2. ATTIVAZIONE DOSATORI
Attivazione manuale dosatore detergente
Per agevolare il carico del liquido brillantante nel primo avvio, premere contemporaneamente i tasti indicati
in figura ( ciclo II e ciclo III ) fino a che sul display appare la scritta “Detergente”.
la pompa si attiva per un tempo di 30 sec, ripetere l’operazione fino a quando il liquido del detergente non
raggiunga la posizione per voi ottimale.
L’ operazione si può eseguire anche con porta o capotta aperta.
Attivazione manuale dosatore brillantante
Per agevolare il carico del liquido brillantante nel primo avvio, premere contemporaneamente i tasti indicati
in figura ( ciclo I e ciclo III ) fino a che sul display appare la scritta “Brillantante”.
la pompa si attiva per un tempo di 30 sec, ripetere l’operazione fino a quando il liquido del detergente non
raggiunga la posizione per voi ottimale.
3. SVUOTA BOILER
Premendo i 2 tasti in figura ( ciclo I e ciclo II ) per alcuni secondi, sul display appare la scritta “Boiler”, viene
attivata la pompa di risciacquo fino allo svuotamento del boiler.

4. PROCEDURA DI ENTRATA NEL MENU’ PRINCIPALE
Per accedere al menù principale dove sono ubicati tutti i parametri basta premere contemporaneamente i
tasti indicati in figura (bypass e svuota vasca ) per alcuni secondi, fino a che, sul display appare la scritta “
Tmp Blr pronto”. A questo punto è possibile modificare tutti i parametri presenti nel menù seguendo le
indicazioni sotto riportate :
per scorrere in AVANTI i parametri
premere il tasto “ bypass”, per
andare INDIETRO premere il tasto “ ciclo III”.
Per AUMENTARE il valore del parametro
premere il tasto “ ciclo II ”, per DIMINUIRE
il valore del parametro premere il tasto
“ ciclo I “.
Per CONFERMARE ( OK! ) il valore dopo la
modifica del parametro premere il tasto
“ svuota vasca ”.
Per uscire dal menù parametri premere
Contemporaneamente i tasti
“ bypass e svuota vasca “

Parametro che regola la temperatura minima della vasca oltre la quale la
resistenza viene disattivata.

Parametro che regola il tempo di attivazione dell’elettrovalvola di carico entro il
quale il boiler deve essere riempito.
Tmr Det Carico Parametro che regola il tempo di attivazione della pompa peristaltica detergente
durante la fase di carico.
Tmr Brill. Carico Parametro che regola il tempo di attivazione della pompa peristaltica brillantante
durante la fase di carico.

6. CONFIGURAZIONE CARATTERISTICHE
Per accedere alla modifica eseguire le seguenti procedure:

7. ALLARMI
VISUALIZZAZIONE
DESCRIZIONE
Il livello dell’acqua in vasca non viene raggiunto entro un tempo stabilito
Risciacquo a freddo, superato tempo di riscaldamento boiler. Verificare funzionamento
del clicson di sicurezza boiler e della resistenza boiler.
Il pressostato della vasca non funziona correttamente. Effettuare lo svuota vasca,
soffiare all’interno del tubicino di collegamento tra la scheda elettronica e la campana di
rilevamento pressione per eliminare impurità e condensa e verificare la mancanza di
perdite, successivamente effettuare l’azzeramento del pressostato (Paragrafo 5). Se
l’allarme si ripresenta sostituire la scheda elettronica.
Sonda del boiler in avaria o disconnessa. Verificare il funzionamento della sonda e le
connessioni.
Sonda della vasca in avaria o disconnessa. Verificare il funzionamento della sonda e le
connessioni.
Riempimento del boiler non riuscito entro un dato tempo. Verificare apertura del
rubinetto di carico, portata d’acqua della rete, funzionamento o ostruzione della
elettrovalvola. Per i modelli con impianto osmosi integrato, verificare la produzione di
acqua della/e membrane.
La sonda antiallagamento rileva una perdita all’interno del vano tecnico.
Temperatura rilevata all’interno del boiler troppo alta. Verificare funzionamento della
sonda di rilevamento temperatura e se rimane in posizione chiusa il relè della scheda
che fornisce tensione alla resistenza. Att.ne: incrostazioni di calcare possono sfalsare
la lettura della sonda e provocare inerzia di temperatura elevata della resistenza.
Temperatura rilevata nella vasca troppo alta. Verificare funzionamento della sonda di
rilevamento temperatura e se rimane in posizione chiusa il relè della scheda che
fornisce tensione alla resistenza. Att.ne: incrostazioni di calcare possono sfalsare la
lettura della sonda e provocare inerzia di temperatura elevata della resistenza.
Scarico non funzionante. Verificare l’impianto di scarico e il funzionamento della pompa
di scarico. Infine controllare che l’altezza dello scarico non si eccessiva.
Livello dell’acqua in vasca troppo alto. Effettuare lo svuota vasca, soffiare all’interno del
tubicino di collegamento tra la scheda elettronica e la campana di rilevamento
pressione per eliminare impurità e condensa, successivamente effettuare
l’azzeramento del pressostato (Paragrafo 5). Una volta effettuato l’azzeramento e
caricato la vasca, controllare che il livello rimanga corretto dopo l’esecuzione dei cicli di
lavaggio.

11. FUNZIONE BY-PASS MODELLI CLEAN WATER –
CHAMPAGNER BAR
Nei modelli della linea Clean water esiste la possibilità di disattivare l’impianto di osmosi inversa integrato,
andando a utilizzare l’acqua di rete non trattata.
Per disattivare l’impianto osmosi eseguire le seguenti procedure:
Tenere premuto il tasto indicato in figura
fino a che sul display appare la scritta
“ BY PASS ON”.
Per ripristinare l’impianto osmosi eseguire le seguenti procedure:
Tenere premuto il tasto indicato in figura
fino a che sul display appare la scritta
“ BY PASS OFF”.

13. DISPENSER ACTIVATION
Manual Activation of detergent dispenser
To facilitate the loading of rinse aid at first run, press the keys indicated in the figure (cycle II and cycle III )
simultaneously, until the display shows the word "Cleansing Cycle"..
the pump is activated for 30 seconds, repeat the operation until the detergent reaches the optimum position
for you.

To facilitate the loading of rinse aid at first run, press the keys indicated in the figure (cycle I and cycle III)
simultaneously, until the display shows the word "Rinse Cycle"..
the pump is activated for 30 seconds, repeat the operation until the detergent reaches the optimum position for you.
14. EMPTY BOILER
Pressing the two keys indicated in the figure (cycle I and cycle II ) for a few seconds, the display shows
"Boiler Emptying", the rinse pump is activated until the boiler is empty.

15. PROCEDURE FOR ENTERING THE MAIN MENU
To access the main menu, where all parameters are located, just press the keys indicated in the figure (by-
pass button and empty tank) simultaneously for a few seconds until the display shows “Ready Blr Temp”.
At this point you can change all parameters in the menu following the instructions below:
To move to the NEXT parameters press the
“bypass ” button, to
go BACK press the "cycle III" button.
To INCREASE the value of the parameter,
press the “cycle II”, button, to DECREASE the
value of the parameter, press the
“cycle I " button.
To CONFIRM ( OK! ) the value after changing
the parameter, press “empty tank”.
To exit the parameters menu, press keys
“by-pass and empty tank"at
the same time

16. PARAMETERS MENU
Here follow the parameters:
Ready Blr Temp Parameter that regulates the temperature of the boiler ready for rinsing.
Max Tank Temp
Parameter that sets the maximum temperature of the tank, above which the
heating element is turned off.
Solen Valve Tmr Parameter that sets the load solenoid valve activation time by which the boiler
must be filled.
Tmr Deter Load Parameter that sets the activation time of the detergent peristaltic pump during the
loading phase.
Tmr RnsAid Load Parameter that sets the activation time of the rinse aid peristaltic pump during the
loading phase.
Cyc I Wash Tmr Parameter that sets the activation time of the wash pump during cycle I.
Cyc I Rinse Tmr Parameter that sets the activation time of the rinse pump during cycle I.
Cyc I Deter Tmr Parameter that sets the activation time of the detergent pump during the cycle I
Cyc I RnsAid Tmr Parameter that sets the activation time of the rinse aid pump during the cycle I
Cyc II Wash Tmr Parameter that sets the activation time of the wash pump during cycle II.

17. FEATURES CONFIGURATION
To modify the features perform the following procedures:
Simultaneously hold down the keys indicated
in the figure for a few seconds (by-pass
and empty tank) until the display shows
"Tmp Blr ready ".
Simultaneously hold down the keys indicated
in the figure for a few seconds (cycle III and
empty tank) until the display shows the type
of language.
To change parameters proceed as indicated in paragraph 3

18. ALLARM
DISPLAY
DESCRIPTION
Water cannot reach a fixed level in the well within time limit.
Rinse with cold water, out of boiler heating timer. Please check the security boiler
thermostat and the boiler heating element.
The well pressure switch does not work properly. Please empty the well, blow inside
the pipe linking the circuit board with the pressure sensor to remove impurities and
condensation and check if there are any leaks. Please reset the pressure switch
(paragraph 5). If the alarm persists, please replace the circuit board.
Damaged or disconnected boiler sensor. Please check the sensor functioning and
connections.
Damaged or disconnected well sensor. Please check the sensor functioning and
connections.
The boiler cannot be filled within a certain time. Please check the water supply tap, the
water flow rate in the supply network, the electrovalve functioning or clog. In case of
models with integrated osmosis system, please check the water production of the
membrane/s.
The anti-flood sensor detects a leak inside the technical compartment.
The detected temperature inside the boiler is too high. Please check the temperature
sensor functioning and if the relay of the board that turns on the resistance is closed.
Please note that scale incrustations could distort the sensor reading and cause inertia
of the high temperature of the resistance.

The discharge does not work. Please check the discharge system and the discharge
pump functioning. Please check whether the discharge height is excessive.
Water level in the well is too high. Please empty the well, blow inside the pipe linking
the circuit board with the pressure sensor to remove impurities and condensation.
Please reset the pressure switch (paragraph 5). After having reset and loaded the well,
please check whether the level is still correct after the wash cycles.
