HOW TO USE
Best to wear the band on your left hand, after the
ulnar styloid and to adjust it via adjustment holes.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
OBAND CHARGING:
Please make sure the battery level is normal at first
use. Low battery will cause a shutdown and you will
need to charge the band for an automatic power-
on.
How to charge:
Please pull the host out the wristband. Insert
proper side into the corresponding USB interface.
OHOW TO USE
On/Off:
1. In the shutdown state, long touch (over 3s) the
function key to start up the device with
vibration.
2. In the state of power-on, long touch (over 3s)
the function key to enter into shutdown
interface and choose OFF. System will be
powered off if no other function is pressed for
5 seconds.
Operation:
1. Shortly touch the function key to light up the
screen or to switch display page in the power-
on state.
2. No operation in 5s will turn off the screen by
default.
3. System will automatically start measuring
heart rate when it is switched to heart rate
interface and will turn the screen off in 5
seconds after result is displayed.
OINSTALLING APP ON THE PHONE
Scan the following QR code or enter the application
market to download and install “Yoho Sports”.

System requirements: Android 4.4 or above, iOS 8
or above, phone that supports Bluetooth 4.0.
OHOW TO CONNECT
1. Open APP. Click settings icon
2. Choose My Device
3. Pull down to scan device
4. Click to connect
After pairing, APP will remember Bluetooth
address automatically. Once opened or running in
the background, APP will search and connect band
automatically.
Please make sure the APP is permitted to run in
the background.
OMAIN APP FEATURES AND SETTINGS
Personal information:
Please set personal information firstly after
entering the APP.
Settings -> Personal Settings
Edit your gender, age, height and weight.
Set the activity goal and sleeping goal, so you can
monitor the completion. You can set the period for
lack of activity remind, or you can turn off it in
notification menu.
Notifications:
Incoming call: Vibrate and name or number
displayed (Display name only if it is in your contacts,
display number otherwise.)
Message: Vibrate reminder with the name from
contacts or number if unknown.
Other notifications: vibrate when there are
Facebook, Instagram, messenger. or other
notifications.
Sedentary: Vibrate and display icon when lack of
activity per period set in personal info.
Vibration: Switch On/Off to enable/disable
vibration function on band for notification.
Smart alarm
Up to 3 alarms with user-friendly vibration. Support
offline alarm clock.
Band display setting
Choose display interfaces when button is pushed.
Abnormal disconnection
Vibrate and display icon if the band is disconnected
abnormally. (Not disconnected by use or system.)
Find band
Click “Find band”; band will vibrate when
connected with phone.
Shake to take selfie
Enter the interface and shake band. Camera on
phone will take the picture after 3 seconds
countdown.
OSYMBOL DESCRIPTION
Clock interface
Bluetooth icon will indicate the phone is
successfully connected to the smartwatch. Time is
calibrated automatically after syncing to the phone.
Steps interface
Wear band to record steps every day. Check out
real-time steps constantly
Distance interface
Show total distance via calculating the steps.
Calories interface
Record burned calories within exercise.
Heart rate interface
Band will start measuring heart rate as soon as it is
switched to heart rate interface. Heart rate
interface need the band to have heart rate sensor.
Sleep mode
When you’re a sleep, band will automatically
monitor how long and how well you sleep. Check
data on APP terminal.

IMPORTANT
Why is there no notification after connection?
Android users: Make sure the band is connected
with the phone. Open privileges on your phone and
allow it to access incoming calls, messages and
contacts in the settings when running in the
background. If any additional security APP is
installed, add Yoho Sports to trust list.
iOS users: No notification even when the phone is
connected. Please reboot the phone and connect
again. Then click Pair after Bluetooth pairing
request.
•Please connect the band to sync the data.
•When you need to charge the band, remove
wrist strap and insert the charging interfaces
end into the USB of the charging device.
•Don’t expose the band to high moisture or
extremely high or low temperature.
•When band crashes, check that phones
memory is sufficient and close the service or
restart your phone and try again.
WARRANTY
The warranty is valid for 12 months, and you can
apply it to the seller (us), through the contact
details listed in bottom right corner, to submit a
warranty claim, send the number and the date of
the purchase.
WEEE disposal and recycling symbol.
The WEEE symbol is attached to the
product in compliance with the EU
directive 2012/19/EU on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE). It is intended to deter the
improper disposal of this product and
to promote reuse and recycling.
