This user manual contains important information on safe
operation of the Luminaire.
Read and follow all safety notes and all instructions. Save this
manual for future reference.
Make sure that it is available to all persons using this device.
All wiring should be done by a licensed electrician in
accordance with state codes, local codes, and National
Electric Code (NEC) standards or International Electro
technical Commission (IEC) standards.
The Luminaire is suitable for wet locations.
NOTE: Prior to starting the installation, check the equipment
list to be sure of using the correct tools (mounting screw(s) and nut(s) are not
supplied).
DO
Store the Luminaire with care, avoiding placing the lenses
to the ground which may scratch or damage them
 To avoid damaging the Luminaire, keep it in the original
packaging when storing
 When handling the Luminaire, wear industrial safety
gloves and safety boots
 Operate on circuitry when the electrical power supply is
disconnected
DO NOT
Apply mains voltage through the control system cable.
This will damage the luminaire that will no longer be
covered by warranty
Unnecessarily remove the Luminaire from the box
Leave the LED Luminaire switched on when rested on the
ground with optics facing down
Place the Luminaire with the lens on the pavement, dirt
and metal surfaces
Clean the lenses with any industrial detergent, but with
water-soaked cloth if needed

2. Safety instructions
Use the device only as described in this user manual. Any other
use or use under other operating conditions is considered to be
improper and may result in personal injury or property damage
as well as voiding the warranty.
No liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper
installation.
Only persons with sufficient physical, sensorial, and intellectual
abilities and having corresponding knowledge and experience
may use this device.

2. Mounting
Align the bracket’s central screw hole with desired mounting surface.
Insert and tighten the central bolt to secure the position of the bracket. Tightening torque: 250 Nm for M20 bolt, 130 Nm for M16
bolt.
4. Securing
When the LED luminaire installation has been completed, insert the safety cable in the left or right eye bolt.
Connect the safety cable to the holding frame with the supplied carabiner hook.
1. Insert screws
Insert each screw with its plain and spring washer through the central hole of the fitting bracket flange and loosely tighten.
3. Adjusting angle
Loosen the central screw on both sides of the bracket to tilt the luminaire with ease.
The LED luminaire can be tilted at 5° intervals. Once the tilting operation is complete, tighten and lock the screws.
Tightening torque: Modus 150: 25 Nm, Modus 300: 25 Nm, Modus 600: 50 Nm, Modus 900: 90 Nm, Modus 1200: 120 Nm

4. Bracket mounting and aiming
Use A2-80 stainless steel bolts or 8.8 class
steel bolts with hot dip galavnised coating
Do not use percussion drills

5. Visor mounting
Secure visors
Mount the LED luminaire with the highlighted threaded holes of LED modules facing upwards and pointing away from the mast.
Mount on each LED module a visor. The visor must be fixed with the supplied screws along with the plain and serrated washers as
shown (7-8 Nm).
Securing the cable
Power supply cable must have 3 conductors:
L BROWN
N BLUE
GND YELLOW & GREEN
Control cable must have 2 conductors:
L  BROWN
N  BLUE
Secure the control plug with the supplied closure cap when the control system is not used.
Mains cable – power connection (not supplied). Control cable – 0-10 V, DALI (not supplied)

6. Floodlight connection
Use a main circuit breaker
with a rated current of
at least 10A
Do not apply mains voltage
through the control sytem
cable. This will damage
the luminaire.

Connector socket
The connector socket can fit a H05RN-F or H07RN-F rubber cable with a maximum outer diameter of 12 mm and the conductor
section a maximum of 1.5 mm2. The cable must have three wires: L (live) – N (neutral) – GND (ground).
Wiring the terminal
Insert each wire into the socket terminal, matching wire color with the “L”, “N” and “GND” symbol on the socket and tighten
the screws.
Housing and gasket
Insert the socket into the housing until the inner part “clicks” in and then insert the gasket.
Securing the socket
Tighten the nut using a 21 mm spanner and connect the socket to the plug on the LED luminaire and tighten the housing to ensure
IP68 protection. Test the luminaire before attaching it to the final connection point.
Remove cable sheath
Remove the cable sheath for a maximum of 25 mm. The wires do not need to be stripped because the connector is equipped with
piercing clip terminals.
Inserting the cable
Insert the cable through the socket housing of the connector. If the cable diameter is greater than 9 mm, remove the inner part of
the gasket.
