RemoveManifoldBfrom the Cylinders. Sometimes the adapterwithstay incylinder
and othertimes itwill remaininManifoldB.Eitherwayitwill haveremoved for
furtherdisassembly.Use cautionhereso notto cause any damageto either
component.

If adapterstaysinManifoldB
and proves be difficultto
remove,Youmay use a flat
bladed screwdriverto gently
pry itfrom the manifold. There
will alwaysbe a small gap
between the adapterand
ManifoldB.Use cautionnotto
damageeithercomponent.
If adapterstaysincylinderand cannotbe
removed by simply twisting themapart
withyourhands youmay need to carefully
try holding cylinderwithyourhands and
twisting adapterwithsomepliers. Use
cautionto stay onthe largerboss ofthe
adapteroryouwill damagethe adapter
and itwill haveto be replaced.

Removethe valvestack
from ManifoldB.
Removethe cylindersfrom
pistonrods by sliding them
forward.

Nowthatyouhave
cylindersremoved
from the rods. Lookat
the components
closely.Takenote
howthe partsare
orientated forfuture
reference.
Removethe 10mm
nutretaining the
Pistonpacking and
associated items.

Layoutthe componentsinorderasyouremovethemsoyouwill knowhowtoreassemble
them.The Squarecutedgeofthe pistonalwaysgoes towardthe ManifoldB.

thereisno corrosionpresent.
Inspectthe sealing surfaces for
wearand flaws. Lightlylubricate
sealing surfaces thatwill be
receiving O-rings.
Lubricatewithlightweightoil
Install ValvesackintoManifoldB

Install the three springs intothe
valvesacks.
