Overheatingwill seriouslydamagethe CPUand system, always make
surethecoolingfancanworkproperlytoprotectthe CPUfrom
overheating.
Replacing theCPU
While replacing theCPU,alwaysturnoffthe ATXpowersupplyor
unplugthepowersupply spowercordfromgroundedoutletfirstto
ensurethe safetyofCPU.
Overclocking
Thismotherboardisdesignedtosupportoverclocking. However,please
makesureyourcomponentsareabletotoleratesuchabnormal setting,
whiledoing overclocking.Anyattempttooperatebeyondproductspeci-
ficationsisnotrecommended. Wedonotguaranteethedamages
orriskscausedbyinadequateoperationorbeyondproduct
specifications.

2.Pulltheleversidewaysaway
fromthe socket.Makesureto
raisetheleverup toa90-de-
greeangle.
3.Lookforthe goldarrow.Thegold
arrowshouldpointtowardsthe
leverpivot. TheCPUcan onlyfit
in thecorrect orientation.
4.If theCPUiscorrectlyinstalled,
thepinsshould becompletely
embeddedintothesocketand
cannotbe seen.Pleasenote
thatanyviolation ofthe correct
installationproceduresmay
causepermanentdamagesto
yourmainboard.
5.Press theCPUdownfirmlyinto
thesocketandclosethelever.
AstheCPUislikelytomovewhile
theleverisbeingclosed,al-
waysclosetheleverwithyour
fingerspressingtightlyon top of

Whenyouareinstalling the CPU, make suretheCPUhas aheatsinkand
acooling fanattachedon thetopto preventoverheating. Ifyoudonothave
the heat sinkandcoolingfan, contact yourdealertopurchaseandinstallthembefore
turning onthecomputer.
1.Detachtheshield of thebackplate’s
paster.
2.Turnoverthemainboard,and install
thebackplatetotheproperposition.
3.Turnoverthemainboardagain,and
