important safety information
DO NOT use if the skin, in the area you want to treat, is tanned or burned.
DO NOT use if your skin was tanned due to sun exposure, tanning beds or
tanning creams in the past 2 weeks. Use of the device on tanned or burned
skin may result in temporary or even permanent whitening or darkening of
the skin. If you are unsure if your skin is tanned or burned, DO NOT use the
device for the next 2 weeks. During these 2 weeks, DO NOT expose the area
you intend to treat to the sun.
DO NOT use if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant (conceiving)
or breast-feeding. me has not been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding
women. Hormonal changes occur during pregnancy or breast-feeding and
could increase the risk of skin injury and skin sensitivity.
DO NOT use if you have epilepsy or light-induced seizures or migraines.
The energy ashes might cause severe headaches and migraines.
DO NOT use on tattoos, dark brown or black spots (such as dark freckles,
birthmarks, moles or warts). Tattoos or dark spots may absorb too much light
energy which could cause skin swelling, temporary or permanent blisters or
discoloration of the skin or whitening of the skin.

The me system is not designed for everyone. Please read this user guide before
using the me system. Make sure you follow all the warnings. Don’t use the

when not to use /contraindications
DO NOT use on the face, head, ears, neck, nipples, genitalia, or around
the anus. Use in these areas could cause skin swelling, blisters, or
temporary skin discoloration or whitening of the skin.
DO NOT use if you are under the age of 18. The effects of using the system
in this age group are unknown.
DO NOT use if you have any active skin condition in the treatment area,
including acne, sores, psoriasis, eczema, burns, herpes simplex, wounds

treatment and could make the treatment uncomfortable or cause skin
swelling, blisters or infection. Wait for the affected area to heal before
using. If you are not sure if your skin condition has healed enough to use
the device, then please consult with your doctor.
DO NOT use the device if you have a history of kelodial scar formation,
a known sensitivity to light (photosensitivity) or are taking medication
that makes the skin more sensitive to light, including non-steroidal
anti-inammatory agents, (e.g., aspirins, ibuprofens, cetaminophen),
tetracyclines, phenothiazines, thiazide, diuretics, sulfonyluraes,
sulfonamides, DTIC, uorouracil, vinblastine, griseofulvin, Alpha-Hydroxi
Acids (AHAs), Beta-Hydroxi Acids (BHAs), Retin-A, Accutane and/or topical
retinoids.

touch any inner parts. This is for your safety. Do not attempt to repair your
me device. Trying to open the me may also damage the device and will
void your warranty. Please contact Customer Service on www.mepower.com
if you have a broken or damaged device in need of repair.
Failure to follow these warnings can cause electrocution or electric shock.

the system is dropped into liquid, unplug it immediately. Do Not remove
the system from the liquid until unplugged. Do Not use the system again.
Contact Customer Service on www.mepower.com
DO NOT hold the applicator window still over one spot on the skin and
ash multiple light pulses on the skin. Doing so may cause too much
heat and may result in skin swelling, blisters, or temporary or permanent
changes in the color of your skin. After each ash, move the treatment
window slowly to a neighboring skin spot. Before returning to a previously
treated skin spot, wait for at least 10 seconds. Check the user manual for
more information on how to use the applicator.
DO NOT use the me system if any parts show signs of damage. This may
result in injury. Contact Customer Service on www.mepower.com.
DO NOT cover any ventilation slots during use, as they help to keep the

11 EN
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN! The me is a powerful device and
should not be used by anyone under the age of 18. DO NOT leave the me
unattended around children, as the cords represent a choking hazard.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the

DO NOT use if your skin is sensitive to light. This condition could make the
light treatment uncomfortable or cause skin swelling, blisters or infection.
In order to determine if you can use the me device, perform a test on
a small patch of skin. Then, wait 30 minutes to see if any skin reactions
developed. Only if no skin reactions developed and the skin looks normal,
you may use the me.
DO NOT use the me on any area where you may want your hair to grow

skin sensitivity test
If you are using the system for the rst time or on a new body area, choose a
small area close to the area you intend to treat, for the purpose of performing
a skin sensitivity test. Use the LOW level. Follow the treatment instructions
below but make sure to emit only 2-3 pulses. After the skin test, wait 30 minutes
and check your skin for any reaction. If after 30 minutes the skin appears normal
and there is no redness or other skin reaction, then you are ready to perform a
full treatment.
using
7. Set the desired energy level, Low Medium or High.
8. The cartridge is pre-loaded with pulses for your
use (100%). The cartridge indicator shows the percentage
of pulses remaining as you use the system. When the
cartridge is left with 5% only, the Empty indicator starts
blinking. When the indicator’s light is constant, cartridge is
empty and there is a need to replace it.

Step 1. Shave any visible hair in the area you want to treat.
Shaving hair in the treatment areas should minimize
the discomfort felt from the ashes. Make sure that the
accessories protective cap (provided) is inserted. The
system will not work if the protective cap is not in place.
Step 2. Clean your skin and dry it with a towel.
Step 3. Turn on the me system. Select the Low energy level
setting. The device will not work if you do not select an
setting. If there is little or no discomfort or reaction, then
raise the energy level to the Medium or High setting.
Step 4. Remove the applicator from the base.
Step 5. Press the activation button located on the
applicator. The button will turn blue, and you will hear the
fan inside the applicator.
Step 6. Gently place the applicator on your skin, so that the
two RF chrome contact bars are in complete contact with
the skin. The me will emit pulses.
Step 7. After every ash, glide the applicator slowly to the next neighboring spot
over the skin by moving it in one continuous, slow motion.
Avoid overlap between adjacent pulses.

how to replace your elos cartridge
1. Make sure that the me system is turned off and the cable
is unplugged from the electrical wall outlet.
2. Remove the used cartridge from the applicator by
holding the cartridge´s sides and gently pulling it out.
