ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR I-PK & I-CS SERIES
2. Install the glides or
the sockets & rollers on
1. Swing out cross the legs.

Slip plastic caps over
the end of the side rails.
3. QUEEN SIZE ASSEMBLY
Fit the rivets on the extender rails into
key-hole slots 1, 2, 11 and 12 as shown:
3. KING SIZE ASSEMBLY
Fit the rivets on the extender rails into
key-hole slots 3, 5, 8 and 10 as shown:
3. CAL-KING SIZE ASSEMBLY
Fit the rivets on the extender rail into
key-hole slots 4, 6, 7 and 9 as shown:
4. FOR ALL SIZES - Lock the extender rail in place with the black plug locks as shown:

CENTER RAIL ASSEMBLY FOR ALL FRAMES
5. Attach the center rail to the extender rails using the
screws and thumbnuts.
