Before beginning assembly, separate all parts and carefully study the parts diagrams
below. Review all parts and hardware before disposing of any packaging. You may
receive extra hardware with your unit. Call Customer Service for missing hardware.

Step 1
Assemble the base unit：
Insert all five Casters (E) into the Base
(D).
Note: be sure that all the Casters (E)
are firmly attached.
Insert Gas Lift (C) into the Base (D).
Note: be sure that the Gas Lift (C) is
firmly attached.
Step 2
Attach Adjustment Lever (B) to the
Seat (A) with Bolts (1), Spring Washers
(3), and Flat Washers (2) as shown in
Figure 2.
Tighten Bolts (1) using Small Allen
Wrench (4) as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3
Carefully place seat cushion and
backrest onto the gas lift and base unit.
NOTE: to ensure gas lift mechanism
remains secure assemble as shown,
then sit on the seat and raise/ lower
the seat several times top to bottom.
Step 4
Insert Bolts (5) through the Left
Handrail (F) and Mushroom Head (H)
into the upper predrilled holes in Seat
(A).
Note: wait to tighten bolts.
Insert Bolts (5) through the Left
handrail (F) into the lower predrilled
holes in Seat (A).
Tighten all Bolts (5) using Large Allen
Wrench (6) as shown in Figure 4.

Step 5
Insert Bolts (5) through the Right
Handrail (G) and Mushroom Head (H)
into the upper predrilled holes in Seat
(A).
Note: wait to tighten bolts.
Insert Bolts (5) through the Right
Handrail (G) into the lower predrilled
holes in Seat (A).
Tighten all Bolts (5) using Large Allen
Wrench (6) as shown in Figure 4.
Step 6
Twist the hand wheel on Adjustment
Lever (B) to adjust seat angle.
After you have adjusted seat to desired
angle, lock the seat angle using left
lever.

Rotate seat 360 degrees to ensure
unit has been properly assembled.
Step 8
Adjustment Lever (B) will also allow
you to change the height of the seat.
Press handle to move up.
