b)BEEP ON/BEEP OFF
BEEP ON mode: The beep is generated when any key is pressed.
BEEP OFF mode: The beep sound is disabled.
3. POWER ON/OFF
When the unit is power off, the unit comes to ON by pressing any button on the front
panel (except the OPEN key ). When the unit is power on, press and hold the power
button, the unit goes into power off mode.
4. LCD Display
5&6. TUNE, SEEK, TRACK, SKIP UP / DOWN BUTTONS
a) During RADIO mode:
Press the >>| or |<< button longer 0.5 seconds to automatically tune up/down for the
radio station frequency of strong signal. Press the >>| or |<< button for shortly, to manual
tune up/down for the desired radio station frequency step by step.
b) During SD, USB playback mode:
Press the >>| button briey to play next track.
Press the |<< button briey to play the current track from the beginning of it
if the playing time is more than 2 seconds.
Press the |<< button briey to play the previous track if the playing time is
less than 2 seconds.
Press the >>| or |<< button and hold to skip forwards or backwards, release
to resume normal playback.
7. BAND BUTTON
During radio mode, press the BND button briey to select the radio broadcasting
band you would like to hear. The FM band is toggled cyclically through the tuning
bands: ->FM 1-> FM 2 -> FM 3.
8. MODE BUTTON
Press the MODE button to change among tuner (radio),SD card (when an SD card
is inserted) , USB (when an USB stick is inserted) and
AUX mode.
9. AS/PS BUTTON (Auto-storage /Preset scan)
During radio mode:
1) when long pressing for more than 1 seconds, the radio searches from the current
frequency and checks the signal strength level until 6 station are found. And then
the 6 stations frequency are preset to the corresponding preset memory numbered
bank. The auto-storage operation is implemented in the each selected band.
When the auto-storage operation is nished, the radio execute the Preset Scan.
2) when short pressing, the radio searches for each preset station in the current
band and holds at that preset number for 5 seconds with releasing mute, and
then search again.
for 2 seconds. it will show BOOK on the LCD. Then shortly press T-MENU
button it will show items as below:
BOOK---RECEIVED---DIALED---MISSED---PHONE
In each item you can use 9/ button or 8/ button to check
corresponding number. In the first time your mobile will receive a message that
the unit will visit your mobile through Bluetooth. You have to agree and press
“YES” to confirm.
(Note: It is necessary the phone number is in the phone not in the SIM card).
Call out
1) Making an outgoing call by inputting the phone number manually.
Press MODE key it will show “PHONE” on the display. Short press key.
The LCD will become BLANK. Then you can enter phone number and press
SEL key to confirm the dialing. (Note: If you inputted wrong numbers. You
can press and hold T-MENU key to cancel wrong numbers.)
In front panel except there are 0~9 digit. please note */# as below:
*: press and hold 5 key for 2 seconds.
#: press and hold 6 key for 2 seconds.
2) Redialing an outgoing call
Press MODE key it will show “PHONE” on the display. Double press
key it will redial the last phone number.
3) Making an outgoing call from the phone book / received / dialed /
missed call (for Android and Iphone mobile)
Please reference page 15 “Checking phone book / received / dialed /
missed call” item then select a phone number. Press key to dial.
Note: If there are 2 pcs of SIM card in your mobile phone. When you dial out
a call from the front panel of the unit. The call will be dialed out from the
default card.
Transfer the call between mobile phone and unit
During the talking mode, you can press T-MENU button to transfer the
phone call between the mobile phone and the unit.
Bluetooth audio (A2DP function)
Press MODE key it will show “PHONE” on the display. Then turn on the
music player of your mobile phone and playing a song. The sound will come
out from the speaker of the unit.
Press 1/PAU key of the front panel of the unit to pause/play the song. Press
button or button to select next/previous song.

11. AF [ALTERNATIVE FREQUENCIES] BUTTON
When pressed short, AF switching mode is selected and the state of AF switching
mode is displayed by AF segment in display.
Segment off: AF switching mode off.
Segment on: AF switching mode on, and has RDS information.
Segment ashing: AF switching mode on, but RDS information is not

SD or USB mode, press the AS/PS button short, it is activated

10. PRESET STATION MEMORY AND PAU/1, INT, RPT, RDM BUTTONS
a) During radio mode:
Go to any preset station by pressing one of the 6 preset station buttons (1-6).
If one of these buttons is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the station currently
being listened to will be memorized into the selected preset button.
b) During SD or USB mode:
1) Press the PAU/ 1 button briey to interrupt the playback of the SD or USB.Press
again to resume normal playback of the SD or USB.
Press the PAU/1 button and hold for approximately 0.5 seconds to play the
rst track of the SD or USB.
2) Press the SCN button to sample the rst 10 seconds part of each track, and the
INT ON will be visible on the LCD display.
In the process of INT, press SCN button again to stop sampling and to continue
playing the current track, and the LCD will display INT OFF.
3) Press the RPT button once to play the current track repeatedly, and the RPT
ONE will be visible on the LCD display.
During
SD or USB mode, press the RPT button twice continuously to play the
current folder repeatedly, and the RPT ABM will be visible on the LCD display.
In the process of RPT, press RPT button again to stop playing repeatedly
mode and the LCD will display RPT OFF.
4) Press the RDM button to play all tracks on SD or USB in random order, and the RDM
ON will be visible on the LCD display.
In the process of RDM, press RDM button again to stop playing in random order
and the LCD will display RDM OFF.
c) During the normal playback of SD, USB:
Press the radio preset button 6 and 5 to move up and down10 tracks at a time.
Press AS/PS,NUM --- will flash, so now press 3 and 5 buttons to select the track and press
SEL to start playback.
It is possible to choose the track directly with the number PAD. For example for track 35,

BLUETOOTHOPERATION
PRE-PAIR FOR BLUETOOTH OPERATION
(i) When use Bluetooth, please make sure the mobile phone supports
Bluetooth function.
(ii) For the different kind of mobile phone, Bluetooth emissive power has
some difference. To get the best conversation quality, it is commended that
the distance between the mobile phone and the unit is within 3m. And
please don’t put any metal object or any obstacle between the path of the
mobile phone and the unit.
PAIRING
1) On the mobile phone, select the Bluetooth set up. (Please refer to the
instruction manual of your mobile phone on how to operate Bluetooth.)
2) “CAR KIT” should appear in the list on your mobile phone, please select
“Car KIT”. and then input “0000” ,If it needs a password.
3) When successful paired, the BT mark will be displayed on LCD.
Note: The BT link incloud two links: phone link and media link. You can check
these links in your mobile phone. Click the setting of paired phone. You can
see the “phone” link and “media” link item as below. You have to select them.
If the “media” item was not selected then the A2DP function will be invalid.
Answering / rejecting an incoming call
When there is a phone is coming in. Press key to answer the call.
Press key to reject the call.
Hang up a call
When finished a conversation press key to hang up this call.
Checking phone book / received / dialed / missed call (for Android and
Iphone mobile)

When AF switching mode is selected, the radio checks the signal strength of AF
all the time. The interval of checking time of each AFs depends on the signal
strength of current station, from a few minute for strong station to a few seconds
for weak station. Every time that new AF is stronger than current station, it switches
over to that frequency for very short time, and NEW FREQUENCY is displayed for
1-2 second. Because the mute time of AF switching or checking time is very short,
it is almost inaudible in case of normal program.
During FM mode, when AF is on, SEEK, (SCAN), AUTO-MEMORY function can
only receive and save RDS program.
When pressed long, AF mode is converted to REGION ON/OFF mode.
REGIONAL MODE ON:
AF switching or PI SEEK is implemented to the station which have all PI codes
are same as current station.(PI CODE is checked when AF CHECK in progress)
REGIONAL MODE OFF:
The regional code in the format of PI code is ignored when AF switching or PI
SEEK is implemented.
(PI CODE and COVERAGE AREA is not checked when AF CHECK in progress)
12. TA [TRAFFIC ANNOUNCEMENT] BUTTON
(1) When press the button, it is activated as TA mode on or off.
When TA mode is on(TA is displayed on LCD), it will begin to seek TA station
and TA SEEK will be displayed on LCD for a while.
When trafc announcement is transmitted:
1) If the unit is in SD, USB or disc mode, it will switch to radio mode temporarily.
2) Temporarily switch over to an EON linked station when EON detects a trafc
announcement on that other program, and TP will be displayed on LCD
3) If volume level is below 20, volume level is raised to 20, and returns to its previous
mode and volume level when the trafc announcement is over.
If volume is adjusted during trafc announcement, only the trafc announcement
volume is valid.
* TA interruption function:
The current trafc announcement is cancelled by pressing this key. But the
TA mode will not be off.
* When TA is on, SEEK, (SCAN), AUTO MEMORY function can be received or
saved only when trafc program identication code has been received.
When TA is ON, trafc program identication code is not received during
specied time.
(2) When pressed long, it is selected EONTA LOCAL/EONTA DISTANCE mode.
The purpose of this key is to reduce unwanted EON TA switching, which EON TA
information was received from current station and the radio switched to that EON
linked station, but no information could not be received because the EON linked
station is located too far from that area. So the radio is switched back to current
station again.
In above operation, a customer listen to a wrong program or mute sound for a while.
1) EONTA LOCAL mode:

13. PTY (PROGRAM TYPE) BUTTON
Press it briey and repeatedly to select one of the following mode:
POP M- - NEWS
While selecting PTY TYPE, its selection is implemented by preset buttons as
described in preset key. (press one of the 6 preset buttons shortly and repeatedly
to select the PTY TYPE in the preset button) When POP M or NEWS is on, the
previous PTY program and PTY word is displayed on LCD. If there are no keys
entered for 2 seconds, previously selected PTY is searched. During 1 loop, if
desired PTY is not found, NO PTY is ashed, then return to previous normal radio
and PTY icon goes of f.
14. 0 DSP BUTTON
Press 0 DSP button to view all the current status.
EQ BUTTON
Press EQ button to turn on equalization function and to select desired audio mode:
→FLAT→POP →ROCK→CLAS→EQ OFF
16. AUX INPUT JACK
Press the mode button to select auxiliary input playing mode. Then you can
connect any matched external audio device to this socket. Use the volume
knob to adjust volume.

When needing to play the le in the USB stick, turn over the plastic cover cap
then insert the USB stick into the USB socket. The system will change into the
USB mode automatically ,and then play the rst le in the USB.
When no needing to do USB operation, please cover the plastic cover cap.
20. SD CARD SLOT
When you need to play the le in the SD card, insert the SD card into the card
slot. The system will change into the SD mode automatically ,and then play the rst
le in the SD.
Note:
When SD card and USB stick are both inserted into their slot or socket, the system
will change into the USB mode automatically.
21. RESET BUTTON
Before operating the unit for the rst time, or after replacing the car battery or
changing the connections. You must reset the unit.
Press this button with a cuspidal object. This operation will erase the clock
setting and some stored contents.
Press #SCAN button (17) to enter scan mode, the unit will scan to higher frequency
station and keep on each station for several seconds (the corresponding frequency
will ash 5 times on LCD).
