mit dem HPC 1400 haben Sie ein Gerät
erworben das nach dem modernsten Stand der
Technik entwickelt und hergestellt wurde.
Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Freude mit Ihrem
neuen Hochdruckreiniger bei der Arbeit.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME DES GERÄTES
BITTE DIESE BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG
AUFMERKSAM DURCHLESEN!
DER TRAGBARE HOCHDRUCKREINIGER ist ein
professionelles, multifunktionales Gerät mit
herausragender Betriebssicherheit, der u.a. zum
Waschen und Reinigen von Kraftfahrzeugen,
Fahrrädern und sonstiger Vorrichtungen im Freien,
wie Gartenterrassen, Gewächshäuser usw. optimal
geeignet ist.
Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschriebenen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen für Elektrogeräte.
Lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung aufmerksam
durch, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen.
Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann zu Schäden
an Personen und Sachen führen. Personen, die
mit der Anleitung nicht vertraut sind, dürfen
das Gerät nicht bedienen. Bewahren Sie die
Gebrauchsanleitung sorgfältig auf.
Kindern und Jugendlichen ist die Benutzung des
Gerätes nicht gestattet.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Hochdruckreiniger wurde speziell für den pri-
vaten Gebrauch im Haus, Garage,
Landwirtschaft und Werkstatt und nicht für
den gewerblichen Dauereinsatz konzipiert.
Für Schäden die durch nicht sachgemäße
Anwendung entstehen haftet der Hersteller bzw.
der Verkäufer nicht.
Sicherheitshinweise
Vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes sind die
Bedienungsanleitung und alle Sicherheitshinweise
aufmerksam lesen.
Um der Gefahr von Verletzungen vorzubeugen,
dürfen sich in der Nähe aufhaltende Kinder
während der Nutzung des Gerätes nicht
unbeaufsichtigt bleiben. Der Hochdruckreiniger
darf nicht von Kindern oder ungeübten Personen
bedient werden.
Machen Sie sich mit allen Bedienelementen
vertraut und vergewissern Sie sich, wie sich das
Gerät schnell abschalten lässt.
Gehen Sie bei Gebrauch des Gerätes sorgfältig und
achtsam vor.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie müde
sind oder Alkohol, Medikamente oder Drogen
eingenommen haben.
Umstehende Personen aus dem Arbeitsbereich
fernhalten.
Achten Sie beim Arbeiten mit dem Gerät auf guten
und sicheren Stand auf festem Boden. Achten Sie
darauf, nicht das Gleichgewicht zu verlieren.
Beachten Sie die Wartungshinweise in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung.
Sollten Sie nicht sicher sein, ob die Steckdose
vorschriftsmäßig geerdet ist, lassen Sie dies
bitte von einem qualifizierten Elektriker oder
Wartungstechniker überprüfen. Nehmen Sie keine
Änderungen am Gerätestecker vor. Sollte ein nicht
passender Stecker am Gerät montiert sein, lassen
Sie bitte einen geeigneten Stecker von einem
qualifizierten Elektriker anbringen. Verwenden Sie
dieses Gerät nicht mit Adaptersteckern.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Verlängerungskabel,
die für den Gebrauch im Freien ausgelegt sind
und achten Sie auf die Wasserdichtheit der
Steckdose. Solche Verlängerungskabel sind mit
folgendem Hinweis gekennzeichnet: „Geeignet
für den Einsatz im Freien. Bei Nichtgebrauch
nicht im Freien aufbewahren“. Verwenden
Sie nur Verlängerungskabel, die mindestens
der Nennspannung und Nennstromstärke
des Gerätes entsprechen. Beschädigte
Verlängerungskabel dürfen nicht verwendet
werden. Überprüfen Sie Verlängerungskabel vor
dem Gebrauch auf Schäden hin und tauschen
Sie diese erforderlichenfalls aus. Beschädigte
Verlängerungskabel stellen ein Sicherheitsrisiko
dar. Verwenden Sie Verlängerungskabel nur
für den vorgesehenen Zweck und überdehnen
Sie die Kabel nicht. Insbesondere darf nicht am
Kabel gezogen werden, um den Stecker aus der
Steckdose zu ziehen. Setzen Sie das Kabel keiner
Hitze aus und führen Sie es nicht über scharfe
Kanten. Ziehen Sie stets das Verlängerungskabel
aus der Netzsteckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät vom
Verlängerungskabel abstecken.

Beschädigte Stromkabel müssen durch ein
spezielles Kabel bzw. Kabel mit Stecker ersetzt
werden, das Sie entweder über den Hersteller oder
unsere Kundendienstvertreter beziehen können.
Achten Sie darauf, dass das neue Kabel die gleiche
Länge wie das Originalkabel hat.
Um die Gefahr eines Stromschlags zu vermeiden,
darf das Gerät nicht bei Regen oder Sturm
betrieben werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass die
Kabelverbindungen trocken sind und nicht am
Boden liegen. Fassen Sie den Stecker nicht mit
nassen Händen an. Achten Sie darauf, dass kein
Wasser in das Gerät eindringen kann.
Das Gerät darf nur an einen elektrischen
Anschluss angeschlossen werden, der von einem
Elektroinstallateur ausgeführt wurde.
Zur Vermeidung von Elektrounfällen empfehlen
wir, Steckdosen mit vorgeschaltetem Fehlerstrom-
Schutzschalter (max. 30 mA Nennauslösestrom) zu
benutzen.
Das Geraet nicht in Betrieb setzen, wenn
eine Netzanschlussleitung oder wichtige
Teile des Gerätes, z. B. Sicherheitselemente,
Hochdruckschläuche, Spritzpistole, beschädigt
sind.
WARNUNG. Ungeeignete Verlängerungsleitungen
können gefährlich sein.
Sobald das Gerät eingeschaltet wird, beginnen die
Innenpumpen zu laufen. Die Pumpen laufen auch
dann, wenn der Abzugshebel an der Sprühpistole
nicht betätigt wird. Bleibt das Gerät länger
als 3 Minuten eingeschaltet, ohne dass der
Abzugshebel an der Sprühpistole betätigt wird,
kann dies zu einer Überhitzung des Motors und
der Pumpen führen. Lassen Sie das eingeschaltete
Gerät niemals länger als 3 Minuten unbeaufsichtigt
oder ungenutzt.
Sorgen Sie bei Betrieb des Gerätes für
ausreichende Wasserzufuhr. Bei mangelnder
Wasserzirkulation nehmen die Dichtungsringe des
Gerätes Schaden.
WARNUNG: Das Gerät nicht bei extremer Kälte in
Betrieb nehmen, da das Gerät andernfalls durch
gefrierendes Wasser beschädigt werden kann.
Dieses Gerät wurde ausschließlich für den
Gebrauch mit Wasser konzipiert. Verwenden Sie
keine ätzenden Chemikalien.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn sich
Personen im Umkreis aufhalten, sofern diese keine
Schutzkleidung tragen.
Der Hochdruck-Wasserstrahl stellt bei
unsachgemäßer Nutzung ein hohes
Verletzungsrisiko dar. Der Wasserstrahl darf
niemals auf Personen, unter Spannung stehende
elektrische Geräte oder auf den Hochdruckreiniger
selbst gerichtet werden. Der Wasserstrahl darf
nicht auf instabile Wände oder beispielsweise
Reifenstapel gerichtet werden, da diese beschädigt
werden und einstürzen könnten.
Richten Sie den Hochdruckstrahl niemals auf sich
selbst oder andere Personen, um beispielsweise
Kleidung oder Schuhe zu reinigen.
Vor der Ausführung von Wartungsarbeiten das
Gerät ausschalten und von der Stromversorgung
trennen.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Original-Ersatzteile
vom Hersteller oder vom Hersteller genehmigte
Ersatzteile. Andernfalls kann die Sicherheit des
Gerätes nicht gewährleistet werden. Verwenden
Sie das Gerät erst dann wieder, wenn die
beschädigten Teile repariert und ausgetauscht
wurden.
Die Verwendung falscher Zusatzstoffe kann eine
Gefahr darstellen.
VOR DEM ZUSAMMENBAU
Kontrollieren Sie vor dem Zusammenbau alle Teile
auf Beschädigungen.
HINWEISE FÜR DEN BETRIEB
Dieses Gerät darf AUSSCHLIESSLICH an
Kaltwasser angeschlossen werden!
Dieser Hochdruckreiniger arbeitet nur, wenn Sie
den Auslöser im Sprühpistolengriff drücken!
• Schrauben Sie den Hochdruckschlauch (1) an
den Druckwasseranschluss (2) am Gerät (B1).
Achten Sie auf festen Sitz

• Stecken Sie Lanzengriff (3) und Lanzendüse (4)
zusammen und arretieren sie durch Linksdrehen
(B2).
• Prüfen Sie ob der Filter im Wasserzulauf-
Anschluss (5) sauber und nicht verstopft ist.
• Schrauben Sie den Schlauch für den
Wasserzulauf mit einer Überwurfmutter oder
mit einer Schnellkupplung (B3a) (nicht im
Lieferumfang) am Anschluss (5) fest.
• Achten Sie auf festen Sitz (B3). Achten Sie darauf,
dass der Schlauch nicht geknickt ist
• Drehen Sie den Frischwasserzulauf auf und
überprüfen Schläuche und Anschlüsse auf
Dichtheit.
- Lösen Sie durch Drücken auf den gelben
Sicherungsknopf im Lanzengriff Arretierung
(B4).
• Betätigen Sie den Abzug am Lanzengriff (B4)
damit Restluft aus Pumpe und Schläuchen
gedrückt wird.
• Arretieren Sie den Abzugshebel am
Handgriff immer bei Nichtgebrauch gegen
unbeabsichtigtes Auslösen (B4).
• Verwenden Sie nur Verlängerungskabel, die für
die Verwendung im Freien zugelassen sind.
• Kontrollieren Sie Geräte- und
Verlängerungskabel regelmäßig auf
Beschädigungen und tauschen diese
gegebenenfalls aus.
• Gerätekabel nur durch eine autorisierte
Werkstatt austauschen lassen.
• Schließen Sie den Hochdruckreiniger nur an eine
geerdete Steckdose an.
EINSCHALTEN DES
HOCHDRUCKREINIGERS
Achtung: Beachten Sie die Reihenfolge!
1. Stecken Sie den Hochdruckreiniger am Netz
an. 230V~/50Hz. Beachten Sie die auf dem
Typenschild angegebene Spannung.
2. Öffnen Sie den Frischwasserzulauf.
3. Schalten Sie am EIN/AUS-Schalter (6) den
Hochdruckreiniger ein (B5).
4. Lösen Sie an der montierten Hochdrucklanze
die Verriegelung am Handgriff und betätigen
den Abzugshebel (B4).
5. Achtung: Richten Sie den Wasserstrahl nie
auf Menschen, Tiere oder empfindliche
Gegenstände.
• Lassen Sie den Hochdruckreiniger nie
unbeaufsichtigt von Kindern oder Personen die
mit dem Gerät nicht vertraut sind bedienen.
AUSSCHALTEN DES GERÄTES
Achtung: Beachten Sie die Reihenfolge!
1. Schalten Sie den Hochdruckreiniger am EIN/
AUS-Schalter (6)aus.
2. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker
3. Stellen Sie die Wasserzufuhr ab.
4. Betätigen Sie den Abzugshebel am Lanzengriff
(B4) bis kein Wasser mehr aus der Düse austritt.
Damit lassen Sie den Druck aus dem Gerät.
5. Lösen Sie den Frischwasserzufluss (5) vom
Hochdruckreiniger.
6. Arretieren Sie die Sicherheitssperre am
Lanzengriff (B4) und verwahren die Lanze im
Geräteköcher.
7. Wischen Sie den Hochdruckreiniger mit einem
Lappen trocken.
Achtung: Schalten Sie immer zuerst das Gerät
aus und stellen erst dann die Wasserzufuhr ab.
Wird der Hochdruckreiniger ohne Wasser
betrieben, kann der Motor und die Pumpe
irreparable Schäden nehmen.
Verstellen der Spritzdüse
Schalten Sie den Hochdruckreiniger aus bevor Sie
die Düse verstellen.
Durch Rechts- oder Linksdrehen des Düsenkopfes
(B6) verstellen Sie die Strahlbreite und den
Sprühdruck. So können Sie unterschiedliche
Oberflächen schonend und effektiv reinigen.
Wasserzulauf
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig das Einlasssieb am
Wasserzulauf (5).
Reinigen Sie das Sieb gegebenenfalls vorsichtig
mit einer Nadel oder Pinsel.
So verwenden Sie den
Reinigungsmittelbehälter (B7):
• Reinigungsmittel in den
Reinigungsmittelbehälter geben.
• Stecken Sie den Reinigungsmittelbehälter
auf den Lanzengriff (3) und arretieren ihn durch
Linksdrehen (B2).

Aufbewahrung und Lagerung
Der Hochdruckreiniger muss in einem frostsichern
Raum gelagert werden.
Vor längerem Nichtgebrauch entleeren Sie
das Gerät. Stehendes Wasser verursacht
Ablagerungen die das Anlaufen des Motors
behindern können.
Hochdruckreiniger außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern aufbewahren.
Sicherheitssperre der Sprühpistole
Wird der Hochdruckreiniger im Betrieb angehalten,
muss die Sicherheitssperre (B4) der Sprühpistole
arretiert werden, um ein unbeabsichtigtes
Aktivieren des Hochdruckstrahls zu vermeiden.

habung, Überlastung oder auf natürliche
Abnutzung zurückzuführen sind, bleiben
von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Folgeschä-
den. Schäden, die durch Hersteller- oder
Materialfehler entstanden sind, werden
durch Reparatur- oder Ersatzlieferung
unentgeltlich behoben.
Vorrausetzung ist, dass das Gerät unzerlegt
und vollständig mit Kauf- und Garantie-
nachweis übergeben wird.
Verwenden Sie im Garantiefall ausschließ-
lich die Originalverpackung.

Das Gerät ist eingeschaltet, läuft
aber nicht.
Der Stecker ist entweder nicht richtig eingesteckt
oder die Steckdose ist defekt oder nicht
eingeschaltet oder das Verlängerungskabel ist
defekt.
Die Netzspannung ist nicht ausreichend, d.h.
niedriger als die mindestens erforderliche
Netzspannung.
Die Pumpe ist blockiert. Der Überhitzungsschutz
hat ausgelöst.
Stecker, Steckdose und Sicherungen prüfen.
Sicherstellen, dass die Netzspannung ausreichend ist.
Hinweise zur Wiederinbetriebnahme nach längerer
Lagerung beachten.
Gerät ausschalten und Motor einige Minuten abkühlen
lassen. Hochdruckstrahl nicht blockieren.
Schwankende Druckleistung Die Pumpe saugt Luft an.
Die Ventile sind verschmutzt, abgenutzt
oder blockiert. Die Pumpendichtungen sind
abgenutzt.
Schläuche und Anschlusstücke auf Luftdichtigkeit
überprüfen.
Säubern und erneuern oder an den Händler wenden.
Aus der Pumpe tropft Wasser. Die Dichtungen sind abgenutzt. Überprüfen und ggf. erneuern oder an den Händler
wenden.
Motor schaltet sich plötzlich aus. Der Überhitzungsschutz hat wegen Überhitzung
ausgelöst.
Überprüfen, ob die Netzspannung den in den
technischen Daten angegebenen Anforderungen
entspricht. Gerät ausschalten und einige Minuten lang
abkühlen lassen..
Pumpe erreicht nicht die
erforderliche Druckleistung.
Der Wassereinlassfilter ist verstopft.
Die Pumpe saugt Luft über die Schläuche oder
Schlauchanschlüsse an.
Die Ansaug-/Pumpventile sind verstopft oder
abgenutzt.
Das Druckablassventil blockiert. Die Spritzdüse
ist defekt oder abgenutzt.
Wassereinlassfilter reinigen.
Überprüfen, ob alle Zufuhranschlüsse fest angebracht
sind.
Wasserzufuhrschlauch auf Dichtigkeit überprüfen.
Ventile reinigen oder erneuern.
Regulierschraube lockern und wieder festziehen.
Überprüfen und/oder erneuern.
Umweltschutz
Entsorgen Sie Gerät, Zubehör und Verpackung
nicht einfach in den Mülleimer, sondern führen
Sie es einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung
zu.
Dieser kleine Aufwand kommt unserer Umwelt
zugute.

Dieses Gerät ist ein Qualitätserzeugnis. Es wurde unter
Beachtung der derzeitigen technischen Erkenntnisse
konstruiert und unter Verwendung eines üblichen guten
Materials sorgfältig gebaut.
Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate und beginnt mit
dem Zeitpunkt der Übergabe, der durch Kassenbon,
Rechnung oder Lieferschein nachzuweisen ist. Innerhalb
der Garantiezeit werden alle Funktionsfehler durch
unseren Kundendienst beseitigt, die nachweisbar, trotz
vorschriftsmäßiger Behandlung entsprechend unserer
Bedienungsanleitung auf Materialfehler zurückzuführen
sind.
Die Garantie erfolgt in der Weise, dass mangelhafte Teile
nach unserer Wahl unentgeltlich instandgesetzt oder
durch einwandfreie Teile ersetzt werden. Ersetzte Teile
gehen in unser Eigentum über. Durch die Instandsetzung
oder Ersatz einzelner Teile wird die Garantiezeit weder
verlängert noch wird neue Garantiezeit für das Gerät
in Gang gesetzt. Für eingebaute Ersatzteile läuft keine
eigene Garantiefrist. Wir übernehmen keine Garantie
für Schäden und Mängel an Geräten oder deren Teile,
die durch übermäßige Beanspruchung, unsachgemä-
ße Behandlung und Wartung auftreten. Das gilt auch
bei Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung sowie
Einbau von Ersatz- und Zubehörteile, die nicht in
unserem Programm aufgeführt sind. Beim Eingreifen
oder Veränderungen an dem Gerät durch Personen,
die hierzu nicht von uns ermächtigt sind, erlischt der
Garantieanspruch.

You have bought HPC 1400, a tool that has
been developed and manufactured using state
of the art methods.
We hope that you enjoy using your pressure
cleaner for a long time to come.
BEFORE USING THIS TOOL FOR THE
FIRST TIME READ THIS MANUAL
CAREFULLY.
THE PORTABLE HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER is a
professional, multi-functional tool offering out-
standing safety levels, which is ideal for washing
and cleaning motor vehicles, bicycles and other
equipment in the open air, such as garden terra-
ces, greenhouses, etc.
This tool complies with the current safety regulati-
ons governing electrical equipment.
Before using this tool for the first time read this
manual carefully.
Improper usage can cause personal injury or
damage to property. People who have not read
the manual must not be allowed to use the tool.
Keep the user manual in a safe place.
Children and young people are not permitted to
use the tool.
Proper usage
The high pressure cleaner has been specially desi-
gned for private use in the house, garage, garden
and workshop and not for constant commercial
use. The manufacturer and vendor cannot accept
any liability for improper usage.
Safety instructions
Before using this tool for the first time, read
this manual carefully and follow all the safety
instructions.
To prevent the risk of injuries, children must not
be allowed to stand near the tool whilst it is being
used unless under supervision. The high pressure
cleaner must not be used by children or people
who are not familiar with it.
Make sure that you are familiar with all the control
elements and ensure that you know how to switch
off the tool quickly.
Take care and be cautious when using the tool.
Do not use the tool if you are tired or it you have
consumed alcohol, medication or drugs
Keep other people out of the area in which you are
working.
When working with the tool ensure that you have
a good foothold on solid ground. Also make sure
that you do not lose your equilibrium.
Refer to the servicing instructions in this user
manual.
If you are not sure whether the socket is earth
properly, have it checked by a qualified electrician
or servicing technician. Do not make any
modifications to the plug. If the tool does not have
a suitable plug fitted to it, have a suitable plug
fitted by a qualified electrician. Do not use this tool
with adapter plugs.
Use only extension cables that are suitable
for outdoor use and check that the plugs are
watertight. These extension cables are marked
with the following information: “Suitable for
outdoor use. When not in use, do not store
outdoors.” Use only extension cables that at least
comply with the rated voltage and the rated
current strength of the tool. Do not use damaged
extension cables. Check extension cables before
use for signs of damage and replace them if
necessary. Damaged extension cables constitute
a safety risk. Use extension cables only for the
purpose for which they are designed and do not
overstretch the cables. In particular, do not pull
the cable to pull the plug out of the socket. Do not
expose the cable to heat and do not route it over
sharp edges. Always pull the extension cable out
of the mains socket before you disconnect the tool
from the extension cable.
Damaged power cables must be replaced by a
special cable or a cable with a plug which you can
purchase either from the manufacturer or from our
after-sales agents. Ensure that the new cable has
the same length as the original cable.
To prevent the risk of an electric shock, do not
operate the tool in the rain or in a storm. Ensure
that the cable connections are dry and are not on
the ground. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
Ensure that no water can get into the tool.
The tool may only be connected to an electric
connection that has been installed by a trained
electrician.

To avoid electrical accidents we recommend that
you use sockets with an upstream, residual current
circuit breaker (with a max. rated trip current of 30
mA).
Do not start the tool if a mains connection cable
or major parts of the tool, for example safety
elements, high pressure hoses or spray gun, are
damaged.
WARNING. Unsuitable extension cables can be
dangerous.
As soon as the tool is switched on the internal
pumps will start to run. The pumps will operate
even if the trigger on the spray gun is not pressed.
If the tool remains switched on for more than
three minutes without the trigger on the spray
gun being pressed, this can cause the motor
and pumps to overheat. Never leave the tool
switched on for more than three minutes without
supervision or without using it.
When using the tool ensure that you have an
adequate water supply. If the is inadequate water
circulation the sealing rings in the tool will be
damaged.
The trigger must be pressed at the latest one
to two minutes after you switch on the tool.
Otherwise the water circulating inside the tool
will quickly reach a critical temperature and the
sealing rings in the tool will be damaged.
WARNING: Do not start the tool in extremely low
temperatures since otherwise the tool may be
damaged by freezing water.
This tool has been designed exclusively for use
with water. Do not use any caustic chemicals in it.
Do not use the tool is there are people in your
immediate vicinity who are not wearing safety
clothing.
The pressure water jet represents a major injury
risk if it is not used properly. Never direct the water
jet at people, live electrical equipment or at the
pressure cleaner itself. Do not direct the water jet
at unstable walls or, for example, stacks of tyres
since the jet may damage them and cause them to
collapse.
Never direct the pressure jet at yourself or other
people, for example to clean clothing or shoes.
Before starting servicing work on the tool, switch it
off and disconnect it from the power supply.
Use only genuine spare parts from the
manufacturer or spare parts that have been
approved by the manufacturer. Otherwise the
safety of the tool cannot be guaranteed. Do not
reuse the tool until the damaged parts have been
repaired and replaced.
The use of incorrect additives may represent a risk.
BEFORE ASSEMBLY
Check all parts for signs of damage before
assembly.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Connect the tool EXCLUSIVELY to a cold water
supply.
This pressure cleaner will only work correctly if
you press the trigger on the spray gun handle.
- Screw the pressure hose (1) to the pressure water
connector (2) on the tool (B1). Ensure that it is
tight.
- Connect the lance handle (3) and lance nozzle (4)
and secure them by turning them anti-clockwise
(B2).
- Check whether the filter in the water supply
connector (5) is clean and not blocked.
- Secure the hose for the water supply to the
connector (5) using a box nut or a quick-release
coupling (not supplied).
- Ensure that the connection is secure (B3). Ensure
that the hose is not kinked.
- Open the fresh water supply and check the hoses
and connectors for leaks.
- Undo the lock by pressing the yellow securing
knob in the lance handle (B4)
- Press the trigger on the lance handle to remove
any air from the pump and hoses.
- Lock the trigger on the handle whenever it is not
in use to prevent it spraying accidentally (B4).
- Lock the trigger on the handle to prevent its
being pressed accidentally (B5).
- Use only extension cables that are suitable for
outdoor use.
- Check the tool and extension cables at regular
intervals for signs of damage and replace them if
necessary.
- Have the tool cables replaced only by an

authorised workshop.
- Only connect the pressure cleaner to an earthed
socket.
SWITCH ON THE PRESSURE CLEANER
IMPORTANT: Adhere to the sequence of steps.
1. Connect the pressure cleaner to the mains. 230
V~/50 Hz. See the model plate for the voltage
specification.
2. Open the fresh water supply.
3. Switch on the pressure cleaner at the ON/OFF
switch (6) (B5.
4. Release the lock on the handle of the fitted
pressure lance and press the trigger (B4).
5. IMPORTANT: Never direct the water jet at peo-
ple, animals or sensitive items.
- Never allow children or people who are not
familiar with the tool to operate the pressure
cleaner without supervision.
SWITCH OFF THE TOOL
IMPORTANT: Adhere to the sequence of steps.
1. Switch off the pressure cleaner at the ON/OFF
switch (6).
2. Pull the mains plug.
3. Close the water supply.
4. Press the trigger on the lance handle until no
more water comes out of the nozzle. This releases
the pressure from the tool.
5. Disconnect the fresh water supply (5) from the
pressure cleaner.
6. Engage the safety lock on the lance handle (B4)
and keep the lance in the tool case.
7. Wipe the pressure with a cloth to dry it.
IMPORTANT: Always switch off the tool first and
then shut down the water supply.
If the pressure cleaner is operated without
water, the motor and pump may suffer
irreparable damage.
Adjust the spray nozzle
Switch off the pressure cleaner before you attempt
to adjust the nozzle.
You can adjust the jet width and pressure by
turning the nozzle head (B6) clockwise or anti-
clockwise. This will enable you to clean various
surfaces effectively and without damaging them.
Water supply
Check the inlet screen on the water supply at
regular intervals (5).
If necessary clean the screen carefully using a
needle or soft brush.
How to use the integral cleaning product tank
(B7)
• Place the cleaning product in the cleaning
product tank.
• Place the cleaning product tank on the lance
handle (3) and lock it by turning it anti-clockwise
(B2).
Storage
Store the pressure cleaned in a room that is
protected from frost.
If you intend to store the cleaner for a lengthy
period, empty it. Standing water will cause
deposits that may prevent the motor from starting.
Store the pressure cleaner out of the reach of
children.
Spray gun safety lock
If the pressure cleaner is stopped during operation,
the safety lock (B4) on the spray gun must be
engaged to prevent the high pressure jet being
activated accidentally.

TROUBLESHOOTING
ERROR POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
The tool is switched on but is not
working.
Either the plug has not been inserted correctly or
the socket is defective or not switched on or the
extension cable is defective.
The mains voltage is inadequate, in other words
lower than the minimum required mains voltage.
The pump is blocked. The overheating guard
has tripped.
Check the plug, socket and fuses.
Ensure that the mains voltage is adequate.
Follow the instructions for restarting after lengthy
storage.
Switch off the tool and allow the motor to cool for several
minutes. Do not block the pressure jet.
Fluctuating pressure output. The pump is drawing in air.
The valves are soiled, worn or blocked. The pump
seals are worn.
Check the hoses and connectors to ensure that they are
air-tight.
Clean and replace or contact your dealer.
Water drips out of the pump. The seals are worn. Check and replace the seals if necessary or contact your
dealer.
The motor cuts out suddenly. The overheating guard has tripped due to
overheating.
Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the
requirements specified in the technical data. Switch off
the tool and allow it to cool for several minutes.
The pump does not achieve the
required pressure level.
The water inlet filter is blocked.
The pump is drawing in air through the hoses or
hose connectors.
The intake/pump valves are blocked or worn.
The pressure drain valve is blocking.
The spray nozzle is defective or worn.
Clean the water inlet filter.
Check whether all the supply connectors are fastened
securely.
Check the water supply hose for leaks.
Clean or replace the valves.
Undo the regulating screw and tighten it again. Check
and/or replace.

Do not simply dispose of the tool, accessories
and packaging in the dustbin. Instead deposit it
where it will undergo proper recycling or reuse.
This will protect our environment.
We give 24 months guarantee on this
equipment.
Damages that are attributable to improper
handling, over loading, or natural wear and
tear are excluded from the guarantee.
Damages caused by the manufacturer or
by a material defect will be corrected at
no charge by repair or by providing spare
parts.
The prerequisite is that the equipment is
handed over assembled, and complete with
the proof of sale and guarantee.
For a guarantee claim, only use the original
packaging.
That way, we can guarantee quick and
smooth guarantee processing.

in our operating manual, are verifiably due to material flaws,
will be rectified by our after-sales service staff.
The warranty takes the form that defective parts will be
repaired or replaced with perfect parts free of charge at our
discretion. Replaced parts will become our property. Repair
work or the replacement of individual parts will not extend
the warranty period not will it result in a new warranty
period being commenced for the appliance. No separate
warranty period will commence for spare parts that may be
fitted. We cannot offer a warranty for damage and defects on
appliances or their parts caused by the use of excessive force,
improper treatment and servicing.
This also applies for failures to comply with the operating
manual and the installation or spare and accessory parts that
are not included in our range of products. In the event of
interference with of modifications to the appliance by unau-

ATTENTIVEMENT CE MODE D’EMPLOI !
LE NETTOYEUR HAUTE PRESSION PORTABLE est un
appareil professionnel multifonctions d’une sécuri-
té de fonctionnement exceptionnelle, qui convient
de façon optimale pour le nettoyage et le lavage à
l’extérieur de voitures, de vélos et d’autres tels que
par ex. des terrasses de jardins, serres, etc.
Cet appareil répond aux dispositions légales en
matière de sécurité pour les appareils électriques.
Lisez attentivement le mode d’emploi avant de
mettre l’appareil en service.
Une utilisation non conforme peut entraîner
des dommages corporels et matériels. Les per-
sonnes qui ne sont pas familiarisées avec le
mode d’emploi ne doivent pas utiliser l’appareil.

sation non conforme.
Recommandations en matière de sécurité
Avant la mise en service de l’appareil, il faut lire
attentivement le mode d’emploi et toutes les
recommandations en matière de sécurité.
Afin de prévenir le risque de blessures, des enfants
se trouvant à proximité ne doivent pas rester
sans surveillance lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil.
Le nettoyeur haute pression ne doit pas être
utilisé par des enfants ou des personnes non
expérimentées.
Familiarisez-vous avec tous les éléments de
commande et assurez-vous de la façon dont
l’appareil peut être coupé rapidement.
Soyez soigneux et attentif lorsque vous utilisez
l’appareil.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil lorsque vous êtes fatigué
ou lorsque vous avez consommé de l’alcool, des
médicaments ou des drogues.
Tenir les personnes présentes hors de la zone de
travail.
Lorsque vous travaillez avec l’appareil, veillez
à avoir une position stable et sûre sur un sol
résistant. Veillez à ne pas perdre l’équilibre.
Respectez les recommandations de mise en garde
figurant dans ce mode d’emploi.
Si vous ne savez pas si la prise est mise à la terre,
veuillez le faire contrôler par un électricien ou par
un technicien de maintenance qualifié. N’apportez
pas de modifications sur la fiche de l’appareil. Si
une fiche non adaptée est montée sur l’appareil,
veuillez faire monter une fiche appropriée par un
électricien qualifié. N’utilisez pas cet appareil avec
des fiches d’adaptateurs.
Utilisez exclusivement des câbles prolongateurs
conçus pour l’utilisation à l’extérieur et veillez
à l’étanchéité de la prise. De tels câbles
prolongateurs sont identifiés par la remarque
suivante : « Convient pour l’utilisation à l’extérieur.
Ne pas entreposer à l’extérieur en cas de non-
utilisation ». Utilisez uniquement des câbles
prolongateurs correspondant au minimum à
la tension nominale et à l’intensité nominale
de l’appareil. Il ne faut pas utiliser des câbles
prolongateurs endommagés. Vérifiez les câbles
prolongateurs avant l’utilisation quant à des
dommages et remplacez-les le cas échéant. Les
câbles prolongateurs endommagés représentent
un risque de sécurité. Utilisez les câble
prolongateurs uniquement pour les travaux prévus
et ne tordez pas les câbles. Il ne faut surtout pas
tirer sur le câble pour retirer la fiche de la prise
électrique. Ne soumettez pas le câble à la chaleur
et ne le faites pas courir sur des arêtes vives.
Retirez toujours le câble prolongateur de la prise
électrique avant de couper l’appareil du câble
prolongateur.
Les câbles électriques endommagés doivent être
remplacés par un câble spécial resp. par un câble
avec fiche que vous pouvez acheter soit auprès

du fabricant, soit auprès de nos représentants du
service après-vente. Veillez à ce que le nouveau
câble ait la même longueur que le câble d’origine.
Afin d’éviter le risque d’une décharge électrique,
l’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé sous la pluie ou
en cas de tempête. Veillez à ce que les connexions
câblées soient sèches et ne posent pas sur le sol.
Ne touchez pas la fiche lorsque vous avez les mains
mouillées. Veillez à ce que l’eau ne puisse pas
s’introduire dans l’appareil.
L’appareil doit être branché exclusivement sur une
connexion électrique réalisée par un électricien.
Afin d’éviter des accidents électriques, nous
recommandons d’utiliser des prises électriques
possédant un disjoncteur à courant de défaut
(max. 30 mA courant nominal de déclenchement).
Ne pas mettre l’appareil en service si une conduite
de connexion avec le réseau ou si des pièces
importantes de l’appareil, par ex. des éléments de
sécurité, flexibles haute pression, le pistolet sont
endommagées.
MISE EN GARDE. Des câbles prolongateurs non
appropriés peuvent être dangereux.
Les pompes intérieures commencent à tourner
dès que l’appareil est mis en marche. Les pompes
tournent également si le levier de détente du
pistolet de vaporisation n’est pas actionné. Si
l’appareil est enclenché pendant plus de 3
minutes sans que le levier de détende du pistolet
de vaporisation soit actionné, ceci peut entraîner
une surchauffe du moteur et des pompes. Ne
laissez jamais l’appareil branché plus de 3 minutes
sans surveillance ou inutilisé.
Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil, veillez à
une alimentation suffisante en eau. En cas
d’alimentation en eau insuffisante, les joints
d’étanchéité de l’appareil sont endommagés.
Au plus tard une à deux minutes après
l’enclenchement de l’appareil, il faut actionner le
pistolet vaporisateur. Dans le cas contraire, l’eau
circulant dans l’appareil teint rapidement ne
température critique et il y a endommagement
des joints d’étanchéité de l’appareil.
MISE EN GARDE : Ne pas mettre l’appareil en
service en cas de froid extrême car, dans ce cas,
l’appareil pourrait être endommagé par l’eau
gelée.
Cet appareil a été conçu exclusivement pour
l’utilisation ave de l’eau. N’utilisez pas de
produits chimiques corrosifs.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil si des personnes sont
présentes à proximité si celles-ci ne portent pas de
vêtements de protection.
En cas d’utilisation non conforme, le jet d’eau sous
haute pression représente un grand risque de
blessures. Le jet d’eau ne doit jamais être pointé
sur des personnes, sur des appareils sous tension
ou sur le nettoyeur haute pression même. Le
jet d’eau ne doit pas être pointé sur des parois
instables ou, par ex. sur des piles de pneus, car
ceux-ci pourraient être endommagés et les piles
pourraient s’écrouler.
Ne pointez jamais le jet haute pression sur vous ou
sur d’autres personnes pour nettoyer par ex. des
vêtements ou des chaussures.
Avant d’effectuer des travaux de maintenance,
couper l’appareil et le débrancher.
Utilisez exclusivement des pièces de rechange
d’origine du fabricant ou des pièces de rechange
homologuées par le fabricant. Dans le cas
contraire, la sécurité de l’appareil ne peut pas être
garantie. Réutilisez l’appareil uniquement lorsque
les pièces endommagées ont été réparées et
remplacées.
L’utilisation d’additifs non appropriés peut
représenter un danger.
AVANT L’ASSEMBLAGE
Cet appareil doit être branché EXCLUSIVEMENT
à l’eau froide !
Ce nettoyeur haute pression travaille
uniquement lorsque vous appuyez sur le
déclencheur situé dans la poignée du pistolet
vaporisateur !
- Vissez le flexible haute pression (1) sur le
branchement d’eau sous pression (2) de l’appareil
(B1). Veillez à ce qu’il soit bien fixé
- Assemblez la poignée de la lance (3) et le gicleur
de lance (4) et bloquez-les en tournant vers la

gauche (B2).
- Vérifiez si le filtre dans le branchement de
l’alimentation en eau (5) est propre et s’il n’est pas
bouché.
- Vissez le flexible pour l’alimentation en eau
avec un écrou chapeau ou avec un accouplement
rapide sur le raccord (5).
- Veillez à ce qu’il soit bien serré (B3) Veillez à ce
que le flexible ne soit pas coudé
- Ouvrez l’alimentation en eau propre et
vérifiez les flexibles et les raccords quant à leur
étanchéité.
- Actionnez le levier de la poignée de lance afin

- Bloquez le levier de détente de la poignée contre
un déclenchement involontaire (B5).
- Utilisez uniquement des câbles prolongateurs
homologués pour l’utilisation à l’extérieur.
- Contrôlez régulièrement les câbles de l‘appareil
et prolongateurs quant à des dommages et
remplacez-les le cas échéant.
- Faire remplacer le câble de l’appareil
uniquement par un atelier agréé.
- Raccordez le nettoyeur haute pression
uniquement à une prise mise à la terre.
MISE EN MARCHE DU NETTOYEUR HAUTE
PRESSION
Attention : Tenez compte de l’ordre
chronologique !
1. Connectez le nettoyeur haute pression au
réseau. 230V~/50Hz. Respectez la tension
indiquée sur la plaquette signalétique :
2. Ouvrez l’alimentation en eau propre
3. Enclenchez le nettoyeur haute pression au
moyen de l’interrupteur MARCHE / ARRET (B5).
4. Desserrez le verrouillage de la lance haute
pression montée, se trouvant sur la poignée et
actionnez le levier de détente (B4).
5. Attention : Ne pointez jamais le jet d’eau sur des
personnes, des animaux ou des objets fragiles.
- Ne laissez jamais utiliser le nettoyeur haute
pression sans surveillance par des enfants ou
des personnes qui ne sont pas familiarisées avec
l’appareil.
COUPURE DE L’APPAREIL
Attention : Tenez compte de l’ordre
chronologique !
1. Coupez le nettoyeur haute pression au moyen
de l’interrupteur MARCHE / ARRET (6).
2. Retirez la fiche électrique
3. Coupez l’alimentation en eau.
4. Actionnez le levier de détente sur la poignée
de la lance jusqu’à ce que l’eau ne s’écoule plus
du gicleur. Vous évacuez ainsi la pression de
l’appareil.
5. Débranchez l’alimentation en eau propre (5) du
nettoyeur haute pression.
6. Bloquez le verrouillage de sécurité situé sur la
poignée de la lance (B4) et conservez la lance dans
la housse.
7. Séchez le nettoyeur haute pression avec un
chiffon.
Attention : Coupez toujours d’abord l’appareil et
coupez ensuite l’alimentation en eau.
Si le nettoyeur haute pression est utilisé sans
eau, le moteur et la pompe peuvent subir des
dommages irréparables.
Réglage du gicleur
Coupez le nettoyeur haute pression avant de régler
le gicleur.
En tournant la tête du gicleur (B6) vers la droite
ou vers la gauche, vous réglez la largeur du jet
et la pression de vaporisation. Vous pouvez ainsi
nettoyer en douceur et efficacement différentes
surfaces.
Alimentation en eau
Contrôlez régulièrement le tamis d’entrée à
l’alimentation en eau (5).
Le cas échéant, nettoyez le tamis avec précaution
au moyen d’une aiguille ou d’un pinceau.
C’est ainsi que vous utilisez le réservoir de
nettoyant intégré (B7) :
Si le nettoyeur haute pression doit être utilisé avec
un nettoyant, il faut régler la pression du jet à la
tête de gicleur (B7) sur faible pression.
Actionner le levier de détente situé sur la tête de
gicleur (B5). Le pistolet vaporisateur vaporise alors
uniquement un mélange d’eau et de nettoyant.
