
Press “C/F” to adjust to desired minute
Press “SET” to confirm.
Press “C/F” to activate alarm (small bell will appear above hour)
Unit will display alarm time for 60 seconds before returning to its normal mode.
To de-activate the alarm, press the “MODE” button once, then press the “C/F” button once. You will see the
small bell icon disappear. To re-activate, do the same thing.
To check your alarm time setting, simply press the “MODE” button once. The time displayed is when the
alarm will be activated.
When alarm is sounding, press “CHANNEL” button for a 5 minute “Snooze” time OR any other button to
turn off the alarm.
Temperature Readings Overview:
In addition to the Time & Date info, your display should also be showing the indoor temperature. If you
press the “CHANNEL” button three times (past channel #3), the display will give you the Indoor Humidity.
Remote Temperatures can be monitored up to 25 or 30 meters (75 to 100 feet). By pressing the “CHANNEL”
button you will notice there are three channel settings possible. You may purchase additional transmitters if so
desired. Model # is RS150.
Remote Transmitter Operation:
Remove 4 screws on rear of RS150 transmitter (one unit included)
Insert 3 AAA Alkaline batteries (or Lithium if temperatures drop below minus 20 C/-4 F)
Select C or F setting on remote
Select channel 1, 2 or 3 on remote
Replace back –take care not to damage rubber “O” ring seal.
The RS150 transmits the temperature every 10 seconds. The unit will display the channel,
temperature and every 10 seconds a small icon indicating that it is sending the information.
Remote Temperature Reception:
On the main unit, Press the “CHANNEL” button until you see the correct channel number (1, 2
or 3).
The unit will search for 90 seconds and display the temperature at the bottom of the screen.If the
temperature is not received, change the location of the transmitter or receiver. Scroll through the
“CHANNEL” button again to re-activate the search mode.
NOTE: If after several months you loose reception, it is usually the batteries that need replacing (both
transmitter and receiver). Also, as batteries age (weaken) or the temperature drops, the transmission distance
will decrease.
This product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects (not including batteries) for a period of one year.
