1. Introduction
UV Blaster Box™ is a one of the kind system which not only contains UVC light
but also generates one of the strongest radicals to eradicate microbial presence.
Sterilization via Hydroxyl Radical Formation is a decade old practice proven by
American Society for Microbiology as an effective disinfection technique. With
this method entrained organisms can be inactivated in a contact time of only 6s
only. UVC & Radical formation together provide an enhanced approach towards
an all-round sterilization and sanitation for high hygiene and quality standards.
Note- This product is not designed for human disinfection.
2. System Requirements
The system is very simple plug & play. It only requires Power supply of 220 VAC,
50 Hz.
3. Quick Start –
Below are the steps for device operation –
1. Connect the device to power source 220V AC–50 Hz.
2. Put the items or accessories (you want to disinfect) inside the Box.
3. Close the door/window of UV Box.
4. After closing the door, the disinfection gets starts and timer shows the disinfection time.
Initially we have set up 01 minute timer which is far enough for the disinfection.
5. As per our R&D test, the optimum time required to disinfect the objects in UV
Box is around 1 minute. However, you can increase the time of disinfection by
following the procedure as given in this manual. (Recommended time is 01 minute)
6. After completion of time (shown in timer), the system get Turn-off automatically.
7. Standard warranty of our UV Box is 01 Year. Mishandling or cracking of tubes inside
this box will not be coverable in this warranty period.

Settings of Timer
Procedure:-
1. First press the reset button on timer, when you pressed the reset button all light will be off.
2. After that hold the reset button and press the down button.
After that leave the Reset Button.
When you leave the reset button timer starts showing open.

3. Now press the Down Button and leave the up button, after that its shows program 1.
4. Now move to the program 2 using Up button and press the set button.
5. When we press the set button it shows OFdL (Hour). Set the hour using up and down
according to your requirement and at the last press set button.

6. After that set the minute and second according to your requirement as same as the hour
procedure.
7. At the last after setting HOUR, MINUTE, SECOND press the set button then it shows load after
that again press the set button and it shows again Program 2.
8. At the last press the reset button now time is set successfully on timer.
