1. PRECAUTION
1.1 Safety precaution
To prevent injury to the user or property damage, the following instructions must be followed.
Incorrect operation due to ignoring instruction will cause harm or damage.
Before servicing unit, be sure to read this service manual at first.
1.2 Warning
Before use, the washer must be properly
installed as described in user manual.
ALWAYS follow the fabric care instructions
supplied by the garment manufacturer.
Do not wash or dry articles that have been
previously cleaned in, washed in, soaked in,
or spotted with gasoline, dry-cleaning
solvents, other flammable or explosive
substances as they give off vapors that
could ignite or explode.
Do not reach into the appliance if the basket
is moving.
Do not install or store this appliance where it
will be exposed to the weather or freezing
temperatures.
Do not tamper with the controls.
Do not add gasoline, dry-cleaning solvents,
or other flammable or explosive substances
to the wash water. These substances give
off vapors that could ignite or explode.
Under certain conditions, hydrogen gas may
be produced in a hot water system that has
not been used for 2 weeks or more.
HYDROGEN GAS IS EXPLOSIVE. If the
hot water system has not been used for 2
weeks or more, before using a washer or
combination washer-dryer, turn on all hot
water faucets and let the water flow from
each for several minutes. This will release
any accumulated hydrogen gas. As the gas
is flammable, do not smoke or use an open
flame during this time.
Keep the area underneath and around your
appliances free of combustible materials
(lint, paper, rags, etc.), gasoline, chemicals
and other flammable vapors and liquids.
Do not place items exposed to cooking oil in
your washer. Items contaminated with
cooking oils may contribute to a chemical
reaction that could cause a load to catch
fire.
This washer is not designed for maritime
use or for mobile installations such as in
RVs, aircraft, etc.
Turn off the water faucets and unplug the
washer if the machine is to be left for an
extended period of time, such as during
vacations.
Always check the inside of the washer for
foreign objects before loading laundry. Keep
the lid closed when not in use.
Plug the power cord into an AC 120V/60Hz
wall socket rated at 15amps or higher. Use
the socket for this washer only.
Do not use an extension cord.
- Sharing a wall socket with other
appliance, using a power strip, or
extending the power cord may result in
electric shock or fire.
- Do not use an electric transformer. It
may result in electric shock or fire.

- Ensure that the power voltage,
frequency, and current match the
product’s specifications. Failing to do
so may result in electric shock or fire.
Plug the power plug into the wall socket in
the right direction so that the cord runs
towards the floor.
- If you plug the power plug into the
socket in the opposite direction, the
electric wires within the cable may be
damaged and this may result in electric
shock or fire.
Plug the power plug into the wall socket
firmly. Do not use a damaged power plug, or
loosen wall socket.
Do not pull or excessively bend the power
cord.
Do not twist or tie the power cord.
Do not hook the power cord over a metal
object, place a heavy object on the power
cord, insert the power cord between objects,
or push the power cord into the space
behind the appliance.
This appliance must be properly grounded.
Do not ground the appliance to a gas pipe,
plastic water pipe, or telephone line.
Do not install this appliance near a heater or
inflammable material.
Do not install this appliance in a humid, oily,
or dusty location, or in a location exposed to
direct sunlight or water (rain drops).
Do not install this appliance in a location
where gas may leak.
If the washer is moved to a new location,
have it checked and re-installed by a
qualified service technician.
In the event of a gas leak (such as propane
gas, LP gas, etc.), ventilate the area
immediately. Do not turn any appliance or
light on or off.
- Do not use a ventilating fan.
- A spark may result in an explosion or
fire.
Do not force the washer lid open while the
washer is operating (high-temperature
washing / drying / spinning).
Make sure to remove the packaging
(sponge, styrofoam) attached to the bottom
of the washer before using it.
Do not insert your hand or a metal object
under the washer.
Do not attempt to operate this appliance if it
is damaged, malfunctioning, partially
disassembled, or has missing or broken
parts, including a damaged cord or plug.
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
Do not turn the appliance off by unplugging
the power plug while the washer is in
operation.
If the water supply hose comes loose from
the faucet and floods the appliance, unplug
the power plug.
Do not mix chlorine bleach with ammonia or
acids such as vinegar. Incorrect usage can
produce poisonous gas, result in serious
injury.
Do not reach into the washer while parts are
moving. Before loading, unloading, or
adding items, press the START/PAUSE
button and allow the basket to come to
complete stop before reaching inside.
Keep laundry products out of children’s
reach. Observe all warnings on product
labels and follow to do.
Disconnect this appliance from the power
supply before attempting any user
maintenance. Turning the controls to the
OFF position does not disconnect this
appliance from the power supply.
Do not clean the appliance by spraying
water directly onto it.
Do not use benzene, thinner, or alcohol to
clean the appliance.

1.3 Caution
Do not install on carpet. Install washer on a
level and solid floor that can support its
weight.
The washer is heavy. Two or more people
may be needed to install and move the
appliance.
Store and install the washer where it will not
be exposed to temperatures below freezing
or exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Position the appliance so that the power
plug is easily accessible.
Unplug the power plug when the appliance
is not being used for long periods of time or
during a thunder/lightning storm.
If the washer is contaminated by a foreign
substance such as detergent, dirt, food
waste, etc., unplug the power plug and
clean the washer with a damp, soft cloth.
The clear portion of the lid can be broken by
a strong impact. Take care when using the
washer.
After a water supply failure or when
reconnecting the water supply hose, open
the faucet slowly.
Open the faucet slowly after a long period of
non-use.
If a drain error occurs during an operation,
check if there is a draining problem.
Do not insert your hand or a metal object
under the washer.
Insert the laundry into the washer
completely so that laundry does not get
caught in the lid.
Ensure that the faucet is turned off when the
washer is not being used.
- Ensure that the water supply hose
connectors are properly tightened.
Open the faucet and check if the water
supply hose connector is firmly tightened
and that there is no water leaking before
using the product.
Do not stand on top of the appliance or
place objects (such as laundry, lighted
candles, lighted cigarettes, dishes,
chemicals, metal objects, etc.) on the
appliance.
Do not operate the appliance with wet
hands.
Do not spray volatile material such as
insecticide onto the surface of the
appliance.
Do not place an object that generates an
electromagnetic field near the washer.
Since the water drained during a high
temperature wash or drying cycle is hot, do
not touch the water.
Do not operate the washer when detergent
dispenser is removed.
Do not insert your hand into the detergent
dispenser after opening it.
Do not place any non-laundry objects, such
as shoes, food waste, or animals into the
washer.
Do not press the buttons using sharp
objects such as pins, knifes, fingernails, etc.
Do not wash laundry contaminated by oils,
creams, or lotions usually found in skincare
shops or massage clinics.
Ensure that the water inlet pipe is connected
and the tap is opened before washing
clothes.
Do not leave metal objects (safety pins, hair
pins, etc.) or bleach in the tub for long
periods of time.
Do not use hot water from water
cooling/heating devices.
Do not use natural hand-washing soap in
the washer.
Do not wash large laundry items such as
bedding in the washing net.
Do not use hardened detergent.
Do not wash throw rugs or doormats.

2. How to use
2.1 Controls and functions
Note: Your model may offer slightly different features.
Buttons:
On/Off button: Press once to power on the unit. Press and hold for 2 seconds to power off the unit.
Start/Pause button: Press once to start the unit. Press again to pause the unit and add a garment
with door unlocked.
Note: Add a garment is only available for washing cycles.
Knob: Rotate the knob to choose the cycle you want.
Time Save button:Press this button to decrease the washing time.
Delay button: Press this button to set your desired delay time to start the unit for cycles.
Temp. button: Press this button to set the water temperature for washing steps. The setting
includes: -- Cold, Eco, Warm, Hot, Hot+.
Spin button: Press this button to set the spin speed for cycle. The setting includes:
No Spin, Low, Medium, High, Highest, 5 selections.
Soil level button: Press this button to set the soil level for wash cycle, Heavy, Medium and Light.
Dry level button: Press this button to add drying step just after washing cycle. This function is
only available for Normal/ Cotton, Heavy Duty.
Extra Rinse button:Press Temp. and Spin together 3 seconds to add an extra rinse for washing
cycles except Spin.
My Cycle button: When the unit is in operation, press and hold for 3 seconds to memory current
setting as your favorite cycle. Press the button once to reload the setting and start
the unit, then the unit will start operation with your favorite cycle.
Signal button: Press the Soil button for 3 seconds and you will hear a beep, then the buzzer will
be closed. To restart the buzzer function, press the Soil button again for 3 seconds.
The setting will be kept until the next reset.
Child Lock button:Press Delay and Temp button together 3 seconds during the running
procedure, the buzzer will beep ,Start/Pause button as well as the rotary
switch are locked. Press the two buttons for 3 seconds together to release to

2.3 Detergent
The detergent drawer is separated as follows:
I: Pre-wash: detergent or powder.
II: main wash: detergent, bleach.
: Additive: fabric softener.

2.4 Cleaning and Maintenance
Cabinet:
The surface can be cleaned with diluted non-abrasive neutral detergents when necessary. If
there is any water overflow, use the wet cloth to wipe it off immediately. No sharp items are
allowed to strike the cabinet.
Internal Drum:
The rusts left inside the drum by the metal articles shall be removed immediately with
chlorine-free detergents. Never use steel wool.
Dispose a Frozen Washing Machine:
When the temperature drops below zero and your washing machine gets frozen, you may:
1. Disconnect the power supply for the washing machine;
2. Wash the tap with warm water to loosen inlet pipe;
3. Take down inlet pipe and immerse it in warm water;
4. Pour warm water into washing drum and wait for 10 minutes;
5. Reconnect inlet pipe to the tap and check whether inlet and outlet are working normally.
Anti-freeze:
If your washing machine is located in the room where it can get frozen easily, please drain the
remaining water inside drain pipe and inlet pipe thoroughly. Remove the remaining water in inlet
pipe and drain pump.
Detergent box and grooves:
1. Press down the arrow location on softener cover inside the drawer.
2. Lift the clip up and take out softener cover and wash all grooves with water.
3. Restore the softener cover and push the drawer into position.
Water inlet valve filter
1. Screw off the inlet pipe from the backside of the machine.
2. Pull out the filter with pliers, clean it with water and reinstall
it back after being washed.
3. Reconnect the inlet pipe.
4. Open the tap and make sure there is no water leakage.
5. Close the tap.

Drain Pump Filter
According to the soil level within the cycles and the frequency of the cycles, you have to inspect
and clean the filter regularly.
The pump should be inspected if the machine does not empty or no spin;
The machine makes an unusual noise during draining due to objects such as safety pins, coins
etc. blocking the pump.
The Service panel proceed as follows:
1. After the power is dis-connected, open the filter cover by hand
2. Turn the filter down as shown with the figure and take out sundries matters.
3. Reinstall each part back after sundries matters are removed.
Warning!
When the appliance is in use and depending on the program selected . There can be hot water in the
pump. Never remove the pump cover during a wash cycle, always wait until the appliance has finished
the cycle, and is empty. When replacing the cover, ensure it is securely installed.

Location Requirements
Selecting the proper location for your washer improves performance and minimizes noise and
possible washer “walk.” Your washer can be installed under a custom counter, or in a basement,
laundry room, closet, or recessed area. Companion appliance location requirements should also be
considered. The requirements include:
1. A grounded electrical outlet located within 6 feet (1.8 m)
2. Hot and cold water faucets located within 4 feet (1.2 m)
3. Water pressure from 20psi to100 psi (137.9kPa to 689.6 kPa)
4. A level floor with a maximum slope of 1" (25 mm) under entire washer.
5. A sturdy and solid floor to support the washer with a total weight (water and load) of 200lbs.
6. Temperatures around the machine will NOT get below 32°F (0°C).
Installation clearances
1. The location must be large enough to allow the washer door to be fully opened.
2. Additional spacing should be considered for ease of installation and servicing. The door
opens more than 90o. It is nor reversible.
3. Additional clearances might be required for wall ,door, and floor moldings.

4. Additional spacing of 1 inch (25mm) on all sides of the washer is recommended.
5. Companion appliance spacing should also be considered.
Unpacking the washing machine
Be sure to remove all packaging foams from the carton box including the foam supporting the inner
drum.
Remove transport bolts
Before using this washing machine, transport bolts must be
removed from the backside of this machine. Please take the
following steps to remove the bolts:
1. Loosen all bolts with wrench and then remove them.
2. Cover the holes with transport hole plugs.
3. Keep the transport bolts properly for future use.
Connect the inlet hose and drainage hose
Connect the inlet hose. Be sure the hot water hose is
connected correctly.
Connect the drainage hose.
Standpipe drain system -wall or floor (views A & B). The standpipe drain requires a minimum
diameter standpipe of 2 inch (5 cm). The minimum carry-away Capacity can be no less than 17 gal.
(64 L) per minute. The top of the standpipe must be at least 24 inch (60cm) high and no higher
than 40 inch (100cm) from the bottom of the washer.
Laundry tub drain system (view C). The laundry tub needs a minimum 20 gal. (76 L) capacity. The
top of the laundry tub must be at least 24 inch (60cm) above the floor.

Leveling the washer
1. When positioning the washing machine, please first check if the legs are closely attached to
the cabinet. If not, please turn them to their original positions with hand or wrench and tighten
the nuts with wrench.
2. After positioning the washing machine, press four corners on top cover of washing machine in
sequence. If the washing machine is not stable when being pressed, this leg shall be adjusted.
3. Ensure the positioning status of washing machine. Loosen the lock nut with wrench and turn
the leg with hand until it closely contacts with the floor. Press the leg with one hand and fasten
the nut closely to the cabinet with the other hand.
4. After being locked properly, press four corners again to make sure that they has been adjusted
properly. If it is still unstable, it has to repeat Steps 2 and 3.
5. Use the carpenter’s level to check whether the unit is leveled in two direction. If not, steps 1~3
should be repeated to make the bottom legs closely against the ground and the nuts shall be
locked tightly. .
Power on the unit and have a test operation
Connect the power to a socket which is correctly installed and properly earthed.
Open all faucet for water inlet.
Close the door of the unit.
Power on the unit Select the Rinse&Spin cycle for test operation. Then press the Start button for
test.

4. TROUBLE SHOOTING
4.1 Test mode by Control
Note: Before entering the test mode, you should empty the machine so that there is no
water left in the drum. You can run a spin cycle or open the service panel from the front of
the unit to get all water out. Then make sure all parts are in their original position for check
running.
Shut down the machine by pressing the on/off button, Disconnect the plug from the power supply, and
connect the power again. Press the buttons in sequence of Temp-soil-temp-soil, then, the unit enters
test mode, and “t01” displayed.

When “t02” is displayed on LED, “Error code check” function can be activated by pressing
the “Start/Pause” button. Then the latest error code will be displayed on LED. You can
check all 10 error codes at most by turning the knob to show the code one by one. “E00”
will be

When “t03” is displayed on LED, “Software Version check” function can be activated by
pressing the “Start/Pause” button. the display will show “UL” and “001” in turn; press the
“Start/Pause” button again the display will show “cod” and software version cod in turn;
press the “Start/Pause” button the third time, “Inv” and inverter software version code
will be showed on the display in turn

When “t04” is displayed on LED, “Display check” function can be activated by pressing
the “Start/Pause” button. All LED will be displayed one by one in a pre-set sequence.

When “t05” is displayed on LED, “Pump check” function can be activated by pressing the
“Start/Pause” button. Then “P” will be displayed on LED. And pump will drain the water
out of the drum. Until there is no water in the machine.
t06
When “t06” is displayed on LED, “Water Switch check” function can be activated by
pressing the “Start/Pause” button. The water valve will be opened. And water level will be
showed on the display in data simultaneously.

When “t07” is displayed on LED, “Water Heater check” function can be activated by
pressing the “Start/Pause” button. The LED will display current temperature of sensor.
Press the “Start/Pause” button to start check. The water valve will be opened and stop at
water Level 01. Then the heater will start and stop 5 minutes later. The LED will display
the temperature value changes if the heater works well.

When “t08” is displayed on LED, “air heater” function can be activated by pressing
the “Start/Pause” button. The fan will work and display will show “dry”, at the same
time, the fan starts to work. The inlet and outlet air temperature will be showed in
the mode of “IN” and “OUT” in turn.

When “t09” is displayed on LED, “Wash check” function can be activated by pressing the
“Start/Pause” button. The LED will display “tt”.The drum will run at
45rpm with sequence: spin in counter-clockwise 5 seconds, stop for 3 seconds, spin
in clockwise 5 seconds, stop for 3 seconds and repeat that cycle for 8 minutes, then
the unit will stop.

When “t10” is displayed on LED, “Spin check” function can be activated by pressing the
“Start/Pause” button. The display shows the velocity. The spin velocity will soon go up to
400rpm. Press the “Start/Pause” button again the machine will escalate run to the speed
of 1000 rpm. Press the “Start/Pause” button the third time the spin velocity will soon get u
p
to 1120rpm and hold for 30 seconds. Then the unit will stop.

When “t12” is displayed on LED, “Water Valve check” function can be activated by
pressing the “Start/Pause” button. Then “U2” will be displayed on LED with main wash
valve opened for 5 seconds.
Press the “Start/Pause” button again. “U1” will be displayed with Pre-wash valve
opened for 5 seconds.
Press the “Start/Pause” button thirdly. “U3” will be displayed with hot water valve
opened for 5 seconds.
Press the “Start/Pause” button the fourth time. “U4” will be displayed with only
condensing valve opened for 5 seconds.
Press the “Start/Pause” button the fifth time, “U12” will be displayed with Pre-wash valve
and main wash valve work for 5 seconds at the same time.

If the water pressure is good, try
cleaning the screens inside the
water inlet valve hose connection
ports. If those are clean replace
the water inlet valve.
