Instructions
1) Press and hold the ‘Power’ button to turn the device on/off.
2) Wear Ridge VR and adjust the straps for a comfortable fit.
3) Use the Navigation Panel located on the right side of the device to
navigate through menus.
4) Swipe from Left to Right or Right to Left to switch between menu
screens or items.
5) Press the ‘OK/Confirm’ button to select a menu item.
6) Press the ‘Options’ (N) button located on the left side to bring up the
quick options menu for adjusting brightness, volume, enable/disabling
VR Mouse (tracks your head movement), enabling/disabling VR Split
Screen mode, and to close apps.
Note: VR Mode & VR Mouse are available only in certain apps and games.
7) In Media Player, press the OK/Confirm button to bring up the progress
bar and settings bar.
8) In Photo Wall, swipe from Left to Right or Right to Left on the Navigation
Panel to view the next/previous photo. To zoom in/out, swipe from Up
to Down or Down to Up.
9) Log in or create a Google account to access Android services, such as
Google Play store.
10) The device supports external mouse (not included), which can be
connected through the device’s USB port. You can also use the
included VR Controller to navigate through the menu as well as in apps.
11) Press the ‘Back’ button to exit sub-menus and switch to the home
page.
12) To install external apps, or to access files on your microSD card or flash
drive, go to Tools<Settings<File Manager.
13) To adjust settings such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, go to Tools<Settings.

Maintenance
1) Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device.
2) Do not use the product while driving or walking in public places.
3) Stop using the product if your eyes get strained or you feel dizzy.
4) Fully charge the product before using it the first time.
5) Do not use the product while it is being charged.
FAQ
Q) How long does it take for the battery to fully charge?
A) About 4 hours.
Q) Does the device support external memory?
A) Yes, Ridge VR supports microSD cards up to 64GB.
Q) Does the device support HD playback?
A) Yes, Ridge VR supports 1080p or Full HD playback.
Q) My device is not responding/I’m stuck in an app and unable to
close it.
A) Press and hold the Power button to restart the device. If the
problem persists, insert a blunt pin in the Reset hole to reset the
device.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Merlin Products are covered by a limited one-year warranty
policy. If the product suffers from a manufacturing defect, the
customer will receive a replacement if claimed within 15 days
of the purchase date. Otherwise, the product will be inspected
for possible repair options. The product will either be repaired
and returned free of charge, or replaced. All repair services past
the one-year warranty period will be charged for any repairs
that need to be made.
If the client is located outside the UAE, or is otherwise unable to
personally deliver the defective product to our service center or
retail outlets, he/she may send it via post at his/her own cost.
The repaired/replaced product will then be returned to the client
via courier mail at Merlin’s cost, as long as the warranty period
is still active.
Important: This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER normal wear
and tear, accidents, damage during transit, misuse, abuse or
neglect. Attempting to disassemble the unit will render the
warranty null and void.
