CARATTERISTICHE DEGLI APPARECCHI
La targhetta con le caratteristiche è applicata sulla battuta
della porta del forno ed è visibile a porta aperta.
Attenzione
1.Questeavvertenzesiriferisconoadiversitipidiapparecchi.
Fare attenzione ad individuare correttamente il tipo che si
possiede (vedere la targhetta con le caratteristiche).
3. Prima di usare l’apparecchio leggere attentamente il
libretto istruzioni che contiene, tra l’altro, informazioni molto
importantiriguardantilasicurezzanell’installazione,nell’usoe
nella manutenzione. Conservate con cura il libretto istruzioni
per successive consultazioni.
4. La sicurezza elettrica di questo apparecchio è garantita
solo se si è provveduto ad eseguire il corretto collegamento
a terra come richiesto dalle norme in merito. È fondamentale
accertarsi che tali norme siano state rispettate; in caso
di dubbio rivolgersi ad una persona qualificata, affinché
controlli minuziosamente l’impianto elettrico. Il fabbricante
non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni provocati da
un cattivo impianto di messa a terra.
5. Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, verificare che le
caratteristichetecnicheriportatesullatarghettacorrispondano
perfettamente a quelle dell’impianto elettrico e della rete di
distribuzione del gas.
6. Controllare che l’impianto elettrico e le prese di corrente
abbiano la capacità di sopportare la potenza massima
dell’apparecchio che è riportata sulla targhetta. In caso di
dubbio rivolgersi ad una persona qualificata.
7. Nell’installare l’apparecchio prevedere un interruttore
onnipolare con distanza d’apertura tra i contatti superiore
o pari a 3 mm.
8. Se la presa non fosse adatta alla spina, sostituirla con una
idonea, in tal caso rivolgersi ad una persona qualificata che
dovrà verificare anche se la sezione dei cavi della presa può
sopportarelapotenzaassorbitadall’apparecchio.Siconsiglia
di non usare adattatori, prese multiple o prolunghe.
9. Quando l’apparecchio rimane inutilizzato togliere il
collegamento elettrico, staccare l’interruttore generale e

Atención
1. Estas advertencias se refieren a distintos modelos de

3. Antes de usar el aparato leer atentamente el librito de

de instrucciones deberá ser conservado con cuidado para

4. La seguridad eléctrica de este aparato está garantizada
sólosi se efectúaunacorrecta conexión atierracomo pedido
por las normas en materia. Es fundamental que tales reglas
hayan sido respetadas; en caso de dudas dirigirse a una
persona cualificada para que controle con esmero la planta
eléctrica.Elfabricantenoseasumeningunaresponsabilidad
por daños provocados por una mala instalación de puesta
a tierra.
5. Antes de conectar el aparato verificar que las
características técnicas contenidas en la plaquita
correspondan perfectamente a las de la planta eléctrica y a
las de la red de distribución del gas.
6. Controlar que la planta eléctrica y las tomas de corriente
tengan la capacidad de soportar la potencia máxima del
aparato que está incluída en la plaquita. En caso de dudas
dirigirse a una persona cualificada.
7. Al instalar el aparto preveer un interruptor omnipolar con
distancia de apertura entre contactos superiores o iguales
a 3 mm.
8. Si la toma no fuera apta para el enchufe substituirla con
una idonea. En este caso dirigirse a una persona cualificada
que deberá verificar también si la sección de cables del
tomacorriente puede soportar la potencia absorbida por el
aparato. Se aconseja no usar adaptadores, tomacorrientes
múltiples o extensiones.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COOKERS
The data plate is applied on the sealing gasket of the oven
door and is visible when the door is open.
Attention
1. These warnings refer to different models of cookers. Be
sure that you have correctly identified the model that you
possess (see the data plate).
3. Before using the cooker, read the instructions booklet
carefully. This contains very important information
concerning safety during installation, use and maintenance.
The instructions booklet must be kept with care for later
consultation.
4. The electrical safety of this cooker is guaranteed only if it
correctly earthed as required by the regulations in force. It
is fundamental to ensure that these regulations have been
respected; if you are in doubt, apply to a skilled technician
to have the electric system accurately checked. The
manufacturer does not accept any responsibility for damage
caused by a bad earthing system.
5. Before connecting the cooker, check that the technical
characteristics on the data plate correspond perfectly with
those of the electric system and of the gas mains.
6. Ensure that the electric system and the sockets have a
suitable capacity to carry the maximum power of the cooker
as indicated on the data plate. If you are in doubt, apply to
a skilled technician.
7. When installing the cooker, fit an omnipolar switch with an
opening distance of 3 mm or more between the contacts.
8. If the socket is not suitable for the plug, replace it with
a suitable one. In this case you should apply to a skilled
technician who must also check that the section of the wires
in the socket can take the power absorbed by the cooker.
We advise you not to use adapters, multiple sockets or
extensions.
9.Whenthecookerisnotinuse,disconnecttheelectricpower,
switch off the main switch and turn off the gas.
10. Do not obstruct the slots for ventilation or heat
dispersion.
TECHNISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN DER GERÄTE
Das Typenschild ist auf der Dichtung des Ofenfensters

Achtung
1. Diese Hinweise beziehen sich auf verschiedene Modelle.
Prüfen Sie, welches Modell Sie haben (vgl. Typenschild).
3. Vor Inbetriebnahme lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung
sorgfältig durch. Die Gebrauchsanleitung enthält auch
wichtige Informationen für eine sichere Installation, den
Gebrauch und die Instandhaltung. Die Gebrauchsanleitung

7. Bei der Installation des Gerätes einen allpoligen Schalter
mit einer Öffnung zwischen den Kontakten von mindestens
3 mm verwenden.
8. Wenn die Steckdose für den Stecker nicht geeignet
ist, muss sie ausgewechselt werden. Wenden Sie sich
an einen Fachmann, der auch prüfen muss, ob der

persone che non siano in grado di farlo senza la dovuta
sorveglianza.
14.Primadipulirel’apparecchioodieseguirelamanutenzione
scollegarel’apparecchiostaccandoilcavodialimentazioneo
interrompendo l’elettricità tramite l’apposito interruttore.
15.Inpresenzadiguastiodicattivofunzionamentospegnere
l’apparecchio,chiudereilrubinettodelgasenontentarealcuna
riparazionechedeveinveceessereeseguitaesclusivamente
da un centro di assistenza autorizzato. Esigere sempre parti
di ricambio originali. Il mancato rispetto di queste indicazioni
può compromettere la sicurezza dell’apparecchio.
16. Si raccomanda vivamente di non rendere accessibili le
parti che possono rappresentare un pericolo, soprattutto
se vi sono bambini che potrebbero usare l’apparecchio
per giocare.
17. Non mettere né sui bruciatori né sulle piastre elettriche

F. no autorizar el empleo del aparato a niños o a personas

originales. La falta de respeto de estas indicaciones puede

16. Se recomienda vivamente emplear un sinónimo para
neutralizar las partes que pueden ser peligrosas, sobre todo
si hay niños que podrían emplear el aparato para jugar.

können, nicht allein lassen, wenn sie das Gerät
gebrauchen.
14.BevorSiedasGerätreinigenoderInstandhaltungsarbeiten
vornehmen, den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen oder die
Stromzufuhr ausschalten.
15. Im Falle von Störungen oder schlechtem Betrieb das
Gerät ausschalten und den Gashahn schließen. Jede
Reparatur darf ausschließlich von einer Vertragswerkstatt

16. Es wird dringend empfohlen, den Zugang zu den Teilen,
die eine Gefahr darstellen können, unbedingt zu verlindern,
besonders wenn Kinder in der Nähe sind, die das Gerät zum
Spielen gebrauchen könnten.
17. Keine unstabilen oder verformten Kochtöpfe auf Brenner

turn off the gas tap and do not attempt to make any repairs;
thesemust be carried out exclusively byan approved service
centre. Alwaysinsist on originalspareparts. Failureto follow
these indications may endanger the safety of the cooker.
16.It is particularly important to render harmless any parts
that may cause danger, especially if there are children who
could use the cooker to play.
17.Neverplace unsteadyordeformedpansontheburnersor
on the electric hotplates as they could overturn accidentally.
When placing pans on the hob, always ensure that the
handles are facing inward so that there is no risk of knocking
against them.
18. When the cooker is not in use, ensure that all the knobs
are exactly in position “●”/“❍”.
19. Never leave the hotplate switched on without a pan on it,

9. Déconnectez l’appareil lorsqu’il est inutilisé. Coupez

14. Avant toute opération de nettoyage ou de maintenance,
déconnectez l’appareil en le débranchant ou en agissant sur
l’interrupteur pour couper l’électricité.
15. En cas de panne et/ou de mauvais fonctionnement,
éteignezl’appareil,fermezlerobinetdugazsansessayerdele
réparer.Pourtouteréparation,adressez-vousexclusivement
àuncentredeserviceaprès-venteagrééetexigezdespièces
de rechange d’origine. Le non respect de ces instructions
peut compromettre la sécurité de l’appareil.
16. Nous recommandons vivement de neutraliser les
parties de l’appareil susceptibles de représenter un danger

21. Non usare liquidi infiammabili (alcool, benzina,…) in
prossimità dell’apparecchio in funzione.
22. Se si usano piccoli elettrodomestici presso il piano di
cottura, fare attenzione ad evitare che il filo elettrico tocchi
le parti calde dell’apparecchio.
23.Gliapparecchiagas,perfunzionarecorrettamentedevono
essere installati in locali ben aerati. Accertarsi, quindi, che
l’installazione avvenga secondo le indicazioni del capitolo
“Installazione”.
17. No poner sobre los quemadores ni sobre las placas
eléctricasollasinestablesodeformadasquepodríanvoltearse
accidentalmente. La ollas deberán colocarse sobre la placa
de cocción con los mangos dirigidos hacia el interior para
no chocar con ellos.
18.Verificarque cuandoelaparatonoseuse,lospulsadores

19.Nodejarencendidalaplacadecocciónsinollas,sinoesta
llega a una temperatura muy alta rapidamente y el aparato
o los muebles alrededor pueden dañarse.
20.Algunaspartesdelaparato,enformaparticularlasplacas
eléctricas, quedan calientes tiempo después del uso. Poner
atención en no tocarlas.
21. No emplear líquidos inflamables ( alcohol, gasolina...)
cerca del aparato en función.
22.Sise emplean pequeños artefactos eléctricos cerca dela
placadecocción,poneratenciónenevitarqueelhiloeléctrico
no toque las partes calientes del aparato.
23. Los aparatos de gas, para funcionar correctamente,
deberán instalarse en locales bien ventilados. Asegurarse
entonces que la instalación proceda según las indicaciones
del capítulo “Instalaciones”.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE
Al fine di non piegare i piedini di sostegno, in nessun
caso trascinare la cucina. La procedura corretta per
posizionare l’apparecchio prevede il sollevamento
dello stesso.
Le istruzioni che seguono sono destinate alla persona
qualificatachesioccuperàdell’installazionedell’apparecchio,
allasua regolazione e alla sua manutenzione tecnica e chesi
accerteràchetalioperazioniavvenganonelmodopiùcorretto
possibile e conformemente alle norme vigenti.
Importante: qualunque operazione di regolazione, di
manutenzioneecc.deveessereeffettuatadopoaverstaccato
la presa elettrica della cucina.
Norme per l’installazione: il collegamento del gas
deve essere effettuato da un tecnico che garantisca la
corretta alimentazione di gas e l’esatta regolazione della
combustionedeibruciatori.Questeoperazionid’installazione,
anche se semplici, sono delicate e fondamentali per il buon
funzionamento della cucina. L’installazione deve avvenire a
regola d’arte e nel totale rispetto delle norme vigenti ossia:
A. Norme gas d'installazione UNI CIG 7129.
B. Norme elettriche CEI.
Installazione
L’apparecchiofunzioneràcorrettamenteseillocaleincuiesso
verrà installato possiede una buona aerazione, in accordo
alle leggi vigenti. Il locale deve possedere un sistema di
evacuazione verso l'esterno dei fumi di combustione così
come richiesto dalle norme applicabili. A titolo informativo
riportiamo alcune regole di base.
A. Il locale deve possedere un sistema che fornisca l’aria
necessaria ad una regolare combustione. La portata
d’aria necessaria alla combustione non deve
essere inferiore a 2 m3/h per kW di potenza
installata. Il sistema può essere realizzato prelevando
direttamene l’aria dall’interno dell’edificio con un condotto di
almeno 100 cm2di sezione adattato in modo che non possa
essere accidentalmente tappato. O in modo indiretto, dai
luoghi adiacenti e attrezzati di condotto di ventilazione con
l’esterno come detto prima; tali luoghi non devono essere
parte dell’edificio nè presentare pericoli d’incendio o essere

nunca la cocina. Para instalar correctamente la cocina,
es necesario levantarla.
Las siguientes instrucciones están dirigidas a la persona
cualificada que se ocupará de la instalación del aparato, de
su ajuste y de su mantenimiento técnico y que se cerciorará
que tales operaciones se desarrollen en la forma correcta y
conforme a las normas vigentes.
Importante: Toda operación de regulación , de
mantenimiento etc. deberá efectuarse después de haber
desconectado el aparato del tomacorriente de la cocina.
Normas para la instalación: la conexión del gas
será efectuada por un técnico que garantice la correcta
alimentación del gas y la exacta regulación de la combustión
de los quemadores. Estas operaciones de instalación,
aunque sencillas, son delicadas y fundamentales para un
buen funcionamiento de la cocina.
La instalación deberá ser hecha perfectamente y con el total
respeto de las normas vigentes o sea:
A. Normativas de gas y eléctricas en materia de instalación
y ventilación.
Instalación
El aparato funcionará correctamente si el local donde se
instalará posee una ventilación total. El local deberá poseer
un sistema de evacuación externa de humos de combustión
compuestopor una campana aspirante o ventilador eléctrico
que se ponga automáticamente en función con el encendido
del aparato.
A. El local deberá poseer un sistema que suministre el aire
necesario para una combustión regular. La cantidad de
airenecesarioparalacombustiónno deberáser
inferior a 2 m3/h por kW de potencia instalada.
El sistema puede realizarse prelevando directamente el aire
desde el interior del edificio con un conducto de almenos
cm2de sección adaptado de manera que no pueda ser
obstruido accidentalmente. O, en modo indirecto, por los
lugares contiguos y equipados con un canal de ventilación
con el externo como dicho anteriormente: estos lugares
no deberán ser parte del edificio, ni presentar peligro de

that of the worktop. The wall in contact with the rear of the
cooker must be made of fire-resistant material.
To install the cooker correctly, take the following

A. Any furniture in teh vicinity of the cooker with a height
higher than that of the worktop must be at least 50 mm from

in its instructions booklet, and always at a minimum distance

B. Wird das Gerät intensiv und für lange Zeit beansprucht,
kann eine zusätzliche Lüftung notwendig sein. In solchen
Fällen das Fenster öffnen oder die mechanische Zugkraft der
Rauchhaube erhöhen.
C. Die flüssig gemachten Erdölgase sind schwerer als
die Luft, lagern sich daher ab. Die Räume, in denen die
Flüssiggasflaschenaufgestelltwerden,müssenmitÖffnungen
versehen sein, die nach außen führen, damit der Auslass ggf.
vorhandener Gaslecke von unten möglich ist.
Gerät installieren
DasGerät ist gegen eine zu hohe Überhitzung geschützt und
kann daher neben Möbel aufgestellt werden, die nicht über
das Arbeitsfeld hinausragen. Die mit der Geräterückseite in
Berührung kommende Wand muss aus feuerhemmendem
Material sein. Bei der Installation des Küchengerätes ist
folgendes zu beachten:
A. Die Küchenmöbel, die höher als das Arbeitsfeld sind, müssen
mindestens 50 mm von der Arbeitsfeldkante aufgestellt werden.
B.DieRauchhaubeistgemäßdenindenAnleitungenenthaltenen
Angaben und in einer Entfernung von mindestens 650 mm zu
installieren.
C. Wenn das Gerät unter einem Hängeschrank aufgestellt
wird, muss die Entfernung vom Arbeitsfeld mindestens 700
mm betragen.

C. Les gaz de pétrole liquéfiés, plus lourds que l’air, se
déposent et stagnent vers le bas. Les locaux doivent prévoir
desouvertures vers l’extérieur afin depermettre l’évacuation
par le bas, des fuites éventuelles de gaz.
Installation de l’appareil
L’appareil est prédisposé avec un degré de protection contre
les surchauffements excessifs, on peut par conséquent
l’installer à côté de meubles dont la hauteur ne dépasse
pas celle du plan de travail. La paroi en contact avec la paroi
postérieure de l’appareil doit être réalisée en matériel non
inflammable. Il faut observer les précautions suivantes pour
une installation correcte de la cuisinière.
A. Les meubles situés à côté, dont la hauteur est supérieure
à celle des plans de travail, doivent être situés à au moins
50 mm du bord du plan même.
B. Les hottes doivent être installées selon les conditions
indiquées dans les livrets d’instructions des hottes mêmes,
quand même à une distance, au moins de 650 mm.
C. Si l’appareil est installé sous un élément suspendu, il faut
que ce dernier soit placé à au moins 700 mm (millimètres)
de distance du plan.

CONEXION ELECTRICA
Antes de conectar el aparato a la corriente,
asegurarse de que:
- La válvula limitadora y la instalación doméstica
puedan soportar la carga del aparato (ver la
placa de características).
- La instalación de la corriente esté provista de
una eficaz puesta a tierra.
- La toma de corriente o interruptor omnipolar,
con 3 mm de apertura mínima de contactos,
sea fácilmente accesible una vez instalado el
aparato.
El aparato se suministra sin enchufe: se tendrá
que montar un enchufe conforme a las normas,
adecuado para soportar la carga.
El cable de la corriente se tendrá que posicionar
de tal manera que en ningún punto alcance una
temperatura superior a 50°C la del ambiente.
Atención: controlar que la conexión de masa a
tierrasea correcta (cableamarillo-verde).Lamasa
a tierra es obligatoria .
Losaparatos están preparadospara funcionar con
una corriente monofásica de 220/230 VAC.

COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO

BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE
Avant de raccorder l'appareil à l'installation

monter une fiche normalisée supportant la

RACCORDEMENT DU GAZ
L'appareil doit être raccordé au réseau du gaz par un tuyau
souple métallique en conformité aux normes en vigueur. La
connexion doit avoir lieu entre le raccordement de la rampe
du gaz ISO R228 et le tuyau comme suit:
- en interposant un joint à étanchéité métallique (aluminium,
cuivre, caoutchouc approuvé). A titre indicatif voir fig.A.
Attention: après le raccordement, il faut vérifier s'il y a
des fuites de gaz. Il faut chercher les fuites en employant
de l'eau savonnée ou d'autres liquides.

L'appareccio viene fornito per essere alimentato da un
tipo di gas; qualora fosse necessario variarlo, bisogna
sostituire gli iniettori dei bruciatori, regolare la portata d’aria
e il minimo. Prima di procedere a tali operazioni bisogna
staccare la corrente elettrica dell’apparecchio per evitare
contatti accidentali.
SOSTITUZIONE DEGLI INIETTORI E

A1) Bruciatori del piano di cottura (fig. A, B)
1. Togliere la griglia, i cappelli e i bruciatori del piano di
lavoro
2. Sollevare il piano di lavoro.
3. Svitare la vite “F” e togliere il tubo “R”.
4. Svitare gli iniettori (U) e sostituirli con quelli adatti al gas in
uso e forniti con l’apparecchio. Consultare la tabella 2.
5. La regolazione dell’aria va effettuata con il tubo “R” in base
aivalori “X” riportatinellatabella2, apertura d’ariaprimaria.A

SUBSTITUCIÓN DE LOS INYECTORES Y

1. Quitar la rejilla, las caperuzas y los quemadores del
tablero de trabajo.
2. Levantar el tablero de trabajo.
3. Destornillar el tornillo “F” y quitqr el tubo “R” (fig.A, B).
4. Destornillar los inyectores (U) y substituirlos con los aptos
para el gas usado e incluidos con el aparato. Consultar la
tabla 2.
5. La regulación del aire se efectúa con el tubo “R” en base
a los valores “X” colocados en la tabla 2 apertura de aire
primario. Una vez efectuado el registro del aire bloquear el
tubo “R” con el tornillo “F”.

The appliance is supplied for use with a certain type of gas; if
this has to be varied, you must change the burner injectors,
adjust the air flow rate and the minimum gas flow. Before
carryingouttheseoperationsyoumustdisconnecttheelectric
power supply of the cooker to avoid accidental contacts.
CHANGINGTHEINJECTORSANDADJUSTING
THE AIR
A1) Burners on the hob (fig. A, B)
1. Remove the grill, the caps and the burners from the
worktop.
2. Lift the worktop.
3. Unscrew the screw “F” and remove the pipe “R”.
4. Unscrew the injectors (U) and replace them with those
suitable for the gas used, supplied with the cooker. See
table 2.
5. The air is adjusted by means of the pipe “R” according to
the values “X” given in table 2 for the primary air opening.
Once regulation has been completed, secure the pipe “R”
with the screw “F”.

5. Le réglage du brûleur devra être effectué avec le tube “R”

Le réglage effectué, bloquer le tube “R” avec la vis “F”.
A2) Réglage du debit d’air
Exécuter l'opération avec le brûleur allumé et la flamme
au maximum.

A) Flamme avec excès d'air; petite et tendue. Faire
avancer la bague R.
B) Flammeavecdéfautd'air:irrégulière,pointes jaunes.
Reculer la bague R.
C) Flamme correcte: la couleur est bleu ciel.
