CO-SLEEP MODE (FIXING TO THE BED)
The crib can be fixed to the parent’s bed (co-sleeping mode).
WARNING - IMPORTANT FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD:
This method is only possible with bed types that comply with all of the conditions
described in this paragraph. In particular the side support of the crib should
always be put close to the parent’s mattress and the mattress should always be
aligned with the height of the side support for restraint of the crib. Furthermore,
the crib should be firmly fixed to the structure of the parents bed or to the
mattress support (net or slats).
WARNING – To avoid hazards from the child’s neck being caught on the top rail
on the side that is next to the adult bed, the top rail must not be higher than the
adult bed mattress.
WARNING – To avoid the risk of your child being strangled, the attachment system
to the adult’s bed shall always be kept away from and out of the crib.
WARNING – Check to make sure that the crib in the co-sleeping mode does not
interfere with the parent’s bed.
• DO NOT use Bedside Crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Only
replacement parts & instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitute parts.
•Bedside Cribs should never be used in an inclined position when in co-sleep
mode;
• DANGER! – Always completely raise the drop side when not attached to the
adult’s bed.
Open the side of the crib with the window using the side zips , then push the
release button (A6) and release the tube end from the plastic housing in front bar,
repeat on both sides, then open them completely.
Move the crib close to the parent’s bed and check the height of the crib
compared with the bed’s mattress. The open side of the crib should always be
lower to ensure containment of the crib.
WARNING – in the co-sleeping mode the 2 legs of the crib should always be
adjusted to the same height.
In order to fix the crib to the parent’s bed (co-sleeping mode) use the pair of fixing
belts (C ) provided. Take the end of the belt which has both the male and female
connector (as per below image). Locate the female connecter stitched to the side of
the Crib. Attached the male connecter into it. Take the belt and wrap securely around
the structure of the parents’ bed. This could be around the mattress or the bed frame
depending on the style of bed. Once
complete attach the male connector into the
remaining female connecter. During fixing we
recommend that the crib is kept a short
distance from the parents’ bed. Repeat this
operation with the second belt on the other
side of the crib.
At this point, move the crib to the side of the
parent’s bed and tighten the loop (C1) by
pulling the belts firmly, ensuring you carry out
this operation for both belts. Adjust the belts
until the crib is firmly in the contact with the
parent’s mattress.

STAND-ALONE COT MODE
This product can be used as a stand-alone cot but the co-sleeper mesh side panel
MUST be zipped up in the closed position.
• The Bedside Crib should be locked in the fixed position when a child is
unsupervised in it when in “Stand-alone cot mode”.

10 11
MAKING THE BED
It is possible to unfasten the crib from the parent’s bed in order to make the bed
easily. Just unfasten the buckles on the crib located below the fabric finish.
To re-secure the crib to the parent’s bed, pull once again the belts to make sure
the crib is properly and firmly secured to the parent’s bed. Pay attention to follow
all the steps previously mentioned in paragraph ”Co-sleeping Mode (fixing to the
bed)”.
ROCKER FUNCTION
Push the rocking function
buttons on both sides, the
bassinet can now swing by
hand.
WARNING!
•Suitable beds for co-sleep mode - the height of the adult bed (incl. mattress)
from the floor should be a minimum of 52cm.
• The adult bed mattress must be flush to its frame i.e. the bed frame cannot
extend beyond the mattress as this would result in a gap between the adult
mattress and the Bedside Crib.
•Check the tightness of the attachment system before each use by pulling the
Bedside Crib in a direction away from the adult bed.
•Ensure there are no space between the parents mattress and the side of the
Bedside Crib. If there is, pull the belts firmly to tighten until there is no space.
• Always ensure the fixing belts are straight.
•To prevent a suffocation hazard from entrapment, the Bedside Crib shall be
properly secured to the adult bed using the attachment system.
•There shall never be a gap between the lower side of the Bedside Crib and
the mattress of the adult bed.
•If there is any gap between the Bedside Crib and the adult bed DO NOT
use product.
• Gaps should not be filled with pillows, blankets or other items.
•During use, make sure that the parents bed sheets, blankets etc, do not enter
and cover the interior of the Bedside Crib.
•When the product is used in the “Co-sleeping Mode (fixing to the bed)”, it
should always be fitted to the long side of access to the bed. Do not fix the
product to the head or bottom of the bed.
•Use of the product is only permitted with beds and / or mattress with straight
sides. Use of the product with a round bed or
mattress or water bed is not permitted.
Check the Adjustable Feet with Wheels and
Brakes (A3). Ensure they are firmly in contact
with the parent’s bed.
If during the fixing operations of the Bedside
Crib to the parent’s bed, it is not possible to
slide the feet of the crib under the parent’s bed,
it is still possible to fix the crib by pressing the
front leg adjustment button (A5) and folding the
legs so the crib can be pushed up flush to the
parent’s bed.
LINING REMOVAL AND CLEANING
1. Remove the mattress and release the velcro on the underside part of the
fabric structure (E1).
1
2. Open zips on both sides of the window opening (E3). Open the zipper that
