts

Da das Produkt zur Zubereitung von Getränken für die Verwendung als Lebensmittel verwendet wird, sollte es sauber gehalten

und regelmäßig gewartet werden. Wartungsarbeiten gehören nicht zu den Garantieleistungen. Eine nicht ordnungsgemäße War-

tung kann zur Ablehnung der Produktreklamation führen und den Verlust der Produktgarantie zur Folge haben.

Es ist notwendig vor dem ersten Einsatz den Sieb, den Siebträger, die Milchschaumdüse und den Wassertank wie unten be-

schrieben gereinigt werden.

WARNUNG Alle Wartungsarbeiten müssen bei ausgeschaltetem und vom Netz getrennten Gerät durchgeführt werden. Ziehen

Sie dazu den Stecker des Netzkabels aus der Steckdose.

WARNUNG! Lassen Sie alle Elemente des Produktes vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie mit der Wartung beginnen. Beschleunigen

Sie den Kühlvorgang, z.B. durch Einfüllen von kaltem Wasser, nicht.

Unmittelbar nach jedem Gebrauch ist der Siebträger zu demontieren und die alten Kaﬀeebohnen entfernen. Da das Sieb und

der Siebträger heiß sein können, halten Sie das Sieb (VIII) mit dem Griﬀfest und dann durch leichtes Klopfen mit dem Griﬀdes

Siebträgers gegen den Behälterrand die alten Kaﬀeebohnen entfernen. Danach spülen Sie das Sieb mit dem Siebträger unter lau-

warmem, ﬂießendem Wasser aus und erst dann entfernen sie das abgekühlte Sieb aus dem Träger. Spülen Sie die Kaﬀeeresten

einzeln aus den beiden Komponenten und trocknen Sie sie mit einem Tuch oder einem Papiertuch.

Nach jedem Aufschäumen der Milch ist die Düse nach dem Heißwasserverfahren zu spülen, um eventuelle Milchreste aus dem

Inneren der Düse zu entfernen. Warten Sie dann, bis die Düse abgekühlt ist, und demontieren Sie unmittelbar danach die äußere

Düse durch Herunterziehen (IX) und waschen Sie sie gründlich mit lauwarmem Wasser mit Geschirrspülmittel. Wischen Sie die

Milchreste auf dem inneren Metallteil der Düse mit einem feuchten Tuch ab und trocknen Sie dann die Düse mit einem Tuch oder

einem Papiertuch. Nachdem die Außendüse getrocknet ist, installieren Sie sie wieder.

WARNUNG! Bei Nichtbeachtung dieses Verfahrens besteht die Gefahr, dass die Milch austrocknet und der Durchﬂuss einge-

schränkt oder die Düse vollständig verstopft wird. Die auf der Düse zurückbleibenden Milchreste stellen auch eine bakteriologi-

sche Gefahr dar. Eine, sogar nur teilweise, verstopfte Düse kann zur Beschädigung der Espressomaschine führen. Sie können

versuchen, die verstopfte Düse mit einer dünnen Nadel zu reinigen.

Die Abtropfschale fängt das Wasser oder die Getränkeresten, die aus den Ausläufen des Siebträgers auslaufen. Die Abtropfscha-

le ist mit einem Schwimmer ausgestattet, wenn der Schwimmer in der Schalenöﬀnung (X) sichtbar ist, ist diese sorgfältig vom

Sockel der Maschine zu heben und dann zu entleeren. Waschen Sie den Deckel und die Schale unter lauwarmem, ﬂießendem

Wasser mit Spülmittel. Dann wischen Sie mit einem Tuch oder Papiertuch trocken und installieren wieder auf dem Sockel. Be-

treiben Sie das Gerät nicht ohne korrekt installierte Abtropfschale. Es wird empfohlen, die Abtropfschale öfter zu leeren und zu

reinigen, als der Schwimmer anzeigt.

Reinigen Sie den Wassertank nach dem Ausbauen aus dem Gerät. Spülen Sie den Tank in sauberem Wasser aus und dann

entleeren Sie ihn. Lassen Sie den Tank bei geöﬀnetem Deckel trocknen oder füllen Sie ihn mit sauberem Wasser und installieren

Sie es ihn im Gerät.

Die anderen Komponenten des Geräts sind nicht zum Eintauchen in Wasser oder zur Einwirkung von Wasserstrahlen geeignet.

Kein Element des Geräts ist zum Waschen in Geschirrspülmaschinen oder mit einem Hochdruckstrahl vorgesehen. Der Tank

sollte mindestens einmal am Tag geleert und gereinigt werden.

Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse und die nicht abwaschbaren Komponenten mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch und wischen Sie

es anschließend trocken.
