Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LyxPro SPA-5.5 active speaker. This User Guide is intended to provide you with guidelines to
ensure that operation of this product is safe and does not pose risk to the user. Any use that does not conform to the
guidelines described in this User Guide may void the limited warranty.
For the safe and correct use of this product, please read this guide before using the product and keep these instructions
for reference.
Safety Precautions
• WARNING! High sound pressure may damage your sense of hearing. Always select a suitable volume.
• This device must be protected from moisture. Do not use near water or in the rain.
• Do not place this device near heat sources such as radiators, stoves, or other heat-producing appliances or equipment.
• Do not block ventilation openings. Failure to do so may result in fire.
• Do not place any objects on top of the unit.
• Make sure the unit is securely placed in a stable position so that it will not fall.
• Do not expose to any liquids.
• Protect the power cord from being pinched or interfered with in any way.
• Do not defeat the purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. Improper electrical wiring may invalidate the
product warranty.
• Plug the unit into an appropriate receptacle and power supply. Failure to do so may result in damage to the product or
harm to the user.
• To prevent the risk of damage or fire, please use only the recommended fuse type. Before replacing the fuse, turn off
and disconnect the unit.
• Clean the unit by wiping it with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents, cleaners, or alcohol.
• Do not attempt to service the unit yourself. Refer to a qualified service technician.
• Use only accessories or attachments recommended by the manufacturer.

8. CH1 Instrument Switch: Optimizes
MIC/Line 1 signal (unbalanced signal
uses 1/4" connector)
9. Echo: Adjusts signal delay time
10. Line 1/ Line 2: Adjusts MIC/Line input
signal level
11. MIC/Line Inputs (CH1/CH2): XLR balanced
or unbalanced connector; line level audio
source input connector.
Accepts 1/4" connector.

1. Power On/Off switch
2. Power socket (connection to power cord)
3. Through connector: Balanced cable with XLR
(male) connector to link to another speaker
cabinet. Through connector combines signals
from Main Level or EQ with that of MAIN IN.
4. MIC/Line Level Switch: Adjusts signal level
from Through connector
5. MAIN IN Jack: Use XLR (female) cable or
balanced 1/4" TRS to connect with signal
from Through of another speaker cabinet

Operation
1. Set up one speaker cabinet as the
monitor speaker.
2. Set EQ to central and MAIN LEVEL
and LEVEL knobs to minimum position.
3. Connect all devices.
4. Turn on power on device (mixer, mic,
instrument).
5. Turn on power switch on speaker.
6. Set the MAIN LEVEL knob to central position.
7. Test volume: Activate the audio source
signal or speak into mic at normal level.
8. Adjust volume with the LEVEL know. Lower
the volume if there is distortion.
9. Adjust the High/Mid/Low EQ levels to achieve
desired effect.
10. Adjust MAIN LEVEL knob for appropriate volume.
