SAFETY INFORMATION
The safety instructions must be followed! If the system is ope
rated incorrectly, danger to people and property can arise!
1. In case of malfunctions, such as smoke or odour development or
unusual noises: disconnect the mains cable.
2. When running the drive, make sure that no objects or body parts
are trapped inside.
3. The height of the furniture must not be adjusted if there are other
people in the immediate movement area..
4. Do not place any objects or body parts between fixed and moving
parts.
5. Height adjustment is only possible in inching mode. If an obstacle
is hit or in case of malfunction, the adjustment must be stopped
immediately.
6. Keep a minimum distance of 25 mm to adjacent objects to avoid
crushing and shearing points.
7. Observe a safety distance of at least 25 mm when it comes to
movable components (also applies to organisational elements that
are mounted above or below the furniture or hung onto adjacent
walls as well as to building components such as open windows).
8. The collision protection is not anti-trap protection! For physical
reasons, „soft“ obstacles can only be detected poorly or not at all.
9. If an obstacle is hit, it cannot be ruled out that the obstacle may
be slightly damaged (scratches, bruises, etc.) as the table hits it at
nominal speed.
10. Modifications and alterations to the control unit and the
operating element are not permitted.
11. Do not open the housing of the control unit or the power supply
unit under any circumstances. Unauthorised opening of the hou
sing and improper repairs may cause hazards and will invalidate
the warranty.
12. Maintenance or repairs may only be carrief out by the
manufacturer`s specialist personel
13. Equipment may not be operated in an explosive atmosphere.
14. This furniture is only approved for indoor commercial office and
administrative use.
15. This table can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or
have been given instructions on how to use the table in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not
be allowed to play with the table. Cleaning and user maintenance
must not be carried out by children without supervision.
16. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage in the event of
improper handling. The plug connectors must be fixed in accor
dance with the regulations and placed in such a way that the
plugs can be easily connected and disconnected. Plugs and plug
connectors must be positioned in such a way that no liquids can
flow into or onto the electrical equipment when the office
furniture is used in accordance with the regulations.
17. The mains connection cable must be mounted in a stable way

6
in the strain relief. The connecting cables may be laid loosely.
All lines and cables must be laid in such a way that no mechani
cal damage can occur (such as shearing, abrasion, etc.).
18. For furniture with movable or height-adjustable components,
special care must be taken: the cable lengths must be dimensi
oned so that no damage whatsoever can occur to the cable and
wiring when it is adjusted (such as stretching, squeezing, etc.).
19. If the mains lead of this appliance is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or its after-sales service or similar
ly qualified person in order to avoid hazards.
20. Do not alloe any liquid to enter the interior of the control unit
or the power supply unit, as this could result in electric shocks or
short circuits.
21. For operating the control unit and the power supply unit, the
minimum permissible ambient temperature is 5°C, the maximum
is 40°C.
22. For this reason, do not mount the control unit above or in front of
heat sources (such as radiators)
- in places with direct sunlight
- in small, unventilated, damp rooms
- in the vicinity of highly flammable materials nor
- in the vicinity of high-frequency equipment (e.g. transmitters,
irradiation equipment or similar devices)
Danger: In the event of a fault, the table top may move
a little with each attempt to set it in motion before the
safety shudown kicks in. Be aware of a possible crushing
hazard in this case.
Danger: The collision protection is not active during
all reset processes. Be aware of a possible crushing
hazard in this case.
Caution: If the product is visibly damaged, it must not
be assembled or continued to be used!
23. After 2 mins of continuous operation, the system switches
off automatically and can only be used again after 18 min.
This prevents the engine from overheating.
24. The maximum load of 75 kg or 100 kg must
not be exceeded.

SITTING CORRECTLY
Scientific studies have shown that frequently changing our posture
makes a big contribution to reducing stress and building up reserves of
energy. The optimal solution is a combination of sitting, standing and
walking. It relieves our back and our legs, promotes the circulation and
leads to a better supply of oxygen.
When sitting at the table with your back curved, the load on the inter-
vertebral discs is twice as high (200%) as when standing (100%).
Ergonomically correct work means, for example, 40 minutes of sitting,
15 minutes of standing and 5 minutes of walking around.

If you do not want the desk to operate in its entire travel range (e.g. a container is blocking the up or down movement),
you can set an upper and a lower limit for the height of the desk.
Set upper limit:
1. Adjust the table to the maximum permissible height.

2. Press the -button for two seconds.
The light bar flashes white twice to indicate that the position is being saved. Only when the light bar turns white steadily
has the position been saved.
If the user adjusts the table to a different position and saves this position, it overwrites the memory position closest to
the current position.

14
OPERATION: PRO MANUAL SWITCH
Moving to memory positions
After the memory positions have been saved, you can move to them simply by pressing the manual switch.
1. Press and hold – when a saved position is reached, the table stops.
2. Release the manual switch within one second.
This way, the user can easily switch between sitting and standing height without looking at the manual switch.
When the table stops at a saved position, the user can
- press and hold the manual switch for one second or
- release and press again.
The table moves past the saved position in the direction that is pressed.

The LED flashes blue when the manual switch is in pairing mode.

OPERATION: PRO MANUAL SWITCH
Activator Service
The reminder LED is located in the lower left corner of the manual switch. The LED should indicate the position of the desk (sitting or standing
height). The indication depends on the selected reminder interval.
While the user is sitting for an appropriate time according to the set interval, the LED pulses a steady green. When the seated interval has
elapsed, the calm pulsating green changes to a fast pulsating orange for one minute and to a static orange to indicate that the user should
adjust the table to the standing height. At standing height, the LED pulses green until a possible cut-off time. When the table is adjusted back
to seat height, the LED pulses green until the reminder goes off again.
Reset reminder function:
The reminder restarts automatically when the desk is lowered to seated height.
Reset cut-off time:
After four hours without action, the light bar switches off. If the Pro manual switch is operated, the green light lights up again.

17
OPERATION: PRO MANUAL SWITCH
Reminder intervals
The manual switch has a „reminder button“ on the left side – symbolised by a bell.
Pressing this button sets the interval of how often you will receive a reminder to change
your position.
The LED lights up in three different intensities, each representing an interval. The three
intervals are:
- Interval 1: reminder after sitting for 55 minutes
- Interval 2: reminder after sitting for 50 minutes
- Interval 3: reminder after sitting for 45 minutes
The selected default interval reminds the user after 55 minutes, which means that the
LED lights up white in the weakest intensity.
Setting the reminder intervals:
1. Press the -button to set the interval that reminds you to change your position.
2. Switch through the intervals by pressing the -button.
If the LED is not lit, the reminder function is deactivated.
It is possible to adjust the three intervals to user-defined values using the app.
Resetting the reminder:
Press the -symbol for 8 seconds to reset the reminder to the default values.
The LED flashes red when the reminder has been reset.

Button lock function
Unlocking the manual switch
The manual switch can be locked to prevent unintentional movement of the table.
By default, the button lock function is deactivated. If this option is activated, the manual switch is automatically locked after a configured time.
The button lock function can also be configured so that an attempt to operate the locked manual switch is indicated by a red light.
Press the , and -buttons in succession (max. one second between each button press).
