Instructions for Oven Cabinet
Tools Needed:
Phillips Head Screwdriver Drill with 3/32” Bit
Marking Tool Tape Measure
Level Saw
Parts Included:
Oven Cabinet
Oven Supports
#8 x 3/4” Pan Head Screws
#6 x 1/2” Flat Head Screws
The oven cabinet you received is manufactured
with a minimum opening size of 27”W x 24” High
By cutting the required dimensions out of the side
rails, the width of the opening cabinet expanded to
31 1/2” wide.
STEP 1
By removing the 9 1/2” crossrail and the top drawer
assembly, the height of the opening can be further
expanded to 47 1/2”. Adjustments above the minimum,
up to the maximum, are made by cutting the required
dimensions out of the top 10 1/2” crossrail.
STEP 3
By cutting the required dimensions out
of the top 10 1/2” crossrail and the
bottom 9 1/2” crossrail, the opening
height can be expanded to 41”, leaving
1 1/2” crossrail on top and bottom of
the opening.

By removing the next 1 1/2” crossrail and
drawer assembly, the opening height can be
expanded to 54”. Adjustments above the
minimum, up to the maximum, are made by
cutting the required dimensions out of the top
10 1/2” crossrail.
STEP 4
To obtain the maximum opening height of the cabinet,
remove the next 1 1/2” crossrail and the last drawer
assembly. This will allow a maximum opening height of
60”. Adjustments above the minimum, up to the
maximum, are made by cutting the required dimensions
STEP 5
Once oven opening modifications have been made, the
oven support rails can be installed

STEP 7
Once the oven supports are
attached in the front to the oven
cabinet, level the supports. Attach
the leveled oven supports to the
back panel with the supplied (4) #8
x 3/4" pan head screws per oven
support.
The oven supports are now
installed. Install the oven into the
cabinet per oven manufacturer's
instructions.
STEP 8
Once oven opening modifications have
been made, the oven support rails can be
installed to support the oven. The oven
supports will be placed onto the lower
opening crossrail, as shown in illustration.
Check the bottom of the oven to be
installed for leg/support locations. If oven
utilizes legs/supports, place the oven
supports onto oven cabinet rails to match
this location.
STEP 9
With the oven supports into place, mark
the (2) hole locations per support onto the
crossrail.
Remove oven supports from cabinet. Pre
drill the (4) hole locations marked on the
crossrail with 3/32" drill bit, 3/4" deep.
Attach the oven support rails to the oven
cabinet with the supplied (4) #6 x 1/2" flat
head
