FEATURES & CONTROLS
RCA Line Input Jacks:
To be connected to a line driver, crossover or head unit via RCA Cables.
RCA Line Output Jacks:
For connecting additional amplifiers using a daisy chain effect.
Remote Socket:
External Remote Controller for Sub Level Control.
24dB Subsonic Filter Control:
Permits a 24dB per octave high pass filter between 10-50Hz
24dB Low Pass Variable Control:
Adjustable low pass crossover frequency from 50Hz –350Hz
0-18dB Bass Boost Control:
The Bass Boost control is used for a 0-18dB gain at 45Hz for extra bass punch.
Input Gain Level Control
For adjusting the output of the amplifier to the input of the source unit.
Adjustment range is from 0.2V to 8.0 V
Power LED:
The Blue color LED indicates that the power is on.
Protection LED:
The Red color LED indicates fault condition of amplifier.
When a fault condition occurs such as an overload, excessive heat or short circuit of speaker
terminals, the protection circuit is engaged to protect both the subwoofers and amplifier.
Parallel Mode:
This Digital Amplifier has a Parallel Mode (Strapped)
This function is used to generate an extreme amount of output power by combining two
amplifiers together to power the same voice coil.
MAS TER AMP -When using this option, the master amp has control over the slave amp.
SLAVE AMP -When using this option, the slave amp has no control.
The slave amp only role is for increasing total output power.
Power Connection:
Connects +12V DC power wire from battery source to amplifier.
Ground Connection:
Connects the Ground wire of amplifier to the chassis ground.
Remote Connection:
Connects the remote wire allowing the amplifier to be turned on/off by the head unit.
Speaker Terminal:
It allows the connection of a speaker to the amplifier.
Fuse:
Protection for the amplifier.
External Remote Accessory:
Used for remote subwoofer level control via harness from amplifier

Power CONNECTIONS
The +12V and Ground wires must be 4AWG or larger. Using smaller wire than 4 gauge will
cause excessive heat and melt the wire insulation. In addition, the +12V remote control wire must
between 12-16AWG.
+12V Power
This wire is connected directly to the positive battery terminal of a battery.Ensure that the +12V
cable is fused with a minimum of a 120 amp in line fuse. The +12V wire must be 4AWG or larger
Ground
This connection must be completed using spade lug with insulating sleeve. This wire is the
electrical ground and must be fastened securely to the vehicle’s chassis. The best method is to use
a threading sheet metal screw or a existing large factory bolt. Ensure that all paint coating or other
insulation is remove dfrom bolt area. Always use the least amount of cable as possible. The
Ground wire must be 4AWG or larger.
Remote
Many aftermarket head units have a remote turn on lead for turning on amplifiers. If your head
unit does not have a remote turn-on lead, please contact the manufacturer of your head unit for
other options when installing additional amplifiers.
Caution
The +12V and Ground wires must be 4AWG or larger. Using smaller wire than 4 gauge will cause
excessive heat and melt the wire insulation. In addition, the +12V remote control wire must
between 12-16AWG. Always connect the +12V wire first followed by the Ground wire and finally
the remote wire. Furthermore the +12V wire must always be fused at the battery for protection
against possible damage.

Speaker CONNECTIONS
Single Amp Configuration
WIRING SUBWOOFERS (Single Amp)
When using a single amplifier to power one subwoofer, the Positive and negative terminal of the
Subwoofers voice coil is connected the positive and negative terminal of the Amplifier.
Dual Amp Configuration
When using a dual amp configuration, the master amplifier has total control over the slave
amplifier. The slave amplifier controls are not used when in Dual Amp Configuration.
WIRING SUBWOOFERS (Dual Amps)
When using dual amplifiers to power one subwoofer, the Positive terminal of the Subwoofers
voice coil is connected the positive terminal of the MASTER Amplifier and the Negative terminal
of the Subwoofers voice coil is connected to Positive terminal on the SLAVE Amplifier. This
procedure will allow the total power of both amplifiers to be added together and act like a single
powerful amplifier. Please check that your subwoofer power handling capabilities are not
exceeded when hooking two amplifiers to it.
CAUTION
Always check your speaker load with a multi-meter before hooking up to the amplifier.
These digital amplifiers are only 1 ohm stable. Any Impedance (load) smaller than 1 ohm will
damage the amplifier. Such Damage is not covered under warranty either, so pay strict attention to
what connections are made to the amplifier.

WARNING
Investigate the layout of your automobile thoroughly before drilling or cutting any
holes. Use extreme care when you work near the gas tanks, gas or hydraulic lines,
and electrical wiring. Always make sure the power amplifier is securely mounted.
Mounting the amplifier securely to the automobile will prevent damage to the car or
injury to a person, particularly in the event of an accident.
Don’t mount the system so that the wire connections are unprotected or are subject
to pinching or damage from nearby objects.
The +12 VDC power wire must be fused at the battery positive terminal
connection. Before making or breaking power connections at the system power
terminals, disconnect the + 12V wire at the battery. Confirm your head unit and/or
other equipment is turned off while connecting the input RCA jacks and speaker
terminals.
If you need to replace the amplifier fuses, replace it only with a fuse identical to
that supplied with the system. Using a fuse of different type or rating may result in
damage to this system which isn’t covered by the warranty.
