NAPCO iBridgeVideo IBV-CHIME User manual

NAPCO iBridgeVideo IBV-CHIME Installation Guide 1
Description
The iBridgeVideo®IBV-CHIME provides a wireless chime
for homes without an existing wired chime. Used with the
IBV-DBELL Video Doorbell, the IBV-CHIME plugs into an
indoor electrical outlet and plays a selected tone when your
IBV-DBELL button is pressed. The IBV-CHIME also pro-
vides the ability to add a chime sounder to additional rooms
or floors distant from the primary doorbell sounder (multiple
IBV-CHIMEs can be added to a single IBV-DBELL).
Use this guide after you install and activate your IBV-DBELL.
Both are connected to Wi-Fi using the iBridgeVideo App
(Android or iOS). The IBV-DBELL provides:
 Multiple ring tones
 Volume control
 Mobile iBridgeVideo App (Android or iOS)
 Easy Wi-Fi installation
For more information about the iBridgeVideo IBV-DBELL,
see WI2304 (installation instructions) and OI411 (User's
Guide).
Quick Install Summary:
a. Wire and configure the doorbell.
b. Launch the iBridgeVideo app and log in.
c. Use the iBridgeVideo app to add and configure the IBV-
CHIME.
IBV-CHIME Enrollment Using the App
The steps below display Android screen images (iOS devic-
es are similar). Perform the following procedure only after
the IBV-DBELL(s) has been activated at
www.NapcoComNet.com and enrolled in the iBridgeVideo
or iBridge app. In addition, the IBV-CHIME must be
plugged into a wall outlet (as detailed above) and its cyan
LED must be flashing continuously. Proceed as follows:
1. With your smart device connected to the local Wi-Fi
network, launch the iBridgeVideo app.
2. Type a Username (use your full email address) and
Password and tap Login.
3. Tap "+" to add the IBV-CHIME.
4. Scan the QR code located on the top of the IBV-
CHIME, then tap OK. If you have trouble scanning
the code, tap Manually enter SN and type the serial
number.
5. Tap Next to connect the IBV-CHIME to the Wi-Fi net-
work.

not appear, tap Select other network and re-enter.
10. Wait for the Wi-Fi connection process to finish (see
