B. Assembly Instructions
Leave bolts loose (1/8” to 1/4” from tight) during assembly. This will ease alignment of the holes
and speed installation of the bolts. Do not tighten bolts until Bench is fully assembled.
Use a chair or similar prop to simplify assembly, as shown in the photos below. Assembly time is
approximately 45 minutes.
Step #1 -
Assemble the Seat, Left End and Right End together:

Step #2 -
Next, attach the Back:
Hold the back in place while inserting the bolts. Inserting the bolt at the top inside of the End
can be frustrating due to the tight clearance. Small fingers are better for this.
Step #3 -
Next, attach the two Seat/Back Braces:
Note that the longer arm of the Brace attaches to the Back:

First attach the Brackets to the Back:
Turn the Bench upside down on the support to get access to the back and seat bottom:
