SAFETY & WARNING INFORMATION:
OPERATING YOUR POLYESTER SYSTEM SAFELY
1. Introduction
Any tool, if use improperly, can be angerous. Safety is ultimately the responsibility of those
using the tool. In like manner, safe operation of polyester processes is the responsibility of those
who use such processes an those who operate the equipment. This manual outlines
proce ures to be followe in con ucting polyester operations safety. This system has been
specifically esigne for use of Polyester Resin, Gel-Coat, an Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxi es
(MEKP) applications. Other formulations or blen s consi ere for use in this equipment is
strictly prohibite without the expresse consent by Magnum Venus Plastech Inc. Magnum
Venus Plastech cannot eliminate every anger nor foresee every circumstance that might cause
an injury uring equipment operation. Some risks, such as the high pressure liqui stream that
exits the spray tip, are inherent to the nature of the machine operation an are necessary to the
process in or er to manufacture the en -pro uct. For this reason, ALL personnel involve in
polyester operations shoul rea an un erstan the Safety Manual. It is very important for the
safety of employees involve in the operation that equipment operators, maintenance an
supervisory personnel un erstan the requirements for safe operation. Each user shoul
examine his own operation, evelop his own safety program an be assure that his equipment
operators follow correct proce ures. Magnum Venus Plastech hopes that this manual is helpful
to the user an recommen s that the precautions in this manual be inclu e in any such
program. Magnum Venus Plastech recommen s this Safety Manual remain on your equipment
at all times for your personnel safety. In a ition to the manual, Magnum Venus Plastech
recommen s that the user consult the regulations establishe un er the Occupational Safety &
Health Act (OSHA), particularly the following sections:
1910.94 Pertaining to Ventilation.
1910.106 Pertaining to flammable liqui s
1910.107 Pertaining to spray finishing operations, particularly Paragraph (m) Organic Peroxi es
an Dual Component Coatings.
Other stan ar s an recognize authorities to consult are the National Fire Protection

safe operations of the Polyester Systems:
Magnum Venus Plastech recommen s that the user consult the state an local regulations
establishe for all Safety equipment liste .
.0 Material Safety
.1 Hazards Associated with Laminating Operations
The major hazar s which shoul be guar e against in polyester laminating operations are
those associate with:
1. The flammability an explosion angers of the catalyst normally use – Methyl Ethyl Ketone
Peroxi e (MEKP).
2. The flammability angers of clean-up solvents sometimes use (Magnum Venus Plastech
recommen s that clean-up solvents be non-flammable), an of resin iluents use , such as
styrene.
3. The flammability angers of catalyst iluents, if use . (Magnum Venus Plastech recommen s
that catalyst not be ilute .
4. The flammability angers of the uncure liqui resins use .
5. The combustibility angers of the cure laminate, accumulations of over spray, an laminate
san ings.
6. The toxicity angers of all the chemicals use in laminating operations with respect to
ingestion, inhalation an skin an eye hazar s.

CFH -4000 Series Heater Manual
Rev. 01/2013 Page | 9
. Catalyst (Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide)
MEKP is among the more hazar ous materials foun in commercial channels. The safe
han ling of the “unstable (reactive)” chemicals presents a efinite challenge to the plastics
in ustry. The highly reactive property which makes MEKP valuable to the plastics in ustry in
pro ucing the curing reaction of polyester resins also pro uces the hazar s which require great
care an caution in its storage, transportation, han ling, processing an isposal. MEKP is a
single chemical. Various polymeric forms may exist which are more or less hazar ous with
respect to each other. These ifferences may arise not only from ifferent molecular structures
(all are, nevertheless, calle “MEKP”) an from possible trace impurities left from the
manufacture of the chemicals, but may also arise by contamination of MEKP with other
materials in its storage or use. Even a small amount of contamination with acetone, for instance,
may pro uce an extremely shock-sensitive an explosive compoun .
Contamination with promoters or materials containing promoters, such as laminate
sandings, or with any readily oxidizing material, such as brass or iron, will cause
exothermic “redox” reactions which can become explosive in nature. Heat applied to
MEKP, or heat build-up from contamination reactions can cause it to reach what is called
its Self-Accelerating Decomposition Temperature (SADT).
Researchers have reporte measuring pressure rates-of-rise well in excess of 100,000 psi per
secon when certain MEKP’s reach their SADT. (For comparison, the highest pressure rate-of-
rise liste in NFPA Bulletin NO.68, “Explosion Venting”, is 12,000 psi per secon for an
explosion of 12% acetylene an air. The maximum value liste for a hy rogen explosion is
10,000 psi per secon . Some forms of MEKP, if allowe to reach their SADT, will burst even an
open toppe container. This suggests that it is not possible to esign a relief valve to vent this
or er of magnitu e of pressure rate-of-rise. The user shoul be aware that any close
container, be it a pressure vessel, surge chamber, or pressure accumulator, coul explo e
un er certain con itions. There is no engineering substitute for care by the user in han ling
organic peroxi e catalysts. If, at any time, the pressure relieve valve on top of the catalyst tank
shoul vent, the area shoul be evacuate at once an the fire epartment calle . The venting
coul be the first in ication of a heat, an therefore, pressure buil -up that coul eventually lea
to an explosion. Moreover, if a catalyst tank is sufficiently full when the pressure relief valve
vents, some catalyst may spray out, which coul cause eye injury. For this reason, an many
others, anyone whose job puts them in an area where this vente spray might go, shoul
always wear full eye protection even when laminating operations are not taking place.
Safety in han ling MEKP epen s to a great extent on employee e ucation, proper safety
instructions an safe use of the chemicals an equipment. Workers shoul be thoroughly
informe of the hazar s that may result form improper han ling of MEKP, especially in regar s
to contamination, heat, friction an impact. They shoul be thoroughly instructe regar ing the
proper action to be taken in the storage, use an isposal of MEKP an other hazar ous
materials use in the laminating operation. In a ition, users shoul make every effort to:
A. Store MEKP in a cool, ry place in original containers away from irect sunlight an away
from other chemicals.
B. Keep MEKP away from heat, sparks an open flames.
C. Prevent contamination of MEKP with other materials, inclu ing polyester over spray an
san ings, polymerization accelerators an promoters, brass, aluminum an non-stainless steels.
D. Never a MEKP to anything that is hot, since explosive ecomposition may result.

CFH -4000 Series Heater Manual
Rev. 01/2013 Page | 10
E. Avoi contact with skin, eyes an clothing. Protective equipment shoul be worn at all times.
During clean-up of spille MEKP, personal safety equipment, gloves an eye protection must be
worn. Fire fighting equipment shoul be at han an rea y.
F. Avoi spillage, which can heat up to the point of self-ignition.
G. Repair any leaks iscovere in the catalyst system imme iately, an clean up the leake
catalyst at once in accor ance with the catalyst manufacturer’s instructions.
H. Use only original equipment or equivalent parts from Magnum Venus Plastech in the catalyst
system (i.e.: hoses, fitting, etc.) because a angerous chemical reaction may result between
substitute parts an MEKP.
I. Catalyst accumulate from the purging of hoses or the measurement of flui output eliveries
shoul never be returne to the supply tank, such catalyst shoul be ilute with copious
quantities of clean water an ispose of in accor ance with the catalyst manufacturer’s
instructions.
The extent to which the user is successful in accomplishing these en s an any a itional
recommen ations by the catalyst manufacturer etermines largely the safety that will be present
in his operation.
.3 Clean-Up Solvents and Resin Diluents
WARNING
A hazardous situation may be present in your pressurized fluid system! Hydrocarbon
Solvents can cause an explosion when used with aluminum or galvanized components in
a closed (pressurized) fluid system (pump, heaters, filters, valves, spray guns, tanks,
etc.). The explosion could cause serious injury, death and/or substantial property
damage. Cleaning agents, coatings, paints, etc. may contain Halogenated Hydrocarbon
Solvents. Some Magnum Venus Plastech spray equipment includes aluminum or
galvanized components and will be affected by Halogenated Hydrocarbon Solvents.
A. There are three key elements to the Halogenate Hy rocarbon (HHC) solvent hazar .
a. The presence of HHC solvents. 1,1,1 – Trichloroethane an Methylene Chlori e are the
most common of these solvents. However, other HHC solvents are suspect if use ;
either as part of paint or a hesives formulation, or for clean-up flushing. b. Aluminum
or Galvanize Parts. Most han ling equipment contains these elements. In contact with
these metals, HHC solvents coul generate a corrosive reaction of a catalytic nature.
b. Equipment capable of withstan ing pressure. When HHC solvent contact aluminum or
galvanize parts insi e a close container such as a pump, spray gun, or flui han ling
system, the chemical reaction can, over time, result in a buil -up of heat an pressure,
which can reach explosive proportions.
When all three elements are present, the result can be an extremely violent explosion. The
reaction can be sustaine with very little aluminum or galvanize metal; any amount of
aluminum is too much.

CFH -4000 Series Heater Manual
Rev. 01/2013 Page | 11
A. The reaction is unpre ictable. Prior use of an HHC solvent without inci ent (corrosion or
explosion) oes NOT mean that such use is safe. These solvents can be angerous alone (as a
clean-up or flushing agent) or when use as a component or a coating material. There is no
known inhibitor that is effective un er all circumstances. Furthermore, the mixing of HHC
solvents with other materials or solvents, such as MEKP, alcohol, an toluene, may ren er the
inhibitors ineffective.
B. The use of reclaime solvents is particularly hazar ous. Reclaimers may not a any
inhibitors. Also, the possible presence of water in reclaime solvents coul fee the reaction.
C. Ano ize or other oxi e coatings cannot be relie upon to prevent the explosive reaction.
Such coatings can be worn, cracke , scratche , or too thin to prevent contact. There is no
known way to make oxi e coatings or to employ aluminum alloys, which will safely prevent the
chemical reaction un er all circumstances.
D. Several solvent suppliers have recently begun promoting HHC solvents for use in coating
systems. The increasing use of HHC solvents is increasing the risk. Because of their exemption
from many State Implementation Plans as Volatile Organic Compoun s
(VOC’s), their low flammability hazar , an their not being classifie as toxic or carcinogenic
substances, HHC solvents are very esirable in many respects.
WARNING: Do not use Halogenated Hydrocarbon solvents in pressurized fluid systems
having aluminum or galvanized wetted parts.
NOTE: Magnum Venus Plastech is aware of NO stabilizers available to prevent
Halogenated Hydrocarbon solvents from reaction under all conditions with aluminum
components in closed fluid system. TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION Halogenated
Hydrocarbon solvents are dangerous when used with aluminum components in a closed
fluid system.
A. Consult your material supplier to etermine whether your solvent or coating contains
Halogenate Hy rocarbon Solvents.
B. Magnum Venus Plastech recommen s that you contact your solvent supplier regar ing the
best non-flammable clean-up solvent with the heat toxicity for your application.
C. If, however, you fin it necessary to use flammable solvents, they must be kept in approve ,
electrically groun e containers.
D. Bulk solvent shoul be store in a well-ventilate , separate buil ing, 50 feet away from your
main plant.
E. You shoul allow only enough solvent for one ay’s use in your laminating area.
F. “NO SMOKING” signs must be poste an observe in all areas of storage or where solvents
an other flammable materials are use .
G. A equate ventilation (as covere in OSHA Section 1910.94 an NFPA No.91) is important
wherever solvents are store or use , to minimize, confine an exhaust the solvent vapors.
H. Solvents shoul be han le in accor ance with OSHA Section 1910.106 an 1910.107.

.4 Catalyst Diluents
Magnum Venus Plastech spray-up an gel-coat systems currently pro uce are esigne so
that catalyst iluents are not require . Magnum Venus Plastech, therefore, recommen s that
iluents not be use . This avoi s the possible contamination which coul lea to an explosion
ue to the han ling an mixing of MEKP an iluents. In a ition, it eliminates any problems
from the iluent being contaminate through rust particles in rums, poor quality control on the
part of the iluents suppliers, or any other reason. If, however, iluents are absolutely require ,
contact your catalyst supplier an follow his instructions explicitly. Preferable, the supplier
shoul premix the catalyst to prevent possible “on the job” contamination while mixing.
WARNING
If diluents are not used, it should be remembered that catalyst spillage, gun, hose and
packing leaks are potentially more hazardous, since each drop contains a higher
concentration of catalyst, and therefore will react quicker with over spray and the leak.
.5 Cured Laminate, Overspray and Laminate Sandings Accumulation
A. Remove all accumulations of overspray, FRP san ings, etc. from the buil ing as they occur.
If this waste is allowe to buil up, spillage of catalyst is more likely to start a fire; in a ition, the
fire woul burn hotter an longer.
B. Floor coverings, if use , shoul be non-combustible.
C. Spille or leake catalyst may cause a fire if it comes in contact with an FRP pro uct, over-
spraye chop or resin, FRP san ings or any other material with MEKP.
To prevent this spillage an leakage, you shoul :
1. Maintain your Magnum Venus Plastech System. Check the gun several times aily for
catalyst an resin packing or valve leaks. REPAIR ALL LEAKS IMMEDIATELY.
2. Never leave the gun hanging over, or lying insi e the mol . A catalyst leak in this situation
woul certainly amage the part, possibly the mol , an may cause a fire.
3. Inspect resin an catalyst hoses aily for wear or stress at the entry an exits of the boom
sections an at the hose an fittings. Replace if wear or weakness is evi ent or suspecte .
4. Arrange the hoses an fiberglass roving gui es so that the fiberglass stran s DO NOT rub
against any of the hoses at any point. If allowe to rub, the hose will be cut through, causing a
hazar ous leakage of material which coul increase the anger of fire. Also, the material may
spew onto personnel in the area.
.7 Toxicity of Chemicals
A. Magnum Venus Plastech recommen s that you consult OSHA Sections 1910.94, 1910.106,
1910.107 an NFPA No.33, Chapter 14, an NFPA No.91.
B. Contact your chemical supplier(s) an etermine the toxicity of the various chemicals use as
well as the best metho s to prevent injury, irritation an anger to personnel.
C. Also etermine the best metho s of first ai treatment for each chemical use in your plant.

.8 Treatment of Chemical Injuries
Great care shoul be use in han ling the chemicals (resins, catalyst an solvents) use in
polyester systems. Such chemicals shoul be treate as if they hurt your skin an eyes an as if
they are poison to your bo y. For this reason, Magnum Venus Plastech recommen s the use of
protective clothing an eye wear in using polyester systems. However, users shoul be
prepare in the event of such an injury. Precautions inclu e:
1. Know precisely what chemicals you are using an obtain information from your chemical
supplier on what to o in the event the chemical gets onto your skin or into the eyes, or is
swallowe .
2. Keep this information together an easily available so that it may be use by those
a ministering first ai or treating the injure person.
3. Be sure the information from your chemical supplier inclu es instructions on how to treat any
toxic effects the chemicals have.
WARNING
Contact your doctor immediately in the event of any injury and give him the information
you have collected. If your information includes first aid instructions, administer first aid
immediately while you are contacting your doctor.
Fast treatment of the outer skin an eyes that contact such chemicals generally inclu es
imme iate an thorough washing of the expose skin an imme iate an continuous flushing of
the eyes with lots of clean water for at least 15 minutes or more. These general instructions of
first ai treatment, however, may be incorrect for some chemicals; that is why you must know
the chemicals an treatment before an acci ent occurs. Treatment for swallowing a chemical
frequently epen s upon the nature of the chemical.
NOTE: Refer to your System User Manual for complete and detailed operating
instructions and service information.

3.0 Equipment Safety
WARNING
Magnum Venus Plastech suggest that personal safety equipment such as EYE
GOGGLES, GLOVES, EAR PROTECTION, and RESPIRATORS be worn when servicing or
operating this equipment. Ear protection should be worn when operating a fiberglass
chopper to protect against hearing loss since noise levels can be as high as 116 dB
(decibels). This equipment should only be operated or serviced by technically trained
personnel!
WARNING
Never place fingers, hands, or any body part near or directly in front of the spray gun
fluid tip. The force of the liquid as it exits the spray tip can cause serious injury by
shooting liquid through the skin. NEVER LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE GUN SPRAY TIP OR
POINT THE GUN AT OR NEAR ANOTHER PERSON. (TREAT THE GUN AS IF IT WERE A
LOADED PISTOL.)
3.1 Emergency Stop Procedures
The following steps shoul be followe in or er to stop the machinery in an emergency situation
1. The ball valve locate where the air enters the Powerhea of the resin pump, shoul be
move to the “OFF” or close position. To o this, simply rotate the lever on the ball valve
90 egrees. Doing this will cause all the system air to blee out of the system in a matter of
a few secon s, making the system incapable of operating
NOTE: Step 2 is a precautionary step an shoul be followe whenever the above
mentione ball valve is activate to the stop mo e. Failure to o so, can amage the
regulators an components on reactivating to the “ON” position.
2. Turn all system regulators to the “OFF” position (counter-clockwise) position
NOTE: Verify that the Catalyst relief line, locate on the catalyst manifol , an the resin
return line, locate on the resin filter, are secure relieving catalyst an resin flui
pressure.
3. Catalyst pressure in the catalyst pump can be eliminate by rotating the ball valve on the
catalyst manifol 90 egrees to the “open” or “on” position.
Note: The “open” or “on” position is when the ball valve han le is parallel (in line) with
the ball valve bo y. The “close ” or “off” position is when the ball valve han le is
perpen icular (across) the ball valve bo y.
4. Resin pressure in the resin pump can be eliminate by rotating the ball valve on the resin
filter 90 egrees to the “open” or “on” position. Place a container un er the ball valve to
catch any resin that is ejecte out of the valve.

3. Grounding
Groun ing an object means provi ing an a equate path for the flow of the electrical charge from
the object to the groun . An a equate path is one that permits a charge to flow from the object
fast enough that it will not accumulate to the extent that a spark can be forme . It is not possible
to efine exactly what will be an a equate path un er all con itions since it epen s on many
variables. In any event, the groun ing means shoul have the lowest possible electrical
resistance. Groun ing straps shoul be installe on all loose con uctive objects in the spraying
area. This inclu es material containers an equipment. Magnum Venus Plastech recommen s
groun ing straps be ma e of AWG No.18 stran e wire as a minimum an the larger wire be
use where possible. NFPA Bulletin No77 states that the electrical resistance of such a
leakage path may be as low as 1 meg ohm (10 ohms) but that resistance as high as 10,000
meg ohms will pro uce an a equate leakage path in some cases. Whenever flammable or
combustible liqui s are transferre from one container to another, or from one container to the
equipment, both containers or container an equipment shall be effectively bon e an
groun e to issipate static electricity. For further information, see National Fire Protection
Association ( NFPA) 77, title “Recommen e Practice on Static Electrical”. Refer especially to
section 7-7 title “Spray Application of Flammable an Combustible Materials”. Check with local
co es an authorities for other specific stan ar s that might apply to your application. NEVER
USE HARD MATERIALS SUCH AS WIRE, PINS, ETC., TO CLEAR A PLUGGED GUN. HARD
MATERIALS CAN CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE. DAB WITH A BRISTLE BRUSH, BLOW
BACKWARDS WITH AIR UNTIL CLEAR WHILE WEARING A PROTECTIVE EYE SHIELD.
REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS NECESSARY. DO NOT PERFORM ANY MAINTENANCE OR
REPAIRS UNTIL YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE PRECAUTIONS STATED ABOVE. IF YOU, AS
AN EQUIPMENT OPERATOR OR SUPERVISOR, DO NOT FEEL THAT YOU HAVE BEEN
ADEQUATELY TRAINED OR INSTRUCTED AND THAT YOU LACK THE TECHNICAL
KNOWLEDGE TO OPERATE OR PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON A PIECE OF MAGNUM
VENUS PLASTECH EQUIPMENT, PLEASE CALL MAGNUM VENUS PLASTECH BEFORE
OPERATING OR PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON THE EQUIPMENT. IF YOU HAVE ANY
QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ABOVE PRECAUTIONS OR ANY SERVICE OR OPERATION
PRECEDURES, CALL YOUR MAGNUM VENUS PLASTECH DISTRIBUTOR OR MAGNUM
VENUS PLASTECH.
NOTICE: All statements, information an ata given herein are believe to be accurate
an reliable but are presente without guaranty, warranty or responsibility of any kin
express or implie . The user shoul not assume that all safety measures are in icate
or that other measures are not require .
DANGER: Contaminate catalyst may cause Fire or Explosion. Before working on the
catalyst pump or catalyst accumulator, wash han s an tools thoroughly. Be sure work
area is free of irt, grease or resin. Clean catalyst system components with clean water
only.
DANGER: Eye, skin an respiration hazar . The Catalyst, MEKP, may cause blin ness,
skin irritation or breathing ifficulty. Keep han s away from face. Keep foo an rink
away from work area.
WARNING: Please refer to your catalyst manufacturer’s safety information regar ing the
safe han ling an storage of catalyst. Wear appropriate safety equipment as

Introduction:
The MVP Clean Flow Heater (CFH) is esigne to allow higher flow rates, give better
control over temperature change an boasts a new easy maintenance esign.
The CFH-4000 Heater is heate with a single 3000 watt cartri ge type heating element,
requiring 240 Volt, single phase electrical service at 15 amps. Material temperature is
in icate on the thermometer on the outlet si e of the heater.
The bulb an capillary thermostat has a flui fille bulb. When temperature rises, the
bulb flui expan s via a capillary tube to an expan able iaphragm within the remote
thermostat case activating an electrical switch at the thermostat set point. Designe to
maintain a constant an stable temperature, these evices offer precise heating control.
There is also a thermal limiter in the circuit. This is a safety feature that breaks the circuit
to the heating element if heater block temperature excee s a safe level. In a ition, all
heaters contain 15 amp fuses in the electrical enclosure for protection.
There are a couple of mo els of the CFH-4000 in-line resin heater:
3000 Watts, 1PH, 220vac @ 13.63amp
CFH-4000-B Basic Clean Flow Heater – In-Line Resin Heater
CFH-4000-AI Clean Flow Heater – In-Line Resin Heater – Air Interlock
CFH-4000-AIDS Double Stack – In-line Resin Heaters
The CFH-4000-B Basic Clean Flow Heater is the base mo el of the CFH heater with a
single temperature a justment knob which allows for simple operation. Just a just the
temperature control to the esire level to maintain the esire temperature in icate
on the thermometer.
The CFH-4000-AI Clean Flow Heater – Air Interlock is unique in that it is an on eman
type heater an uses electrical power only when there is flow. The heater is controlle
by triggering the gun, the system regulator supplies pressure to the gun valve which in
turn activates the heater when the trigger is pulle . Once material is flowing, an air
signal is supplie to heater which engages the thermostat circuit.
When controlle with the air/electrical interlock heater switch, The CFH heaters require
a minimum of 15 psi air. The heat element is supplie with current from two separate air
circuits: the preheat circuit an gun trigger circuit. A preheat circuit is operate to
manually warm the heater block to esire operating temperature before start-up.
The CFH-5000 Clean Flow Heater – is a 4000 watt, 1PH, 220Vac @ 18.18amp inline
heater configure for a remote control box. The CFH-5000 Heater features a 1/2” NPT
resin inlet an outlet port an a thermocouple port for sensing the temperature remotely.
The CFH-5000 Heater also has a 1/2” NPS port use for electrical connections to the
heater element. The CFH-5000 Heater will assemble an isassemble the same as the
CFH-4000 Resin heaters an will have the same maintenance an safety requirements.

Operations:
To operate the CFH heater, just set the temperature control to mi -position or to the
esire position if the setting is known.
Heater is now rea y.
To preheat the CFH-4000-AI (system with air interlock) press the preheat button an
hol until heater block feels warm to the touch. This insures resin is heate from start-
up to stop. If this system sets i le for a long perio of time it may nee to be preheate
again before use.
Using heat with polyester resin systems allows control of the spray pattern through
re uce viscosity while breaking up material particles, thereby giving better, more
esirable wetting characteristics. As it is highly accurate, material can be controlle
within plus or minus 3° F in continuous use.
If the spray pattern is too coarse an narrow, set heat higher, If too fine an thin, set
heat lower. Once resin in hose has been replace by resin in heater, it will be possible
to etermine if block heat has been set properly. The thermometer on outlet si e will
also etermine what temperature it is operating at. DO NOT EXCEED 135° F OUTLET
TEMPERATURE.
(Proper setting will vary with ambient room temperatures, flow rates an characteristics
of each resin or gel coat)
When highly promote resins are use , it is a visable to pump cool resin through heater
after power has been remove from the heater. These resins coul easily gel if left at
high temperature in block for an exten e perio . Anticipate your cut-off an you will be
able to use it all. Use preheat button again before starting.
When use on automatic hea s, the heater shoul be connecte to automatic gun
trigger circuit; if preheat transfer pump, connect to pump control.
