Toassemble,firstplacethe baseplateupside downand attachthefourcasters
tothe holesprovided and tighten withwrench. Fig1

Next, hang the twobags(H)fromthe supportrods.Then attachthetwofilter
bagsand twocollection bagstothe collectorsusing bag clamp.

The dust collectorisnowreadytobe placed intoservice. Beforeconnecting to
apowersource,be surethepowersourceisproperlygroundedandisof
propervoltage and amperage.
SAFETYRULES
1. Read and becomefamiliarwiththe entireoperating manual.
2.Keep guardsand coverinplaceand inworking order.
3.Weareyeprotection at all times. Usesafetyglasseswithside shieldsor
safetygoggles, meeting the nationalsafetystandards, whileoperating this
machine.
4. Keep workarea clean and welllighted. Clutterandinadequatelightinginvite
potentialhazards.
5.Ground all tools.If amachine isequipped withathree-prong plug,itmustbe
plugged intoathree-holeelectricaloutlet orgrounded extension cord. If
using an adaptertoaidinaccommodating atwoholereceptacle, ground
using ascrewtoaknownground.
6.Avoiddangerousenvironments. Donot operatethismachineinwet orflame
environments.Airborne dust particlescouldcausean explosion and severe
firehazard.
7. Makesureswitchisinthe “OFF”position beforeconnecting powerto
machine.
8. Keep children and visitorsaway.All visitorsshouldbe kept asafedistance
awaywhileoperating unit.
9. Childproof workshop withpadlocks, masterswitchorbyremoving starter
keys. 5
10. Disconnect machine when cleaning, adjusting orservicing.
11. Donot forcetool.The machine will do asaferand betterjob at the ratefor

whichit wasdesigned.
12. Usecorrect tool. Donot forcemachine orattachment todo ajob forwhich
it wasnot designed.
13. Wearproperapparel. Donot wearlooseclothing, neck ties, gloves,
jewelry, etc.
14. Removeadjusting keys and wrenches. Beforeturning the machine on,
makeit ahabit tocheck that all adjusting keys and wrencheshavebeen
removed.
15. Donot leavemachine unattended. Wait until it comestoacompletestop
beforeleaving the area.
16. Donot usedust collectorforanything except wood dust. Materialsuchas
liquids, metalshavings, metaldust, screw, glass, plasticorrock can cause
sparks when coming intocontact withanypart of the collection system.
17. Donot placeyourhands,lumberortoolsnearinletopening whilemachine
isrunning orconnected topower.
18.Always weararespiratorand safetyglasseswhen removing, emptying or
replacing collection bags. Securebagstightlytodust collectortoavoid
bagsfrom “blowing off”.
