Thank you for purchasing Flying Santa.
You may already be familiar with similar products, but please take time to read these instructions carefully as they have
been written to ensure your maximum enjoyment of your purchase.
Important safeguards
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and/or injury to persons when using electrical products, basic safety precautions
should always be followed. Please ensure you read the Product Safety information before operating Flying Santa.
Keep this instruction manual in a safe place for future reference.
• Check that all the parts listed in the Package Contents chapter are received.
• Carefully remove all components from the packaging material.
• Danger of suffocation! Packaging materials are not toys. Children should not play with them, as there is a risk of
swallowing and suffocation!
• The product also contains small parts which may pose a risk of being swallowed by small children!
• Ensure you always fly your drone responsibly.
• Caution : first charge must be not less than 4h to optimize battery efficiency
INTRODUCTION

WARNING!
This product is a toy, but it is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts which may become detached and present choking hazard.
Functional sharp edges – laceration hazard.
• Do not fly the drone in rain, snow, heavy winds, thunder, or similar poor weather conditions.
• Use only under adult supervision.
• Improper operation may cause injury or damage to property.
• Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from the rotor blades when power is turned on.
• Select a flight area with no obstacles and maintain a safe distance from people, pets, power lines, airports, and other
restricted air spaces.
• While the rotor blades have guards, they may not sufficiently protect users if the drone loses control. Keep the drone away
from the face and other body sensitive parts.
• Never try to modify the product.
SAFETY TIPS:
• Attention! Do not fly the drone near people or animals.
• Do not fly the Drone in the vicinity of water or power lines.
• Always switch the Drone and the remote control transmitter off when not in use.
• Never hold or throw any objects into the running rotors.
• Do not immerse the product in water, as this could damage electronic components.
• Different types of batteries (i.e. alkaline and zinc) or new and used batteries are not to be mixed in the remote control
transmitter.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity(+ and –). (Transmitter only)
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the remote control transmitter.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Batteries should never be left in the product or remote control transmitter for prolonged periods of disuse.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or fire.
• Do not place the product on any heat source.
• Swallowed batteries are dangerous. Keep batteries out of reach of children and pets. Immediately ask for medical
assistance if a battery is swallowed.
• Do not allow children to replace batteries without adult supervision. (Transmitter only)
• Batteries should be stored in well-ventilated, cool, and dry conditions.
• Do not leave batteries charging for a prolonged period of time unsupervised.
• Do not charge overnight.
• If the product appears to be bulging or shows other concerning signs such as excess noise, stop using it immediately.
• Do not cover while charging. Charge in a well-ventilated environment.
• Charge this product once every 3 months to avoid shortening its battery life.
• Charge the product exclusively with the provided USB charging cable.
• Lithium batteries produce heat when charging and discharging. If the product becomes too hot to touch, turn it off and
unplug it immediately.
• If the battery leaks, avoid contact with skin and eyes. Rinse affected areas immediately with plenty of clean water, then
consult a doctor.
• Danger of explosion! Do not throw the battery into fire.
• This toy contains batteries that are non-replaceable (Flying Santa).
• Do not disassemble or alter the battery.

Flying precautions
• Responsible and safe flying is your primary responsibility when operating a drone.
• It is recommended to fly the drone in calm conditions, as wind can significantly affect the performance of the aircraft.
While flying, NEVER:
• Compromise safety.
• Perform any other actions that distract you from flying.
While flying, ALWAYS:
• Keep your eyes on the drone.
• Listen to what is going on around you.
INTENDED USE
This product should be used in domestic areas only (house and garden). If used outdoors, use in calm weather conditions.
• This product is suitable only for private use and it is not intended for commercial purposes.
• Use the product only as described in this manual. Any other use may lead to personal injury, product or property damage.
• No liability will be accepted for damage resulting from improper use or non-compliance with this manual.

CHARGING FLYING SANTA BATTERY
BEFORE YOU START
PAIRING THE CONTROLLER TO THE DRONE
A connection must be made between the Flying Santa and the remote
control to function. Follow these steps to pair the Flying Santa with the
remote control.
1. Switch on the Flying Santa and place it on flat ground. The red LED
lights on the Flying Santa will flash.
2. Turn the power switch button to ‘ON’ position. The LED on the remote
control transmitter will then also flash.
3. Push the throttle sticks to the top position and then pull down to the
bottom position (fig. 1). The power indicator on the remote control will
light up. The pairing procedure is now complete.
BATTERY REQUIREMENT FOR REMOTE CONTROL
• Batteries: 3 x 1.5V "AAA"/LR03/AM4 (not included)
• Rating: DC 4.5V, 0.5W

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Connect the charging cable to a USB
socket.
2. Turn off the Flying Santa. Insert charging
plug into the charging socket. The charging
process will begin automatically, and the
charging indicator will light up.
3. Unplug the charging plug when charging
indicator turns off, charging is completed.
Note: 1. The Flying Santa can operate for about 4 - 5 minutes per every 40 - 50 minutes charging.
2. Before recharging the battery, wait 10 - 15 minutes for it to cool down.
Note: When the Power
indicator on the remote
control transmitter starts
blinking, replace the

• Gently push the throttle up to raise the Flying Santa about 1.5 to 2 meter from the ground.
LIFT-OFF PROCEDURE (after pairing procedure is completed):
• Put the Flying Santa on flat ground – an uneven surface will adversely affect it takes off.
• Slowly increase the throttle.
• DO NOT look at the remote control transmitter but focus on the Flying Santa.
• As soon as the Flying Santa leaves ground, reduce the throttle slightly. (in the worst case, the Flying Santa will return to the floor, but this is
better than crashing against the ceiling)
• VERY gently increase the throttle if the Flying Santa goes down.
• VERY gently reduce the throttle if the Flying Santa goes up.
• When turning, give brief, small inputs to the direction stick. (most beginners will commonly overcontrol the Flying Santa)
FLYING THE DRONE
TRIMMING THE CONTROLS
• If your Flying Santa veers right (fig. 2),press the left side
trimmer continually until it stabilises (fig. 3).
• If your Flying Santa veers left (fig. 4), press the right side
trimmer continually until it stabilises (fig. 5).
• If your Flying Santa pitches forward (fig. 6), press the backward
trimmer continually until it stabilises (fig. 7).
• If your Flying Santa pitches backward (fig. 8), press the forward
trimmer continually until it stabilises (fig. 9).

HOVER UP AND DOWN
With the Flying Santa hovering steadily, you can slowly push the
throttle stick up to gain height or lower the stick slightly to fly lower.
Only small changes to the stick position are required for smooth flying.
Symptom Cause Correction
The Flying Santa does not respond, or
responds poorly, to controller
operations.

• The Flying Santa and/or the remote control are
switched off ("OFF").
• The battery of the Flying Santa is low on charge.
• Set the power switch to "ON".
• Recharge the Flying Santa battery.
• Repeat the pairing procedure.• Pairing procedure has not yet been successfully
completed.
• The Flying Santa is out of range from the controller. • Move the controller closer to the Flying Santa
• The controller range is up to 30 meters in open space.
Loss of control.
TURN LEFT AND RIGHT:
Maintain the Flying Santa at a steady height. Push the direction stick
left to rotate counter-clockwise, or push the direction stick right to
turn clockwise.

MOVE FORWARD AND BACKWARD
Maintain the Flying Santa at a steady height. Push the direction stick
up to fly the Flying Santa forward. Pull it downward to fly the Flying
Santa backward.
EMERGENCY STOP:
When in stable flight, press the throttle stick vertically down once to
perform an emergency stop.
ALTITUDE CONTROL:
To maintain the same altitude, push in the throttle stick and move up
to fly upwards and down to descend, then release the throttle stick to
set the altitude. Be cautious of altitude when flying indoors.

Maintain the Flying Santa at a steady height. Push the direction stick
left to fly the Flying Santa sideways to the left. Push it right to fly the
Flying Santa sideways to the right.

VOR DEM START
KOPPELN DER FERNSTEUERUNG MIT DER DROHNE
Zur Verwendung der Fernsteuerung muss eine Verbindung zwischen dem
fliegenden Weihnachtsmann und der Fernsteuerung hergestellt
werden. Gehen Sie zum Koppeln des fliegenden Weihnachtsmanns mit
der Fernsteuerung wie folgt vor.
1. Schalten Sie den fliegenden Weihnachtsmann ein und stellen Sie ihn
auf eine ebene Fläche. Die roten LED-Anzeigen am fliegenden
Weihnachtsmann blinken.
2. Stellen Sie den Drosselhebel in die niedrigste Position und den
Ein/Aus-Schalter auf „ON“. Die LED am Fernsteuerungssender blinkt
dann ebenfalls.
3. Schalten Sie den Fernsteuerungssender ein; die rote
LED-Anzeige am fliegenden Weihnachtsmann blinkt. Stellen Sie den

• Stellen Sie langsam die Drossel höher.
• Schauen Sie NICHT auf den Fernbedienungssender, sondern konzentrieren Sie sich auf den fliegenden Weihnachtsmann.
• Stellen Sie die Drossel ein wenig zurück, sobald der fliegende Weihnachtsmann den Boden verlassen hat. (Im schlimmsten Fall kehrt der
fliegende Weihnachtsmann zum Boden zurück, aber das ist besser, als gegen die Decke zu krachen)
• Wenn der fliegende Weihnachtsmann nach unten sinkt, stellen Sie die Drossel SEHR vorsichtig höher.
• Wenn der fliegende Weihnachtsmann nach oben steigt, stellen Sie die Drossel SEHR vorsichtig niedriger.
• Nehmen Sie beim Drehen kurze, geringfügige Bewegungen am Richtungshebel vor. (In der Regel übersteuern die meisten Anfänger den
fliegenden Weihnachtsmann)
FLIEGEN DER DROHNE

CARGA DE LA BATERÍA DEL FLYING SANTA
ANTES DE COMENZAR
EMPAREJAMIENTO DEL MANDO Y EL DRON
Es preciso establecer una conexión entre el Flying Santa y el mando a
distancia para que funcione. Sigue estos pasos para emparejar el
Flying Santa con el mando a distancia.
1. Enciende el Flying Santa y colócalo sobre un suelo plano. Parpadearán
las luces LED rojas del Flying Santa.
2. Coloca el stick de aceleración en la posición más baja, enciende el
interruptor de alimentación (posición «ON»). El LED del transmisor de
mando a distancia también parpadeará.
3. Enciende el transmisor de mando a distancia, tras lo cual el LED rojo
del Flying Santa parpadeará. Empuja los sticks de aceleración hasta la
posición más alta y luego tira de ellos hacia abajo hasta la posición
más baja (fig. 1). Se iluminará el indicador de alimentación del mando a
distancia. Ya has terminado el procedimiento de emparejamiento.

2. Apaga el Flying Santa. Introduce el
conector de carga en el puerto de carga. El
proceso de carga comenzará
automáticamente y el indicador de carga se
encenderá.
3. Desconecta el conector de carga cuando se
apague el indicador de carga, ya que ello
indica que la carga ha finalizado.
Nota: 1. El Flying Santa funciona durante 4-5 minutos por cada 40-50 minutos de carga.
2. Antes de cargar la batería, espera 10-15 minutos a que se enfríe.

• Empuja el acelerador suavemente hacia arriba para que el Flying Santa ascienda entre 1,5 m y 2 m del suelo.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE DESPEGUE (Tras realizar el procedimiento de emparejamiento):
• Coloca el Flying Santa sobre suelo plano —una superficie desnivelada afectaría negativamente al despegue.
• Aumenta lentamente la aceleración.
• NO mires al transmisor de mando a distancia, céntrate en el Flying Santa.
• En cuanto el Flying Santa despegue del suelo, reduce la aceleración ligeramente (lo peor que puede suceder es que el Flying Santa vuelva al
suelo, pero así evitarás que se estrelle contra el techo).
• Aumenta MUY suavemente la aceleración si el Flying Santa desciende.
• Reduce MUY suavemente la aceleración si el Flying Santa asciende.
• Para girar, realiza movimientos pequeños y breves en el stick de dirección (la mayoría de los principiantes normalmente aplicarán movimientos
excesivos a los controles del Flying Santa).
VUELO DEL DRON
EQUILIBRIO DE LOS CONTROLES
• Si el Flying Santa se desvía hacia la derecha (fig. 2),
apretar el equilibrio izquierdo continuamente hasta que se
estabilice (fig. 3).
• Si el Flying Santa se desvía hacia la izquierda (fig. 4),
apretar el equilibrio derecho continuamente hasta que se
estabilice (fig. 5).
• Si el Flying Santa cabecea hacia delante (fig. 6), apretar el
equilibrio de retroceso continuamente hasta que se estabilice (fig.
7).
• Si el Flying Santa cabecea hacia atrás (fig. 8), apretar el
equilibrio de avance continuamente hasta que se estabilice (fig.
9).

SOBREVOLAR HACIA ARRIBA Y HACIA ABAJO
Con el Flying Santa sobrevolando de manera estable, puedes
empujar lentamente el stick de aceleración hacia arriba para ganar
altura o descenderlo ligeramente para sobrevolar. Para lograr un
vuelo suave, solo es necesario aplicar pequeños cambios a la
posición del stick.
GIRAR A IZQUIERDA Y DERECHA
Mantén el Flying Santa a una altura estable. Empuja el stick de
dirección hacia la izquierda para girar en sentido antihorario, o
empuja el stick de dirección hacia la derecha para girar en sentido
horario.
