Back up your settings
This section of the guide provides you with instructions to back up your current configuration. It is recommended to make a
backup of the current working configuration in case you lose your settings or need to perform a factory reset (i.e. reset
default settings).
1Connect a computer and the NF12 using an Ethernet cable. (A yellow Ethernet cable is provided with your NF12).
2Open a web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox), type following address into the address
bar and press Enter.

3Type admin in both the User Name and Password text boxes and click OK.
4Navigate to Management > Settings > Backup [1], click Backup Settings [2]and save the “backupsettings.conf” file [3]
to a secure location.

Restore your settings
This guide provides you with instructions to restore the saved configuration.
1Navigate to Management > Settings > Update
2Click Browse
3Select the backupsettings.conf file
4Click Open and
5Click Update Settings.
Note – The NF12 will update the settings and restart.
The process will take around 1-2 minutes.
