Please note: The small hotplate and oven will only work
conc rrently if yo are wanting to se the oven and hotplate
at the same time. The twin hotplates and oven do not
operate at the same time d e to the high wattage generated
by both cooking methods. This is normal for prod cts of this
type. Oven req ires 10cm free space on all sides aro nd the
appliance for adeq ate air circ lation.
Operation Guide
Power Connection
Connect the appliance to a suitable 220-240V ~50Hz power
supply only. This appliance is designed to operate safely across
both New Zealand and Australian power supplies.
This appliance must be earthed. It is a
class 1 appliance.
Power Consumption
This appliance is designed to work within the NZ power system
constraints and maximum loading requirements. The maximum
available power usage on any standard 10A 240V outlet supply
is 2400 watts. Therefore the appliance can only be used with
combinations that require a power input below this power level.
This appliance allows for the oven to be used in conjunction with
the small element only. The large element cannot be used with
the main oven function in combination.

The mini oven has a seven position selector switch as follows

First time Use
First Time Use – Vapours!
When first used there may be a small amount of
smoke or vapours, this is normal. The heating
elements are coated with a protected coating
during transit to protect them from possible
corrosion. Plug the appliance in, select Bake option
and run for a 5 minute period without food.

Location
Place the appliance on a secure heat resistant bench or table
top away from combustible material such as curtains and walls.
Connect to the mains supply. Do not place or store objects on
the appliance
Allow a gap around the appliance of
10cm
Oven Tray and Rack
Crumb Tray
It is advised to always use the oven with the crumb tray fitted in
the bottom. This will make for easier cleaning. Clean regularly.
Bake Tray / Wire Rack Installation Height
The oven is fitted with 3 height fitting options suitable for bake,
grill or toast cooking. Position as required
Rack Position Guide

Middle – Toast Pizza Bagel function

Cooking Options
Bake
1. Select the desired element heating operating configuration
Bake + Grill (rotisserie and fan options) on the selector
switch.
2. Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time.
3. Turn the thermostat dial for the desired temperature.
4. The power on indicator will light.
5. Open door and place oven tray with food item into the oven
at the desired height. Close the oven door.
6. When finished baking, turn the temperature knob fully anti
clockwise and turn the function switch to OFF to turn the
oven off. Remove baking tray using heat proof gloves or
the bake tray handle.
Caution: If the timer has not returned to OFF allow it to
return to the OFF position by itself. The timer is a manual
timer and forcing it off may damage it over time. Allowing it
to return to zero will not affect the oven operation.
Grill
1. Select the desired element heating operating configuration
Grill (rotisserie and fan options) on the selector switch.
2. Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time. .
3. Turn the thermostat dial for the desired temperature.
4. The power on indicator will light
5. Place the food item in the oven leaving the door half open.
6. When finished cooking, turn the temperature knob fully anti
clockwise and turn the function switch to OFF to turn the
oven off. Remove baking tray using heat proof gloves or
the bake tray handle.
Caution: If the timer has not returned to OFF allow it to
return to the OFF position by itself. The timer is a manual
timer and forcing it off may damage it over time. Allowing it
to return to zero will not affect the oven operation.
Warning! Hot surfaces
When cooking the outer surfaces reach
high temperatures. Handle with care. Use
handles and knobs and heat proof gloves.

Rotisserie
Note. When selected the rotisserie motor will operate regardless
of whether you have the rotisserie accessory fitted.
The rotisserie accessory connects to the internal motor drive
socket located on the middle right of the oven wall. To fit the
rotisserie, connect one end to this drive and then fit the
supporting end to the left support of the oven wall. The rotisserie
will rotate automatically when the selection with that option is
chosen. Note. The holder only fits correctly in one position.

Fan Operation
The fan will operate and circulate the hot air when the fan
selection mode is chosen, creating an even temperature and
heating within the oven
Cleaning
Warning!
Electric shock risk! Do not immerse this
appliance or supply cord in any liquid. Always
disconnect from the mains supply before cleaning.
Scalding or Burns! Allow it to cool completely
before cleaning. Hot surfaces create a hazard.
Damage! Do not use harsh abrasives, solvents or
scouring material as they may damage the metals
or plastics.
Outer
Clean the outer case with a warm damp clean sponge cloth, dry
with a dry towel. If required use a little mild detergent on the
sponge.
Inner
Wipe the inside of the oven with a hot damp sponge cloth. Dry
before re use. A mild cleaning spray or detergent may be used.
Apply to the sponge, not the oven.
Door
Wipe the glass with a hot damp sponge, dry with a dry towel.
Clean the glass surface with a glass cleaner spray if necessary.
Accessories
Wash all accessories and trays in hot water and detergent, dry
with a dry towel.
Warning! Crumb Tray
Empty regularly as any residual build up may
present a fire hazard and effect the operation of
the oven.

Do not abuse or damage the supply cord. If for any reason the
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid
hazard. A replaceable cord must be replaced with an authorised
replacement from an authorized service agent.
