MAIN FEATURES
The smallest pump for the descaling of
wall-mounted boilers and boilers, equipped with
3-way valves, flow inverter and stand-by.
Low cost and high performances: with only 500
ml of descaling product DETEX Plus (diluted with
1500 ml of water), can be made up to 4 descaling
processes. The shoulder strap whose Boss Pulce
FI is equipped with, in addition to favour its car-
riage, guarantees the connection of the device to
the boiler that has to be descaled. It is equipped
with 2 corner connections that simplify the con-
nections to the heat exchangers, simplifying the
maintenance connections. BOSS PULCE FI has
been designed to offer to the user the maximum
safety, small dimensions the minimum weight
and the maximum handling: features that make
BOSS PULCE FI, a unique product on the mar-
ket. Reinforced and shock-proof polyethylene
tank, special pump with Viton® membrane,
self-priming and acid resistant pump.

APPLICATION AND USE
Pomp for the descaling of hot water heater, boilers, heat exchangers and wall-mounted boilers.
WHAT DO I NEED TO INSTALL IT

CORRECT INSTALLATION
1. As first thing (if it is possible) control if inside
the device that has to be descaled, there is
enough space to guarantee the passage for
the acid solution, the operation is not possi-
ble.
2. Disconnect the outlet and inlet of the device
to descale, if it is possible, drain it from the
internal water and then connect it to the
pump, through the use of equipped pipes.
3. Remove the tank cap and add water up to
half tank (please notice that operational
temperature during descaling must never
exceed 50 °C).
4. Connect the pump to the mains; switch it on
and start adding slowly descaling chemical,
until required concentration is obtained.
5. This operation guarantees the correct acid
product blending.
6. Please carefully follow use and safety in-
formation reported on the label of product.
Anyway, maximum operational time (con-
tinuously) of the motor, should not exceed
2 hours. Please after 2 hours, let the system
rest for at least half an hour.
ATTENTION: The flow inverter of the acid solu-
tion acting on the Flow Inverter (directional
valve) to obtain better results. Stand-by position
guarantees the flow interruption of the pump in
the circuit, when the boiler is very scaled and
there is a pressure increase verifiable through
the presence of noises due to higher frequency
of motor strokes.

Note:
It is always suggested to connect the pump as
near as possible to the inlet and outlet of the
heat exchanger that has to be cleaned, in order
to avoid the damage of possible filters and/or
gaskets that are not resistant to acid action.

MAINTENANCE
At the end of descaling operation:
1. Do not leave pump unattended during the operations.
2. Control the pH is included between 6,5 and 9,5. For the liquid neutralization, both the ones pres-
ent inside the pump, and also the ones present inside the descaled elements, we recommend to
use the neutralizing product Neutral Liquid or Neutral Powder.
3. Switch off the pump and disconnect as first thing the powder cord.
4. Wait till when the solution circulating inside the descaled device returns inside the tank.
DO NOT LEAVE ANY ACIDIC SOLUTION INSIDE THE TANK: fumes may seriously damage pump
components.
