MEGATEC Compact Leg Press MT-CLP-350 Assembly Walkthrough
The Megatec Compact Leg Press comes in 2 boxes. The dimensions are:

Unpack the boxes and place all the parts on the ground. You will also have the pack with all the nuts and bolts in it.
It would be great idea to label the hardware packs at the beginning. You can use the instructions to do this.
NOTE: Do not tighten the nuts and bolts until the end, unless told otherwise. Some of the parts may also come pre
installed.

Connect parts #32 and #20 using #10 bolts and #62 washers from underneath.
Then using #10 bolts and #44 reinforcement plate connect part #20 and #21 together.

Parts #32 can be attached to part #21 using bolts #7.

Using bolts #8 and a #45 reinforcement plate, you can connect parts #19 and #20.

You can now connect parts #36 and #22 using #8 bolts.

Part #18 needs to be connected to part #21 using #7 bolts and #44 reinforcement plate.
It also needs to be bolted to part #19 using #10 bolts and #44 reinforcement plate. The reinforcement plate is placed
underneath part #19.

The seat #40 needs to be bolted onto part #25. This can be done using 2 x #51 bolts.
Both part #27 and #28 need to be bolted to the side of the part #25. You will need to use 2 #11 bolts each side for
this. Ensure that when you bolt the weight horns on, the handles are leaning forward, not back.

Part #28 gets bolted onto part #25 using bolt #31. It simply slides through the parts and needs nuts placed on each
end.

The back seat #41 can now be attached to #28 using #6 bolts.

Parts #29 and #30 need to be attached to #25. Using the same method as the step before, place the 2 steel rods #34
and #31 into position and push through.

The guide rails #23 need to be pushed through the wheels on the carriage. You may need another person to give you
a hand doing this part. Before doing this, place part #47 onto each of the rails and pull to the top once the rails have
been inserted.

You may now place part #48 onto the guide rails #23 and insert the rails into the holes in part #18.
You can lock the guide rails #23 into place using part #24 and bolt #9. They will also need to be bolted in at the
bottom using bolt #9.

The locking lever #33 will need to be placed underneath the seat pad through the holder provided on the other side
of the roller carriage. Be careful that the copper bushing does not fall out as this keeps it snug. It can then be
tightened with a nut.

2 x #13bolts can be used to attached to part #35 footplate onto the main frame.
Using #52 bolts, parts #37 and #38 can be attached to the base and the footplate.
