!Make sure your video camera is suitable for infrared illuminator.
To work with an infrared illuminator suitable black-and-white video cameras and
color video cameras with “day/night» feature, in which the corrective filter for cutting
off infrared radiation, automatically moves away from the matrix of the camera when
working in night mode.
To avoid loss of sharpness (focus) of the image in night mode when using infrared
light, the camera must be equipped with a lens with IR correction (IR marking on the
body or in the designation of the lens).
In operation the case of the illuminator may be heated. This is normal and does not
affect the lifetime of the illuminator and which is not by any malfunction or defect.
Infrared LED illuminator IR-1 ZOOM meets the requirements of the Eurasian
Customs Union TR CU 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical
means» and TR CU 004/2011 «On safety of low voltage equipment», as well as the
requirements EMC Directive 2004/108/ EC EN55015:2009, EN61547:2009,
EN61000-3-2:2006+A1:2009+A2:2009, EN61000-3-3:2009, EN61000-4-2:2009,

SAFETY ENGINEERING
If the LED illuminator is out of order, it cannot be repaired and try to recover!
Unauthorized disassembly of the illuminator and technical intervention leads
to a denial of warranty service.
Do not disassemble to avoid accidents! LED illuminators are strictly prohibited
to disassemble
Invisible radiation of infrared LEDs! To prevent eye injuries, do not look directly
at the switched-on illuminator.
Installation and connection of the illuminator should produce an expert in the
field of electrical engineering works.
Protect the illuminator from impacts and vibrations.

INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
Illuminator can be installed outdoors and indoors. When installing, ensure free air
flow past casing to cool the illuminator.
The installation of illuminator should be made in the following order:
1. Assemble the bracket as shown in figure.
2. Install the illuminator on the bracket, pre-slightly tighten the bracket screws.
3. Mount the bracket on the wall.
4. Plug the illuminator to a low voltage power supply 12 ... 24 V AC or DC.
The polarity need not be obeyed.
When using the illuminator with PoE to connect the plug RJ-45 with PoE
injector or switch.
5. Make sure that the illuminator works.
Invisible radiation infrared LEDs. Do not look at the illuminator directly.
6. Adjust the angle of radiation illuminator, for this:
remove the screw plug on the back of the case illuminator;
rotating the adjusting screw to achieve the desired angle of radiation: set screw
plug in place.
7. Adjust the vertical position of the illuminator relative to the bracket and the
angle of the illuminator in accordance with the requirements of the lighting of the
object.
8. Tighten the bracket screws for final fixing the illuminator.
If necessary disable the light sensor is enough to cover the sensor with opaque
material.
INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
!
The Illuminator should be stored indoors in the absence of aggressive environment
in the form of vapor and acids and alkalis. Ambient temperature from -50 °C to
+ 50 °C; relative humidity less than 95% at 25 °C.
