comfortable ergonomic design with the complete

Compatibility
Your juice pack is designed and intended solely for
the Samsung Galaxy S5. Please do not attempt to
use it with any other device.
Installing your juice pack
1. Open the phone’s connector cover all the way.
2. Slide the phone all the way into the juice pack
housing. Make sure that the juice pack’s USB 3.0
connector is inserted all the way into the phone.
3. Slide the juice pack’s top housing onto the
phone until it snaps into place.
Charging your juice pack
Yourjuicepackcomeschargedandreadytogo.When
it does need charging, use the supplied USB 3.0 cable
to connect it to your computer or any power source
with a USB out, like the USB wall adaptor included
with your Galaxy S5. Normal charging should take
only two or three hours for maximum power.
Checking your juice pack’s charging status
Press your juice pack’s status button and the status
LEDs will indicate its charge level. Four LEDs means
that the juice pack is fully charged, while one LED
means that it’s almost empty. Know before you go.

Charging your Galaxy S5 using your juice pack
To charge your Galaxy S5 from your juice pack,
slide the juice pack’s standby switch so the green
indicator is visible.
Taking care of your juice pack
• Keep your juice pack dry and away from
moisture and corrosive materials.
• Do not clean your juice pack with harsh
chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe the
case with a soft, water-dampened cloth. Wipe
the pins gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Recharge your juice pack once every three
months when not in use. If you plan on putting
it away, charge it for one hour rst.

is warranted for 1 full year from date of purchase.

FAQ
How does the extra battery work?
When you slide your phone into the juice pack,
a connector at the base plugs into the port at the
bottom of the phone. Flip the standby switch on the
back from red to green to start charging your phone.
After using up all the power in the juice pack, just
recharge it with the included USB 3.0 cable for more
on-the-go power.

Why aren’t the LEDs blinking while my juice pack
is charging?
After connecting the juice pack to a power source,
the LED status indicators will start blinking to indicate
charging. The lights will turn o after 30 seconds
allowing for a good night’s rest. Remember to check
the status indicator before you disconnect. When all
four LEDs are lit, your space pack is fully charged.
What is the best method for charging my Galaxy
S5 using the juice pack?
Assuming the Galaxy S5 and juice pack are both fully
charged, we recommend waiting until your Galaxy
S5 has 20% battery left. When the phone’s in the
red, ip the juice pack’s standby switch to green and
let the juice pack to do the heavy lifting. The phone
requires more power to charge past 80%, so if you
want to get the greatest battery boost from the juice
pack, we suggest ipping back to standby mode
until your phone battery is low again. This isn’t the
end-all-be-all, but we like it.
What is the best method for charging my juice pack?
Connect your juice pack to a power source using
the included USB 3.0 cable. You can plug the cable
into your computer or any power source with a USB
out, like the USB wall adaptor included with your
Galaxy S5 phone. You do not need to remove your
phone from the juice pack to charge. In fact, leaving

the juice pack on your phone while charging will
actually charge both it and your phone together!
How many charge cycles do you get out of the
juice pack? Or, in other words, how long will the
juice pack last?
Your juice pack is rechargeable for over 500 full
cycles. A full cycle is when the case is charged from
0% to 100%. Partial cycles, like charging from 25%
to 100%, will not count as a full cycle until all of the
partials equal 100%. After 500 cycles, the battery
in the juice pack may provide less than 75% of its
original capacity. This is normal for any product with
a lithium polymer battery.
What are the benets of switching the juice pack
to standby mode?
Using the standby switch will give you the biggest
battery boost from your juice pack. The Galaxy S5
uses additional power to be on a constant charge, so
charging when your phone battery is low will let you
get the most from your juice pack.
What is mophie’s return policy?

Will I always receive 100% extra the battery life
with my juice pack?
We cannot guarantee that you will receive a 100%
battery boost. The amount of additional battery you
will receive depends on a variety of factors that are
dierent for every user.
Does the juice pack block the speaker,
microphone, camera, or any other ports?
Of course not. In fact, the juice pack is designed to
act as a virtual speaker box! Sound is redirected from
the bottom of the phone to the front, resulting in a
richer, fuller sound quality.
