•This device is intended for indoor use only.

remove it from its power source and allow it to fully dry before

•Unplug this device from the power source when not in use.
•Take care to prevent damage to the power cord. Do not allow it
to become crimped, pinched, walked on, or become tangled
with other cords. Ensure that the power cord does not present a
tripping hazard.
•Never unplug the unit by pulling on the power cord. Always
grasp the connector head or adapter body.
•Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners,
solvents, or detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the
cloth with warm water.
•This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to
open, service, or modify this device.
INTRODUCTION
This 8-Channel Audio Mix features a full suite of input options, including
four balanced XLR microphone inputs, four unbalanced mono 1/4" TS line
inputs, two pairs of unbalanced mono 1/4" TS inputs grouped together
for stereo control, a single USB input/output for connecting a Windows®
or Mac® PC, a 3.5mm stereo TRS input, and a pair of RCA inputs. The
mixer can provide +48V Phantom Power to all four XLR mic inputs.
In addition to the USB input/output, this mixer has five additional
outputs. The Phones output is an unbalanced stereo 1/4" TRS connection,
while the Aux Send and the R and L outputs are all unbalanced mono
1/4" TS connections. Additionally, there is a pair of RCA outputs. The R
and L outputs are grouped together for stereo control on the mixer.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Top View
The GAIN analog control knobs adjust the input level of
the corresponding channel's microphone (0 ~ +45dB) or
line (-20 ~ +25dB) input.
The HI frequency equalizer control knobs adjust the level
of the corresponding channel ±15dB at the 12kHz
frequency.

Left/Right RCA jacks for 2TK (2-track, 2-channel) input and
output.
3.5mm stereo TRS jack accepts input from a CD player,
MP3 player, or other audio source.
Press the button to apply +48V phantom power. Release
the button for non-condenser mics or line-level inputs.
The button illuminates red when depressed.
Press the button to activate the Main input. Release the
button when using the 2TK (2-track/2-channel RCA)
inputs. To hear the USB audio input, press both the
2TK/MAIN and the 2TK TO MAIN buttons. The button
illuminates blue when depressed.
Press the button to send the 2TK (2-track, 2-channel RCA)
input signal to the Main output. To hear the USB audio
input, press both the 2TK/MAIN and the 2TK TO MAIN
buttons. The button illuminates blue when depressed.
The POWER LED illuminates blue when power is applied.
The LEDs illuminate green to indicate the level of the
main mix. If the red CLIP indicators are lit, reduce the
output using the LEVEL MAIN control knob.

The LOW frequency equalizer knobs adjust the level of
the corresponding channel ±15dB at the 80Hz frequency.
The AUX PRE analog control knobs adjust the
corresponding channel's volume level on the AUX SEND
output.
The PAN/BAL analog control knobs adjust the
corresponding channel's Left/Right signal balance.
The LEVEL analog control knobs adjust the corresponding
channel's output volume level, from -∞~ +10dB.
The LEVEL AUX analog control knob adjusts the volume
level on the AUX SEND output. There is no dedicated
Return input - use any of the 8 standard channels for
return. Ensure that AUX PRE for return channels is off
(counterclockwise) to avoid feedback loops that could
damage your equipment.
The LEVEL PHONES analog control knob adjusts the
volume level for the ¼" headphones output.

The LEVEL 2TK analog control knob adjusts the level of
the RCA stereo (2TK, 2-track, 2-channel) inputs.
The LEVEL MAIN analog control knob adjusts the master
volume control.

Use the power switch to turn the unit on or off.

XLR inputs for connecting microphones. The outputs
provide +48V phantom power for condenser
microphones when the +48V button on the top panel is
depressed. Whenever connecting or disconnecting XLR
microphones, ensure that the +48V button on the top
panel is not depressed to prevent damage to the
microphone.

USB Type-B port for connecting the mixer to your
Windows® or Mac® PC. The USB interface supports a
48kHz sample rate and 16-bit resolution.

INSTALLATION
This mixer is a Class Compliant USB device, which means that it uses the
USB drivers built-in to the Windows® and Mac® OS X® operating systems
and requires no other drivers. To connect it to your computer, plug one
end of a USB Type-A to Type-B cable (not included) into the USB port on
the side panel, then plug the other end into an available USB port on
your computer.
Your computer should automatically install the necessary drivers and
configure itself for use with the new USB audio connection. Open your
Control Panel or System Preferences and verify that the USB Audio
Codec is selected for the audio input and output channels.
