4. MOUNTING AND PLACEMENT
For a proper installation of the speaker system, it is strongly
recommended to carefully read the following advices.
•Connect only good quality cables, thus avoiding interference,
deterioration in signal quality due to poor matching, and elevated
noise-levels
•Avoid interference from neighbouring electrical appliances
•Position your B5A cabinets away from moisture, excessive
sunlight and dust
•Choose the best location for your speakers. Experiment by placing
them in different locations before finally deciding the most suitable
location
A

•When using the optional mounting bracket, be sure that the
wall type is appropriate, that is, either solid wood, bricks or
concrete
•Check that the mounting location is free of obstructions,
such as AC ducts or water lines, electrical piping, and so on
5. CONNECTION
To install the speakers, do the following:
•Connect the “+” and “-“ sockets of the active speaker to the
“+” and “-“ sockets of the passive speaker using the cable
supplied
•Connect the input source (mixer, CD or DVD player,
computer, smartphone and so on)
•Connect the AC power to a grounded inlet socket
•Adjust the volume on the input source
•Adjust the volume control on the rear side control panel
•Adjust the treble and bass control on the rear side control
panel
•If required, connect and additional set of speakers by
connecting the LINK OUTPUT connector to the input of a
second active speaker
•If required, mount the speaker on the wall via the optional
mounting bracket (see “SP-5A” user’s manual).
6. TREBLE AND BASS CONTROL
Use the BASS and TREBLE knobs to control both the low

class AB and D, with its corresponding power sources (linear or
commuted) and the rest of the control or processing circuits. In this
case, a TWO-year warranty is granted.
d) And the acoustic components (electromagnetic transducers –
speakers), with ONE-year warranty. In this case, the warranty does
NOT cover the damages caused by the same causes described in
