1 Introduction
Thank you for purchasing 3G/4G Industrial Modem, please read this manual carefully and use
properly
1.1 Before you use
Because the product is using wireless, you cannot use it in some places that radio waves cannot reach
such as in tunnels, underground, the building, where the signal is weak or out of the service area.
Additionally, you may not be able to use it in even vantage point on the upper floors of high-rise
apartment buildings, etc.
If the radio wave condition is constantly worse, it may cause sudden communication interruption.
Communication may be interrupted even in the good radio wave condition. Please be forewarned.
Although the product has a high confidentiality, because it uses radio waves, we cannot sure that a third
party will not be able to intercept the communication. Please understand about it.
When the SIM card is not installed, you cannot use it

2. Handing Precautions
2.1 About common
Please wipe with a soft, dry cloth (such as wiping glasses).
- If you wipe with an alcohol, thinner, benzene, or detergents, printing might disappear or fade.
Please clean terminal sometimes with a dry cotton or swab.
- Poor terminal contact will cause the power off, please wipe with a dry cotton or swab. Also, be
careful not to damage the pin when cleaning
Please do not put close to the air conditioner vent.
- Condensation due to rapid temperature changes will cause damage to internal corrosion.
Please be sure not to put excessive force to the product.
Do not put in a bag packed with many things. If you sit on the product, it may damage the internal -
infrastructure, and the cause of the failure.
2.2 About product
Please avoid extreme hot or cold environment, humid, direct sunlight, and dusty places.
Don’t use the product near your phone, radio, or television. It can cause an adverse effect, should be
used in remote locations as possible.
Do not drop the product, please do not give it a shock. It may cause malfunction or damage
During use, if the product becomes warm, but it is not a trouble. Keep use it.
Day of rain and snow, if you intend to use in a location exposed to moisture, do not expose to water. The
product is not waterproof specification.
2.3 About the SIM card
While the removal / installation of the SIM card, please do not put unnecessary force.
Metal surface (IC part) should always be clean.
Please wipe with a soft, dry cloth (such as wiping glasses).
Do not damage the IC, or do not touch it carelessly, and please do not cause a short-circuit。
- It may cause data loss or malfunction
Do not drop the SIM card, and please do not give a impact.
- It will cause loss of data or damage.
Do not bend the SIM card, please do not place heavy objects on it.
- It may cause data loss or malfunction
Please do not install a SIM card to the product with the labels or stickers attached on it,.

3.3 Mounting / Removing the SIM card
SIM cards are IC card information, such as your phone number, has been recorded. Please install the SIM
card into the product in order to use the product. If you do not install to the product, you are unable to use
data communications
3.3.1 Mounting
①Open the SIM card cover, make sure that IC part should be upside, insert it in the direction of
the arrow. Please insert the SIM card until it makes the click.
②Close the SIM card cover
3.3.2 Removing
①Open the SIM card cover, press and release the SIM card until you hear a click, SIM card comes out a
little.
②Pull in the direction of the arrow and remove SIM card.
③Close the SIM card cover.
④Please do not touch IC part of SIM card and do not scratch.
⑤Do not install or remove SIM card by force. It may cause damage.
⑥It will cause damage if you insert a SIM card in the opposite direction.
⑦Do not install or remove the SIM card when the product is power ON. It may cause damage.

4. Settings
4.1 ME-C70G configuration Tool
It is possible to access to set a setting value for the product using the Web browser of the connected device.
4.1.1Starting and logging configuration tool
①Connect the PC to the ME-C70G using the LAN cable and power on the ME-C70G.
②When the connection is well done, you can see the icon on your computer like below.
③Enter http://192.255.1 in the address field in the browser.
④When the login screen appears like below, input the password, which the default value is “1234”.
4.1.2 About configuration tool

①Setup Menu :When it is clicked each of item, it will display to setup the product
②State of the product :Displays the status of the product.
③Logout :Click to logout icon and will be closed the configuration tool.
④Manual :Click a manual icon you can download the manual from the configuration tool.
⑤Setting :Display the current Network name, Network type, IMEI, IP/ DNS address and total
connection time
4.2 Easy Setup
After purchasing the product, settings will be displayed after logging in the Configuration Tool. You can do
the necessary settings through Easy setting. Setting information can be modified through Easy setting.
①In step 1, set the profile information of the product. After entering the connection information of the SIM
card, click the "Next" button. Please refer to the user manual of the SIM card information on your SIM
card connection

there is no need to change or if you want to change the settings, enter the configuration settings, then

It indicates about the state of the Internet.

4.4 Communication settings
This chapter explains how to make setting for internet connection.
4.4.1 WAN
You have to do the settings for Internet connection following by service provider.
4.4.1.1 SIM Card Setting
Setting for the SIM Card you are using. If you enter the wrong PIN three times, you need PIN unlock code.
For PIN unlock code, please contact the operator or agent.
