Remove the lid [1].
Unscrew the bonnet by using the tool [5]
from the Service Kit.

Use the tool [5] to unscrew and remove
the cartridge [4].
Remove the bafe plate [8]

Remove the diaphragm [6] as shown on
the photo.

Mounting of PremiumPLUS
Mount the new ow washer [3] from the
Service Kit.
Mount the re-used bafe plate [8].
Mount the new cartridge [4] from the
Service Kit.

Mounting of PremiumPLUS
Use the tool [5] and a torque wrench
(tightening torque 4.5 Nm) to tighten the
new cartridge [4].
Mount the new diaphragm [6] from the
Service Kit. Pay attention that the small
O-ring is present.
Make sure that the diaphragm is mounted
correct under the thread in the main
body.

Mount the re-used washer [9] and make
sure the groove is in direction of the
diaphragm.
Mount the new lock ring [2] from the
service kit.
Mount the re-used spring [10] , and the
re-used cap [11].

Mount the bonnet by hand, to make sure
the thread has the correct alignment.
Tighten the bonnet by using the tool [5].
and a torque wrench (tightening torque
30 Nm).
Adjust the work-pressure and mount the
new lid [1].
