Caution
1. Please read this “User’s Guide” carefully and follow the instructions before you start to use the
camera.
2. In order to guarantee seamless video streaming, make sure your internet speed is greater than
512Kbps upload and 2Mbps download, and the WiFi bandwidth is greater than 52Mbps. Also
ensure that your camera is placed within effective WiFi range (you can use other WiFi devices to
test the signal strength).
3. NetVue II is designed for indoor use and should not be placed in the outdoor.
4. User system requirements: Smart mobile device requires Android 2.2+, iOS4.0+; PC system
requires browser Firefox 5.0 +, IE 7 + Chrome13 +, or Safari 3.2 +, and operating system Win XP
+, Mac OS 10.5 + , or Linux2.6 +, as well as JAVA and Flash Player.
5. NetVue II supports Micro SD(TF) memory card up to 32GB for cycle recording video. In general,
the video requires about 130MB of storage per hour. Please note that only when the camera is
disconnected from power supply can a Micro SD card be inserted or pulled out. Otherwise, it may
get the card damaged and unable to record. Major brands of Micro SD cards are workable in the
camera. Other brands of Micro SD cards may be unrecognized by the camera. In that case, please
try to use other device to carry out FAT32 formatting for this card in order to be compatible to the
camera.
6. NetVue II's audio features are turned off as default. When its audio feature is on, please take care to
protect your privacy before you share your camera to others.
