Prima dell’utilizzo, si raccomanda di leggere attentamente
tutte le Istruzioni e di conservarle per eventuali
consultazioni future. Non utilizzare questo apparecchio
per scopi diversi da quelli descritti nel presente manuale.
ISTRUZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA:
1. Leggere attentamente questo manuale di istruzioni prima
di utilizzare il prodotto, installare Il tubo del gas e/o
collegare la bombola.
2. Conservare il manuale per possibili esigenze future.
3. Utilizzare solo all'esterno. È proibito l'utilizzo all’interno di
abitazioni.
4. Tenere lontano da prodotti infiammabili e sorgenti di
calore.
5. Posizionare su una superficie piana e resistente al calore.
Non appoggiare su legno, carta, plastica o altro materiale
infiammabile.
6. Verificare l'integrità del prodotto prima di ogni utilizzo. In
presenza di danni, non utilizzare l’apparato e rivolgersi al
centro assistenza autorizzato dal produttore.
7. Non modificare o riparare per nessuna ragione il prodotto
da sé o da personale non autorizzato. In caso di danni o
malfunzionamento, rivolgersi al centro assistenza
autorizzato dal produttore.

8. Non utilizzare Il fornello con guarnizioni danneggiate o
perdite dovute ad usura dei componenti. Sostituire i tubi
danneggiati prima dell’utilizzo.
9. Non utilizzare il prodotto per scopi diversi da cucinare cibi
o riscaldare liquidi per utilizzo culinario.
10. Non lasciare il prodotto incustodito durante l'uso.
11. Questo apparecchio non è stato progettato per l’utilizzo
da parte di bambini o persone con limitate capacità
fisiche, sensoriali e cognitive e/o con scarsa esperienza, a
meno che non si trovino sotto la diretta e costante
sorveglianza di una persona qualificata o abbiano ricevuto
da quest’ultima le necessarie istruzioni riguardanti il
corretto utilizzo.
12. Assicurarsi che i bambini non utilizzino l’apparecchio per
gioco.
13. La pulizia e la manutenzione dell'utente non devono
essere eseguite da bambini o persone con limitate
capacità fisiche meno che non si trovino sotto la diretta e
costante sorveglianza di una persona qualificata.
14. Durante l’uso, il fornello raggiunge temperature elevate.
Prestare la massima attenzione e non toccare parti
metalliche. Utilizzare guanti protettivi per maneggiare
componenti particolarmente caldi.

15. Non muovere il prodotto durante l'uso.
16. Se si dovesse sentire odore di gas, spegnere
immediatamente il fornello e chiudere la valvola sulla
bombola del gas. Contattare un centro di assistenza
autorizzato per risolvere il problema.
17. Utilizzare solo bombole gas GPL approvate.
18. Dopo l'utilizzo chiudere la valvola del gas sulla bombola.
19. Sostituire la bombola di gas lontano da possibili fonti di
accensione o scintille.
20. Il tubo del gas non deve superare la lunghezza di 1,5m.
21. Verificare che Il tubo del gas non sia piegato e non sia a
contatto con superfici che diventano calde.
22. Verificare la data di scadenza del tubo del gas.
23. Utilizzare un regolatore di pressione a norma EN 16129.
Utilizzare sempre un regolatore a bassa pressione per la
connessione del fornello alla bombola. Il regolatore per
l3+(28-30/37) deve avere una calibrazione fissa a 37mbar
per il propano e 30mbar per il butano. Per I3B/P(30), il
regolatore deve essere calibrato a 30mbar.
24. Riporre il fornello in un luogo asciutto, lontano da agenti
atmosferici o fattori che lo possano danneggiare.
25. Eventuali riparazioni devono essere effettuate da
personale qualificato in un centro di assistenza

autorizzato dal produttore a importatore.
26. Evitare dl bloccare l’ugello Venturi dei bruciatori.
Verificare che non siano ostruiti.
27. Il diametro delle padelle utilizzabili è tra 120 e 200mm.
28. Parti sigillate dal produttore non devono essere alterate
dall’utente.
29. Qualsiasi modifica al fornello può essere pericolosa.
30. Attenzione: non utilizzare fiamme per verificare
eventuali perdite di gas!
INSTALLAZIONE:
• Posizionare il fornello in piano, come Indicato In precedenza.
•Verificare che il tubo del gas che si vuole utilizzare sia approvato
e sia collegato adun riduttore di pressione con le caratteristiche
descritte in precedenza.
•Utilizzare per Il tubo del gas una fascetta metallica per GPL.
•Inserire il tubo sul raccordo (sul retro del fornello) per almeno 2
cm.
•Stringere la fascetta metallica attorno al tubo, per evitare
fuoriuscite di gas.
MONTAGGIO DELLA BOMBOLA:
• Prima dl collegare la bombola, chiudere tutti i rubinetti del
fornello.

•Posizionare la bombola in maniera stabile e in un luogo asciutto.
•Collegare il regolatore di pressione inserendo la guarnizione che
viene solitamente fornita con la bombola.
•Utilizzare sempre la guarnizione nuova che viene fornita.
•Stringere il regolatore sulla bombola (filetto sinistro).
• Verificare che il tubo del gas non sia attorcigliato. Ruotare Il tubo
per eliminare even tuali curve.
• Aprire il rubinetto sulla bombola.
• Lasciare i rubinetti del fornello chiusi per 5 minuti e verificare che
non si senta odore di gas.
•Per verificare la presenza di perdite sul tubo in gomma,
utilizzare acqua saponata: se non si formano bolle, non vi sono
perdite.
• Attenzione: non utilizzare fiamme per verificare eventuali
perdite di gas!
UTILIZZO DEL PRODOTTO :
1. Premere leggermente il rubinetto del bruciatore che si vuole
accendere e ruotarlo in senso antiorario.
2. Avvicinare una fiamma al bruciatore.
3. Attendere che sia completamente acceso e ruotare la manopola
per regolare l’intensità della fiamma.
4. Per spegnere il bruciatore, ruotare la manopola in senso orario
fino ad OFF.
5. Dopo l'uso o prima di riporre il prodotto, spegnere il fornello

chiudendo prima la valvo la sulla bombola. In questo modo verrà
bruciato tutto il gas, e il tubo in gomma rimarrà completamente
vuoto. A questo punto è possibile chiudere anche Il rubinetto del
for nello.
6. Attendere che il fornello sia completamente freddo, almeno 30
minuti.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE :
• Pulire regolarmente il fornello tra un utilizzo e l'altro,
specialmente dopo un lungo inutilizzo.
• Prima di procedere con la pulizia, verificare che il fornello sia
completamente freddo.
• Accertarsi che la valvola sulla bombola e le manopole del
fornello siano chiuse (posizione OFF ). Togliere la griglia per
facilitare la pulizia.
• Utilizzare una spugna umida per togliere le eventuali
incrostazioni di cibo. Per lo sporco normale è sufficiente un
panno umido.
• Non utilizzare sostanze abrasive o solventi.
• La sola manutenzione richiesta riguarda il tubo del gas e la
bombola. Verificare che siano a norma e in buone condizioni.
Per il collegamento tra regolatore di pressione e bombola,
utilizzare sempre la guarnizione nuova fornita.

CONSERVAZIONE
• Riporre il fornello in un luogo fresco e asciutto.
• Coprire i bruciatori con un foglio di alluminio per evitare
l’ingresso di insetti o altro.
• Se Il fornello è riposto all’interno della casa, la bombola
deve essere scollegata, lasciata all'esterno e posizionata in
un luo go asciutto e ben ventilato, lontano da sorgenti di
calore. Tenere lontano dalla portata dei bambini.

GARANZIA
Melchioni Ready s.r.l., con sede in Milano (Italia), via Colletta 37,
riconosce garanzia convenzionale sul prodotto per il periodo di due
anni dalla data del primo acquisto da parte del consumatore. Tale
garanzia lascia impregiudicata la validità della normativa in vigore
riguardante i beni di consumo (D.L. 6 Settembre 2005 n. 206 art. 128
e seguenti), dei quali diritti il consumatore rimane titolare. Tale
garanzia si applica all’intero territorio dell’Unione Europea.
I componenti o le parti che risulteranno difettosi per accertate cause
di fabbricazione saranno riparati o sostituiti gratuitamente per
tramite del rivenditore, durante il periodo di garanzia di cui sopra.
Melchioni Ready S.r.l. si riserva il diritto di effettuare sostituzione
integrale dell’apparecchio, qualora la riparabilità risultasse
impossibile od eccessivamente onerosa, con altro apparecchio di
simili caratteristiche (D.L. 6 Settembre 2005 n. 206 art. 130) nel corso
del periodo di garanzia. In questo caso la decorrenza della garanzia
rimane quella dell’acquisto originale: la prestazione erogata in
garanzia non prolunga il periodo della garanzia stessa.
Questo apparecchio non sarà in ogni caso considerato difettoso per
materiali o fabbricazione qualora dovesse essere adattato, cambiato
o regolato, al fine di conformarsi a norme di sicurezza e/o tecniche
nazionali o locali, in vigore in un Paese diverso da quello per il quale è
stato originariamente progettato e fabbricato. Questo apparecchio è
stato progettato e costruito per un impiego esclusivamente
domestico: qualunque altro utilizzo comporta il decadimento dei
benefici della garanzia.

La garanzia non copre:
•parti soggette ad usura o logorio, né quelle parti che necessitano di
una sostituzione e/o manutenzione periodica
•uso professionale del prodotto.
•malfunzionamenti o qualsiasi difetto dovuti ad errata installazione,
configurazione, aggiornamento di software / BIOS / firmware non

•riparazioni o interventi eseguiti da persone non autorizzate da
Melchioni Ready S.r.l.
•manipolazioni di componenti dell’assemblaggio o, ove applicabile, del
software
•difetti provocati da caduta o trasporto, fulmini, sbalzi di tensione,
infiltrazioni di liquidi, apertura dell’apparecchio, intemperie, fuoco,
disordini pubblici, aerazione inadeguata o errata alimentazione
•eventuali accessori, ad esempio: scatole, borse, batterie, ecc. usate
con questo prodotto
•interventi a domicilio per controlli di comodo o presunti difetti
Il riconoscimento della garanzia da parte di Melchioni Ready S.r.l. è
subordinata alla presentazione di un documento fiscale che comprovi
l’effettiva data di acquisto. Lo stesso non deve presentare
manomissioni o cancellature, in presenza dei quali Melchioni Ready
S.r.l. si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l’erogazione del trattamento in
garanzia.
La garanzia non sarà riconosciuta qualora la matricola o il modello
dell’apparecchio risultassero inesistenti, abrasi o modificati.
La presente garanzia non comprende alcun diritto di risarcimento per

danni diretti o indiretti, di qualsiasi natura, verso persone o cose,
causati da un’eventuale inefficienza dell’apparecchio. Eventuali
estensioni, promesse o prestazioni in merito, assicurate dal
rivenditore, saranno a carico di quest’ultimo.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Read this instruction manual carefully before using the
product, installing the gas hose and / or connecting the
cylinder.
2. Keep this manual for future reference.
3. For outdoor use only. Use inside homes is prohibited.
4. Keep away from flammable products and heat sources.
5. Place on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Do not place on
wood, paper, plastic or other flammable material.
6. Check the integrity of the product before each use. If
there is any damage, do not use the device and contact
the manufacturer's authorized service center.
7. Do not modify or repair the product for any reason by
yourself or by unauthorized personnel. In the event of
damage or malfunction, contact the manufacturer's
authorized service center.
8. Do not use stove with damaged seals or leaks due to
component wear. Replace damaged tubes before use.
9. Do not use the product for any purpose other than

cooking food or heating liquids for culinary use.
10. Do not leave the product unattended during use.
11. This appliance has not been designed for use by children
or people with limited physical, sensory and cognitive
abilities and / or with little experience, unless they are
under the direct and constant supervision of a qualified
person or have received from the latter the necessary
instructions regarding correct use.
12. Make sure that children do not use the appliance for
games.
13. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out
by children or persons with limited physical abilities
unless they are under the direct and constant supervision
of a qualified person.
14. During use, the stove reaches high temperatures. Be very
careful and do not touch metal parts. Use protective
gloves to handle particularly hot components.
15. Do not move the product during use.
16. If you smell gas, turn off the stove immediately and close
the valve on the gas bottle. Contact an authorized service
center to solve the problem.
17. Use only approved LPG gas cylinders.
18. After use, close the gas valve on the bottle.

19. Replace the gas cylinder away from possible sources of
ignition or sparks.
20. The gas pipe must not exceed 1.5m in length.
21. Check that the gas pipe is not kinked and is not in contact
with surfaces that become hot.
22. Check the expiration date of the gas pipe.
23. Use a pressure regulator according to EN 16129. Always
use a low pressure regulator to connect the stove to the
cylinder. The regulator for l3 + (28-30 / 37) must have a
fixed calibration at 37mbar for propane and 30mbar for
butane. For I3B / P (30), the regulator must be calibrated
at 30mbar.
24. Store the stove in a dry place, away from atmospheric
agents or factors that could damage it.
25. Any repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel in
a service center authorized by the manufacturer or
importer.
26. Avoid blocking the Venturi nozzle of the burners. Check
that they are not blocked.
27. The diameter of the usable pans is between 120 and
200mm.
28. Parts sealed by the manufacturer must not be altered by
the user.

29. Any modification to the stove can be dangerous.
30. Warning: do not use flames to check for gas leaks!
INSTALLATION:
• Place the stove flat, as indicated above.
• Check that the gas pipe to be used is approved and is connected to
a pressure reducer with the characteristics described above.
• Use a metal clamp for LPG for the gas pipe.
• Insert the hose on the fitting (on the back of the stove) for at least
2 cm.
• Tighten the metal clamp around the pipe to prevent gas leaks .
ASSEMBLING THE CYLINDER:
• Before connecting the cylinder, close all the taps on the stove.
• Place the cylinder in a stable and dry place.
• Connect the pressure regulator by inserting the gasket that is
usually supplied with the cylinder.
• Always use the new gasket that is supplied.
• Tighten the regulator onto the cylinder (left thread).
• Check that the gas pipe is not kinked. Rotate the tube to eliminate
any bends.
• Open the tap on the cylinder.
• Leave the stove taps closed for 5 minutes and check that there is
no smell of gas.

• To check the rubber hose for leaks, use soapy water: if no bubbles
form, there are no leaks.
• Warning: do not use flames to check for gas leaks!
USE OF THE PRODUCT :
1. Lightly press the tap of the burner you want to light and turn it
anticlockwise.
2. Bring a flame close to the burner.
3. Wait until it is completely lit and turn the knob to adjust the
intensity of the flame.
4. To turn off the burner, turn the knob clockwise to OFF.
5. After use or before storing the product, turn off the stove by first
closing the valve on the bottle. This will burn all the gas, and the
rubber tube will remain completely empty. At this point it is also
possible to close the stove tap.
6. Wait until the stove is completely cold, at least 30 minutes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE :
• Clean the stove regularly between uses, especially after a
long period of inactivity.
• Before cleaning, make sure the stove is completely cold.
• Make sure the valve on the cylinder and the burner knobs
are closed (OFF position). Remove the grill for easier
cleaning.
• Use a damp sponge to remove any food encrustations. For

normal soiling, a damp cloth is sufficient.
• Do not use abrasive substances or solvents.
• The only maintenance required concerns the gas pipe and
the cylinder. Check that they are up to standard and in good
condition. For the connection between the pressure
regulator and the cylinder, always use the new gasket
supplied.
STORAGE
• Store the stove in a cool and dry place.
• Cover the burners with aluminum foil to prevent the entry of
insects or other.
• If the stove is stored inside the house, the cylinder must be
disconnected, left outside and placed in a dry and well-
ventilated place, away from heat sources. Keep out of reach
of children .

WARRANTY
Melchioni Ready s.r.l., based in Milan (Italy), via Colletta 37,
recognizes a conventional guarantee on the product for a period of
two years from the date of the first purchase by the consumer. This
guarantee does not affect the validity of the legislation in force
concerning consumer goods (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005
n. 206 art. 128 and following), of which the consumer remains the
owner. This guarantee applies to the entire territory of the
European Union.
The components or parts that are found to be defective for
ascertained manufacturing causes will be repaired or replaced free
of charge through the dealer, during the above warranty period.
Melchioni Ready S.r.l. reserves the right to make a complete

replacement of the device, if repairability is impossible or
excessively expensive, with another device of similar characteristics
(Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 art. 130) during the
warranty period. In this case, the validity of the warranty remains
that of the original purchase: the service provided under warranty
does not extend the warranty period.
In any case, this appliance will not be considered defective in terms
of materials or manufacture should it be adapted, changed or
adjusted, in order to comply with national or local safety and / or
technical standards, in force in a country other than the one for
which it is was originally designed and manufactured. This appliance
has been designed and built for domestic use only: any other use
will invalidate the benefits of the guarantee.
The warranty does not cover:
• parts subject to wear or tear, nor those parts that require periodic
replacement and / or maintenance
• professional use of the product
• malfunctions or any defects due to incorrect installation,
configuration, software / BIOS / firmware update not performed by
authorized Melchioni Ready S.r.l.
• repairs or interventions carried out by persons not authorized by

• manipulation of assembly components or, where applicable, of the

• defects caused by falls or transport, lightning strikes, power
surges, liquid infiltrations, opening of the appliance, bad weather,

fire, public disturbances, inadequate ventilation or incorrect power
supply
• any accessories, for example: boxes, bags, batteries, etc. used with
this product
• home interventions for convenience checks or presumed defects
The recognition of the guarantee by Melchioni Ready S.r.l. is subject
to the presentation of a tax document that proves the actual date of
purchase. The same must not show any tampering or deletions, in
the presence of which Melchioni Ready S.r.l. reserves the right to
refuse the provision of treatment under warranty.
The warranty will not be recognized if the serial number or model of
the appliance is non-existent, abraded or modified.
This warranty does not include any right to compensation for direct
or indirect damage, of any nature, to people or things, caused by
any inefficiency of the appliance. Any extensions, promises or
services in this regard, insured by the retailer, will be borne by the
latter
