Lesen Sie vor der Montage diese Anleitung

durch. Die Montage und Erstinbetriebnahme der
Komplettstation darf nur von einer zugelassenen Fachfirma
ausgeführt werden. Machen Sie sich vor Arbeitsbeginn mit
allen Teilen und deren Handhabung vertraut. Bitte befolgen Sie
diese Sicherheitshinweise genau, um Gefahren und Schäden
für Menschen und Sachwerte auszuschließen.

Elektroanschluss:
Elektrische Anschlussarbeiten dürfen nur durch qualifiziertes

2.Technische Daten
Für den Einsatz in thermischen Solaranlagen bis ca. 30 bzw. 40 m² Kollektorfläche.

1. Sicherheitshinweise
1.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die beschriebenen Stationen sind für den primärseitigen Betrieb der Solarübergabestation mit geeigneter und zugelassener
Solarflüssigkeit zu betreiben. Es ist auf einen ausreichenden Frostschutzgehalt zu achten. Die Verwendung eines anderen
Mediums ist nicht zulässig.
Medientemperatur > 60 °C (Verbrühungsgefahr)
Soll- bzw. Befülldruck < Ansprechdruck der Sicherheitsarmatur
Die Absperrarmaturen dürfen nicht geschlossen werden, da ansonsten die Sicherheitsarmaturen ihre Wirkung verlieren.
Vorsicht:
Nehmen Sie keine Veränderungen an den elektrischen Bauteilen, der Konstruktion oder den hydraulischen Komponenten
vor! Sie beeinträchtigen sonst die sichere Funktion der Anlage.
1.2 Erstinbetriebnahme
Vor der Erstinbetriebnahme ist die Anlage auf Dichtheit, eine korrekte hydraulische Anbindung sowie sorgfältige und
korrekte elektrische Anschlüsse zu prüfen. Des weiteren ist ein sorgfältiges bzw. bedarfsgerechtes Spülen gemäß DIN 4753
der Anlage durchzuführen. Die Erstinbetriebnahme hat durch eine geschulte Fachkraft zu erfolgen und ist schriftlich zu
protokollieren. Darüber hinaus sind die Einstellwerten schriftlich festzuhalten. Die technische Dokumentation hat am Gerät
zu verbleiben.
1.3 Arbeiten an der Anlage
Die Anlage ist spannungsfrei zu schalten und auf Spannungsfreiheit zu kontrollieren (z.B. an der separaten Sicherung oder
einem Hauptschalter). Anlage gegen Wiedereinschalten sichern.
ACHTUNG: Verbrühungsgefahr:
Medientemperatur > 60°C

3. Montage
3.1 Wandmontage
Die Montage hat an einer tragfähigen und trocknen Wand zu erfolgen. Der Abstand zu den Kollektoren ist so zu wählen,
dass eine Überhitzung der Station und des Ausdehnungsgefäßes ausgeschlossen wird (gegebenenfalls Vorschaltgefäß
einsetzen). Gefährdungen durch angrenzende Bauwerkskomponenten, Elektro-, Gas-, Wasser- oder Heizungsrohren sind zu
vermeiden. Der freie Zugang zur Station, Sicherheitsarmaturen und den Anschlussleitungen ist sicherzustellen.
3.2 Absperrarmaturen
Bei der Installation von Sicherheitsbauteilen außerhalb der Station müssen die Absperrarmaturen stets geöffnet und gegen
unbeabsichtigtes Schließen gesichert sein. Die Betätigung ist nur von geschulten Fachpersonal vorzunehmen!
3.3 Sicherheitsbaugruppe
Die Sicherheitsbaugruppe dient der Absicherung gegen Überdruck im
Sekundärkreis (z.B. zum Pufferspeicher)
Primärkreis (zum Solarkreis)
Die Installation erfolgt werkseitig direkt in den Zuleitungen beider Kreise.

Bei der Installation von Sicherheitsbauteilen außerhalb der Station müssen die Absperrarmaturen stets geöffnet und gegen
unbeabsichtigtes Schließen gesichert sein.
Die Betätigung ist nur von geschulten Fachpersonal vorzunehmen!
3.4 Anschluss eines Ausdehnungsgefäßes (bauseits)
Ausdehnungsgefäße nehmen die Volumenänderungen beim Aufheizen oder Abkühlen der Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit auf und
halten eine Flüssigkeitsreserve zum Ausgleich einer geringen Leckage-Rate vor. Es sind nur geeignete und richtig ausge-
legte Ausdehnungsgefäße (vgl. DIN 4807) zu verwenden.
Bei entsprechend vorherrschenden Temperaturen evtl. Vorschaltgefäße verwenden.
3.5 Wärmeträgermedium
Verwenden Sie nur geeignete und zugelassene Solarflüssigkeit mit Frostschutzmittel (vgl. DIN 4757), die für Solaranlagen
geeignet ist! Notieren Sie sich Hersteller und Typ, da diese unter Umständen nicht mit Mitteln anderer Hersteller gemischt
werden dürfen.
3.6 Rückflussverhinderer
Im Sekundärkreis ist werkseitig ein Rückflussverhinderer montiert, der ein unkontrolliertes Zirkulieren des Heizungsmediums
verhindert und wirkt somit einer möglichen Auskühlung des Speichers entgegen.
Öffnungsdruck: 200 mm Wassersäule
Beim Befüllen und Spülen der Anlage Fließrichtung beachten !

4. Abdrücken, Befüllen und Spülen der Anlage
Die folgenden Arbeiten dürfen nur durch geschultes Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.
Beim Abdrücken, Füllen und Spülen der Anlage ist darauf zu achten, dass alle Absperrarmaturen geöffnet sind.
Die Kollektoren müssen abgekühlt sein und abgedeckt werden, um Verletzungen bzw. Beschädigungen vorzubeugen!
An strahlungsintensiven Tagen sollte das Befüllen in den Morgen- oder Abendstunden erfolgen.
Keine Schaltvorgänge zur Druckentlastung an den Absperrarmaturen vornehmen. Bei dem sekundärseitig montierten
Rückflussverhinderer ist die Fließrichtung zu beachten.
4.1 Spülen
Ein bedarfsgerechtes Spülen der Anlage durchführen.
Es müssen vor Inbetriebnahme alle Schmutz- und Luftpartikel aus der Anlage entfernt werden. Wird Wasser zum Spülen
verwendet, ist die Anlage bei möglicher Frostgefahr am Aufstellungsort komplett zu Entleeren und sofort mit geeigneter
und zugelassener Solarflüssigkeit mit Frostschutzmittel zu ersetzen.
4.2 Abdrücken
Anschlüsse, Bauteile und Verbindungen auf Dichtheit kontrollieren.
Bei Undichtheiten Anlage entleeren, nachbessern und Druckprobe wiederholen.
4.3 Befüllen
Primär (Solarseite) : geeignete bzw. zugelassene C / D Solarflüssigkeit mit Frostschutzmittel benutzen
Sekundär (Heizungsseite) : Wasser (Zng. gemäß VDI 2035) A / B
4.4 Entlüften
Unsachgemäßes Entlüften führt zu Druckabfall und kann zu Störungen in der Solaranlage führen.
Die Temperaturen der ausweichenden Luft und des Wärmeträgermediums können größer 60°C sein, damit besteht erhöhte
Verbrühungsgefahr. Der Entlüfter sitzt am höchsten Punkt der Anlage.
Nach dem Entlüften ist der Anlagendruck jeweils wieder auf den Betriebsdruck zu erhöhen!
4.5 Entleeren
Beim Entleeren der Anlage muss beachtet werden, dass die Absperrarmaturen geöffnet werden, bevor die Anlage am
tiefsten Punkt entleert wird. Bei dem sekundärseitig montierten Rückflussverhinderer ist die Fließrichtung zu beachten.
Auf vollständige Entleerung des Rohrleitungssystems achten. Die Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit sollte mit einem geeignetem
Auffangbehälter aufgefangen werden und wenn nötig umweltgerecht entsorgt werden.
Hinweis: Anlage steht i.d.R. unter Druck! Verbrühungsgefahr!

installation. The installation and initial start-up of
the complete station may only be performed by
an approved, specialist company. Before starting work please
familiarise yourself with all the parts and their handling. Please
follow these safety instructions faithfully to eliminate hazards,

regulations and legislation for the assembly, installation and
operation of the system. In addition, observe the applicable

standards, laws and guidelines.

Electrical connection work may only be carried out by qua-

1.1 Intended use
The stations described are intended for the operation on the primary side of the solar transfer station with
appropriate and approved solar fluid. Make sure the quantity of antifreeze is adequate. The use of any other
medium is not permitted.

The shut-off valves must not be closed because otherwise the safety valves will not work.
Caution:
Do not make any changes to the electrical components, the design of the system or the hydraulic components!
This would adversely impact on the safe function of the system.
1.2 Initial start-up
Before the initial start-up the system should be checked for leak tightness, correct hydraulic connection and accurate and
correct electrical connections. Furthermore, a thorough flushing of the system or as required, in accordance with DIN 4753
should be performed. The initial start-up must be performed by qualified specialist personnel and a written record should be
kept. In addition the setting values must be recorded in writing. The technical documentation must remain with the unit.
1.3 Working on the system
The system must be disconnected from the mains and monitored to ensure that no voltage is being supplied (e.g. at the
separate cut-out or a main switch). Secure the system against being restarted.

3. Installation
3.1 Wall installation
The system should be installed on a dry wall that can take the load. The distance to the collectors should be selected in
such a way that the station and the expansion tank cannot overheat (use an auxiliary vessel if necessary). Hazards as a
result of adjoining masonry components, electrical cables or gas, water or heating pipes must be avoided. Free access to
the station, safety fittings and connection lines must be ensured.
3.2 Shut-off fittings
When installing the safety components outside of the station, the shut-off valves must remain open and be secured against
unintentional closure. The safety parts must only be activated by qualified specialist personnel!
3.3 Safety module
The safety module is used for protection against excessive pressure in the
secondary circuit (e.g. to the buffer accumulator)

3.4 Connecting an expansion tank (provided by the customer)
Expansion tanks accommodate the changes in volume when heating or cooling the heat transfer fluid and retain a fluid
reserve to offset minor leakages. Only suitable and properly designed expansion tanks (see DIN 4807) are to be used.
In the event of relevant prevailing temperatures use any auxiliary vessels.
3.5 Heat transfer medium
Only use suitable and approved solar fluid with antifreeze (see DIN 4757), which is suitable for solar systems! Note the
manufacturer and type, because in some circumstances these cannot be mixed with agents from other manufacturers.
3.6 Backflow preventer
In the secondary circuit a backflow preventer is installed at delivery, which prevents uncontrolled circulation of the heating
medium and consequently counteracts any cooling of the accumulator.

4. Pressure testing, filling and flushing the system
The following work may only be carried out by qualified specialist personnel.
When pressure testing, filling and flushing the system make sure that all shut-off fittings are open.
The collectors must be cooled down and covered to prevent injuries or damage!
On days when there is a great deal of radiation, filling should be carried out in the morning or evening.
Do not undertake any switching operations to release the pressure on the shut-off fittings. Note the flow direction for the
backflow preventer installed on the secondary side.
4.1 Flushing
Flush the system as required.
All dirt and air particles must be removed from the system before start-up. If water is used for flushing, the system should
be completely drained if there is any risk of frost at the installation site, and immediately replaced with a suitable and appro-
ved solar fluid with antifreeze.
4.2 Pressure testing
Check connections, components and joints for leak tightness.
In the event of leaks, drain the system, repair and repeat the pressure test.
4.3 Filling
Primary (solar side) : use a suitable or approved C/D solar fluid with antifreeze
Secondary (heating side): Water (approved in accordance with VDI 2035) A/B
4.4 Venting
Improper venting results in a drop in pressure and can lead to faults in the solar system.
The temperatures of the escaping air and the heat transfer medium may be greater than 60°C, therefore there is an
increased risk of scalding. The vent is located at the highest point of the system.
After venting, the system pressure must be increased once again to the operating pressure!
4.5 Draining
When draining the system make sure that the shut-off fittings are open, before the system is
drained at the lowest point. Note the flow direction for the backflow preventer installed on the secondary side.
Ensure that the pipework is completely drained. The heat transfer fluid should be collected with a suitable collection vessel
and if necessary, disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
Note: the system is generally under pressure! Risk of scalding!

2. Caractéristiques techniques
Pour une utilisation dans des installations solaires thermiques dont la superficie des collecteurs est comprise entre 30 et 40
m² environ.

Système solaire séparé livré sous la forme d'une unité prémontée avec deux pompes de circulation (DN 15, EL 130 mm)
dotées d'un câble de raccordement, deux débitmètres, un échangeur thermique à plaques en acier inoxydable, deux
possibilités de purge, un logement pour capteur primaire, quatre robinets d'arrêt à boisseaux, quatre robinets de rinçage, de

1. Consignes de sécurité
1.1 Utilisation conforme
Les stations décrites ici doivent être exploitées avec un liquide caloporteur adapté et homologué du côté primaire de
la station de transfert solaire. Vous devez vous assurer que le niveau d'antigel est suffisant. L'utilisation d'un autre
fluide n'est pas autorisée.
Température du fluide > 60°C (risque de brûlures)
Pression de consigne ou de remplissage < Pression d'ouverture des robinets de sécurité
Il est interdit de fermer les robinets d'arrêt afin d'assurer l'efficacité des robinets de sécurité.
Prudence :
Ne modifiez jamais les composants électriques, l'installation ou les composants hydrauliques ! Toute modification peut
provoquer un dysfonctionnement de l'installation.
1.2 Première mise en service
Avant la première mise en service, vérifiez que l'installation est bien étanche, que les raccordements hydrauliques et les
électriques sont corrects et qu'ils ont été effectués minutieusement. En outre, vous devez effectuer un rinçage minutieux
de l'installation ou ajusté à vos besoins d'après DIN 4753. La première mise en service doit être effectuée par une personne
spécialisée et formée, et doit faire l'objet d'un protocole écrit. De plus, les valeurs des réglages doivent être consignées par
écrit. La documentation technique doit rester près de
l'appareil.
1.3 Opérations effectuées sur l'installation
Vous devez éteindre l'installation et vérifier qu'elle est bien hors tension (sur le fusible séparé ou l'interrupteur principal par
exemple). L’installation doit être protégée contre tout rallumage.
