INSTALLATION
& OPERATION
INSTALLATION
Unit Placement Guidelines
Install the unit on a strong and leveled surface.
• The unit may be noisy if the surface is uneven.
• The unit may malfuncon if the surface is uneven.
Install the unit in a well-venlated indoor area.
• The unit performs more eciently in a well-venlated indoor area.
• For best performance, please maintain a clearance of 3” at the back of the unit.
• Outdoor use may cause decreased eciency and damage to the unit.
Avoid installaon in a high humidity and/or dusty area.
• Humidity could cause the unit to rust and can decrease eciency of the unit.
• Dust collected on the condenser coil will cause the unit to malfuncon.
• Clean the condenser at least once a month with a brush or clean cloth.
• A malfuncon due to a dirty condenser will void the warranty.
Select a locaon away from heat and moisture-generang equipment.
• High ambient temperatures will cause the compressor to overwork, leading to higher energy-
bills and gradual breakdown of the unit
• A malfuncon due to a high ambient temperature will void the warranty.

OPERATION
8NIF-CG Series: Installaon & Operaon
1. Eleccal: Please ensure that the required voltage of the compressor is maintained at all mes. Low
or high voltage can aect the refrigeraon unit. All units should be plugged into a grounded and
properly-sized electrical outlet, with appropriate overcurrent protecon. Please refer to the electrical
requirements on the nameplate of the unit. Please make sure that your unit has its own dedicated
outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
• Specied capacity of the wire is 10A. Secon squares of the wire is 0.82mm2. Single line or
compound lines are all allowed. The fuse of 2.5A specied electric current should be installed.
(Power cord should be replaced with the same of 6A and 0.82mm2, when it is damaged).
• Single-phase power supply, 60Hz, voltage 115V. If the voltage is unstable, please install a voltage
stabilizer with capacity above 1000W.
• Avoid turning on and o the power too frequently. If the power is turned o, wait 5 minutes
before turning it on again.
• When the freezer will be out of use for a long me, disconnect the power rst, then clean it.
Please examine the circuit whether it is in excellent condion before reuse.
2. Loading Product: There must be space between the foods stored in the cabinet, between the foods
and the inner surface of the cabinet, so as to keep good venlaon of cold air and freeze evenly. Do
not put in any boled or canned beverage with freezing point above the temperature in the cabinet
when it is below zero.
• For foods that should be moisture-free (or lose water easily), wrap them up with hermecally
sealed food bags or fresh lms before pung in the cabinet for the sake of avoiding smell-mixing
and reducing frosng.
• Storage of volale and combusble gases, liquids such as strong alkalies, strong acids, gas, etc. is
forbidden.
PLEASE NOTE: Excessive door openings should be avoided in order to maintain cabinet temperature
and to eliminate the possibility of coil freeze-up.

1. Temperature Controls: The temperature in the cabinet can be controlled with the temperature
control knob. The knob should be kept upright normally to adjust the temperature. FREEZING
MAX is the strongest cooling posion and is suitable for fast freezing. CAUTION: Do not keep
the knob at FREEZING MAX for long.
2. Defrosng: Defrost for beer freezing eciency when the frost lm in the cabinet is 4-5mm
thick.
• When defrosng, turn o the power, take out the frozen foods, open the door for warming
and melng. Use so cloth to absorb water and clean it up.
• Do not use sharp metal tools such as a steel brush to clean the frost lm when defrosng so
as to avoid evaporator damage.

INSTALLATION
ET UTILISATION
INSTALLATION
