The Netopia 4600 Series is a family of routers
designed for the needs of small, medium, and
distributed enterprises. The 4600 Series combines
hardware-based VPN acceleration, built-in
software VPN features, an Ethernet switch, and
powerful routing and management tools in a
single, all-in one device.
The 4600 Series supports the main access
technologies for today’s enterprise marketplace.
Carriers, ISPs, and managed service providers
(MSPs) will appreciate the business-class WAN
options of SDSL, SHDSL, IDSL and T1.
Integrated hardware acceleration powers wire-
speed VPN applications for retail locations, branch
offices, and enterprise teleworkers. Netopia
4600s are the only routers in their class to
combine a firewall with standards-based VPN
