Important Tips:
1.Download the right app.
*iOS User:Please search for Ubox in the Apple App Store and in the search
results find a version of this app categorized as Utilities, by Hongbo Wang.
*Andriod User:Please search for Ubox in the Goolge Play Store and in the
search results find a version of this app categorized as Tools, by Maxwell
Wang.
2.Only use the 802.11 b/g/n band 2.4G wireless standard network,and
requires a minimum upload speed of 2Mbps for the best experience.
3.Use the same wireless network when you're ready to connect your phone
setup the camera.
4.This camera supports TYPE-C charging, please use a 5V charger and
keep the switch on.
5.The Luoba outdoor security camera is only available for Andriod/iOS
smartphones and tablets,not for PC or laptops.
6.If your camera is installed in a location with poor wireless network signal,
we recommend installing a Wi-Fi extender.
7.Please format the micro sd card to FAT32 format and install the card when
camera powered off.The camera support 8-128GB Speed Class 10 Micro
SD card(Not Include in the package).
8.We recommend that you install your solar panel in a south-facing location
where you can get some sunshine.
9.The PIR range is 15 feet around,the recommend camera install height is 8
feet around.To avoid too much false alarms, we suggest you do not install
the camera with nearby bushes,shrubs, grasses and tree leaves coming
into the PIR range.
10.In special cases when the camera does not respond, please separate
the charger from the camera, turn it off again and then on again, press and
hold the reset button(about 1 minute)until it has a voice prompt. Your
camera has been reactivated and can now be connected to your phone
following the connection steps in the manual.
