Network Public Address Server
Solutions of Failures and Problems
1.
The power indicator does not light
Check the normality of power line connection.
2.
No picture showed in the connected displayer
Please confirm that your external displayer has correctly connect the VGA display
interface or HDMI interface of the host.
3.
The keyboard and mouse is not under control
Please insert USB2.0 of rear panel in prior to check whether the control line is
inserted well and whether the cable is connected in correct way.
4.
The host is no response
Long-press on power button of the host for at least 5 seconds until it is shutdown (then
press the button again to restart the host)
5.
After the sever connects to the network, you can’t see other devices through
the management software.
Please check server is connected to the router and whether other devices that need
to be connected are connected to the router too.
6.
When the server goes to sleep, wake up partitions may occur after dropping .
System power is set to “never sleep” state, if there is a case of accidental dropping,
please restart the software .
In case of any problem, which cannot be solved through methods above, please
contact us for consultation.

Technical Parameters Safety precautions
To reduce the risk of electric shock or equipment damage, please
follow the following requirements:

Do not insert the power plug of the unit into the grid before connecting the system cable.
●
Make sure that the voltage input to the device is exactl y the same as the voltage
requirements of this equipment. Otherwise, there is a risk of burning the equipment.
●
High pressure inside the machine! Do not open the case to avoid the risk of electric shock!
●
When the power switch of this equipment is in the "OFF" state, the machi ne is not completely
disconnected from the power supply. For safety reasons, please unplug the power cord from
the outlet when the device is not in use.
●
Do not place the device in a subcooled or overheated place.
●
Ensure that the working environment of the equipment is well ventilated to avoid damage to
the machine due to excessive heat dissipation during operation.
●
When the weather is wet, unplug the power plug to prevent leakage.
●
Before removing or reassembling any parts of the equipment, disconnect or re-connect any
electrical plugs or other connections to the equipment, be sure to unplug the power plug to
ensure that the device is completely disengaged from the grid.
●
When the equipment is faulty, the non-professionals are not permitted, please do not open
the cabinet to repair, in order to avoid accidents or increase the damage to the equipment.
●
Do not place any corrosive chemicals near the equipment.

Push the cabinet parallel to the cabinet and make the mounting holes on both sides
of the product align with mounting holes on both sides of the cabinet . screw it with
screws ( Following chart ).

excellent system performance and is internally installed SSD solid-state drive and chip at
industrial grade so that it can work for 24h all around the clock as well as run under low-
temperature or high-temperature for long term stably without interrupt invaded. In addition,
the complete system needs no additional maintenance in virtue of mature Ethernet
hardware. It has advantages of small in size, low-power dissipation and true energy-saving
operation. Disposed by professional central control management software, it can conduct
timing point management, built-in program management and partition management.
