The Toaster Oven is ideal for baking,
heating, defrosting, grilling and toasting.
Place the rack in the desired position low,

be placed in the middle/high position with a
baking tray or foil on the bottom rack to catch
any excess oil dripping.
Close the door.
Turn the temperature control clockwise to the
desired temperature.
Turn the timer control clockwise to the
desired time. When the time has elapsed the
oven will automatically shut off power to the
elements. Turn the temperature control to ‘O’.
When cooking time is more then 15 minutes,
turn the timer control counterclockwise to

the temperature and time controls to ‘O’ for
power off.
DO NOT leave the oven unattended during
cooking process.

HintsonUseandSafety
Most foods will cook better if placed on the low
position. During cooking, cover the tops of the

touch the elements.

enough to burn you. Use oven mitts when
handling any parts. NEVER place anything on top
of the appliance.

How to Use Your
Toaster Oven
Your Toaster Oven offers three different modes of
operation. It can be used as an oven, a grill or a
toaster.
TemperatureControl
Choose the desired temperature up to MAX
(250OC).
Do not cook foods with high fat content
without covering as the fat will spit and may
ignite. Remove fat first.
Fatty foods that are cooked close to the top
elements such as steak and chicken should
be covered to avoid fat spilling and igniting.
The toaster setting can be chosen by turning
temperature control to Max 250OC ‘Toast’
Setting.
TimerControl
When the knob is turned to the left
(counterclockwise) to the ‘Oven On’ position
the oven will remain on and cycle by the
thermostat until manually shut off.
To activate the timer, turn the knob to the
right (clockwise). The timer is used for
toasting, grilling or baking for 15 minutes or
less. When the time has elapsed or the knob
is manually turned to the ‘O’ position the
power will automatically be shut off.
PowerOnLight
Illuminates automatically when the oven or timer
is on.
Racks

Cleaning Your Mistral

The oven accessories should be cleaned after
every use to avoid buildup of food, debris and
grease from baking on to the surface.
If a major spillage occurs inside the
compartment wipe clean as soon as possible
with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
DO NOT use spray on or other cleaners as
they may cause electrical damage. DO NOT
use sharp utensils to clean the oven door
glass as scratching may weaken it and cause
shattering.
Remove heavy splatters after use with a nylon
or polyester mesh pad, sponge or cloth
dampened with warm water. Blot dry with
paper towel or soft, dry cloth.
Do not use cleaning agents, cleaners or
metal scouring pads on the Continuous
