Thank you for purchasing the MIND READER™4 Shelf Utility Cart. These
Assembly Instructions are intended to provide you with guidelines to
ensure that assembly and operation of this product is safe and does not
pose risk to the user.
Please read all directions before using the product and retain this guide
for reference. This product is intended for household use only. It is not
intended for commercial use.
Safety Precautions

while you assemble the product, as
these parts could present a choking

▪Ensure all parts are present before
beginning assembly.
▪Please make sure you have thoroughly
read and understood these
instructions, as improper assembly
could lead to personal injury or
property damage.
▪Do not attempt to modify the product
from the instillation instructions.
▪Make sure to set up the product on a
stable, solid surface.
▪Make sure that you install all parts as
described. Any variation or
modification of parts could be
detrimental to the performance of this
product.
▪Do not allow children to assemble or
play on this device.
▪Do not use power tools, as they can
overtighten screws and strip threads.
▪Do not place this product outdoors or
in other damp environments, as this
could cause corrosion of the metal and
mildew on wood surfaces.
▪Do not sit, jump, or step on this
product.
▪Do not tighten screws until assembly is
complete.

Step 1: Connect the frames to the legs
using the screws and nuts included. DO
NOT tighten screws completely.
Step 2: Place cart in an upside-down
position. Use the included wrench to install
the 4 wheels.
Step 3: Place the cart in an upright
position. Place the shelves into the frames.
You may need to loosen or tighten some of
the screws to level the shelves. After all
shelves are leveled, tighten all screws from
the bottom to the top.
*Do not tighten screws until assembly is complete*

Care and Maintenance
•Stop using your 4 Shelf Utility Cart if it breaks or you notice a change in its appearance.
•Check the assembly and tightness of the screws every three (3) months, or at least every (6) months.
•To clean the desk, use a soft, clean cloth to wipe it down occasionally.
•If needed for heavier soiling, you can use a gentle detergent or cleaning solution. We recommend
testing on a small section first to ensure it will not discolor or damage the product.
•Do not use ethyl alcohol, banana oil, or other chemical solvents to clean this product.
•Do not attempt to repair or modify this product on your own, as this could lead to further damage or
injury.
