In the unlikely event that your product does not operate as described in the manual please feel

malfunction, so if you feel that your appliance is not operating as it should, warranty claims can
be made within one year from the date of purchase when accompanied by a dated receipt.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights; your statutory rights are not aected. This
limited warranty does not apply in cases of damage caused by accident, improper use, abuse or
force majeure.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights. Rights may vary depending on your state or
province of residence. Some locations do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special
incidental, or consequential damages, so the limitations may not apply to you. This limited
warranty will be invalidated if the appliance is tampered with in any way whatsoever.

WARNING: With proper care, your Indoor Grill is designed to provide years of household
service. Be sure to follow these basic precautious when using this electerical appliance. Read all
instructions before use.
1. This appliance is intended for indoor home use only.
2. Never use any accessories or parts from other manufactures. Your warranty will become invalid
if such accessories or parts have been used.
3. Check that your home power supply corresponds with this appliance’s intended voltage.
4. Place this appliance on a stable, heat resistant surface. Make sure not to place near or on a
heat source such as gas or electric burner or oven.
5. Short power cords are attached to this item to prevent entanglement and tripping hazards.
Extension cords with corresponding voltage, electrical rating and grounding wires can be used.
Care should be taken so that any exposed cord is not hanging down from a counter or table
where it can be pulled on or tripped over by any child or adult.
6. Before using this appliance inspect the plug and cord line for cuts and/or abrasion marks
if they are found. Do not use this appliance and contact our authorized customer service
representative.
7. Insert the plug by grasping it rmly and guiding it into your home’s grounded electric outlet.
Disconnect by grasping the plug and removing it from your home’s grounded electric outlet.
Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance during use or storage as this can cause the
wire to fray and break.
8. During initial use, you may notice some smoke and or a slight odor. This is normal and should
quickly dissipate. It should not reoccur after the appliance has been used a few more times.
9. This appliance should be used only by persons who are capable of understanding the user
manual or are supervised by those who have adequate understanding of the appliances’
features, their use and the operating instructions. Children must be supervised and should not
be left alone with appliances during their operation.
10. During use appliances should not be left unattended.
11. Care should be taken not to move appliances that are in use

14. Appliance exteriors are designed to be cool to the touch. Portions do get HOT during use. Burns can
result from touching heating elements, air vents and removable baskets or containers and - if any part
is designed to be handled do so with care.
15. Unplug unit when you have nished cooking.
16. Do not clean the appliance until the unit is cool.
17. Do not immerse complete appliance in water or a dishwasher for cleaning.
18. Clean with a non-abrasive cleaner, soft pad or cloth.
19. Store unit in a cool, dry location.
20. This appliance is not designed to be controlled using a programmed device, external timer switch or
remote control.
21. This appliance is not intended to be operated in conjunction with any external timers or remote
controllers.
22. Do not use charcoal or similar combustible materials with this appliance.
23. Grill surface gets very hot while cooking food. Avoid touching surface while preheating, during cooking,
or afterwards until grill has completely cooled down.
24. Do not use metal or sharp objects while cooking as these will damage the non-stick surface.
25. Ensure there is sucient ventilation around the appliance to allow for the heat and steam to disperse.
26. The appliance must be used on a stable, heat resistant surface.
27. Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
28. Ensure that the power supply cord is kept away from heat or sharp edges that could cause damage.
29. Do not move the appliance while cooking to avoid being burned.
30. Prior to unplugging the appliance, be sure the Temperature Control Dial is in the OFF position.

SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS
a. This unit includes a short power-supply cord in order to reduce risks resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripped over a longer cord.
b. Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in
their use.
c. If extension cord is used:
1. The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as
the electrical rating of the appliance;
2. If the appliance is of the grounded type the extension cord should be a
grounding type 3-wire cord; and
3. The longer cord should be arranged that it will not drape over the counter top or
tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
LINE CORD SAFETY TIPS
1. Never pull or yank on cord or the appliance.
2. To insert plug, grasp it rmly and guide it into outlet.
3. To disconnect appliance, grasp plug and remove it from outlet.
4. Before each use, inspect the line cord for cuts and/or abrasion marks. If any are
found, this indicates that the appliance should be serviced and the line cord replaced.

5. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this could place undue stress on
the cord where it enters the appliance and cause it to fray and break.

Operating Instructions
Getting Started
• Remove all of the packaging materials from the appliance.
• Place the packaging materials back inside of the box and either store or safely
dispose.
• Before each use, unwind the power cord completely.
• CAUTION: If water is added during cooking, do not pour it over the grill plate or
on top of the heating element.
• Plug the grill into your home outlet.
• The indicator light will go on indicating that the grill is powered on. As soon as
you move the temperature control dial away from the o setting the appliance
will start to become hot. When the temperature control dial is turned clockwise
from the o to the on setting the grill top increases in temperature from low to
high.
Note: Using an extension cord with this product is not recommended. However, if
necessary, ensure that the extension cord is grounded. The extension cord must
be secured safely so that it is not a tripping hazard.
Preheating
• Preheat the grill for approximately 5 - 10 minutes before use.
• Turn the temperature control dial to the Maximum Temperature position.
Maximum is the on setting.
Operating Instructions
Grilling
• Allow the grill to preheat for 5-10 minutes and then turn to the actual desired temperature use
the control dial setting you prefer. The temperature range is from low (for keeping food warm)
to high (for searing steaks). As you turn the temperature control dial clockwise towards on the
temperature will increase (high). As you turn the temperature control dial counterclockwise
towards o the temperature will decrease (low).
• When used for the rst time, it is normal for the heating element to have minimal smoke and/
or a slight odor, but that should cease within a few moments.
• Before turning the appliance on, remove the Drip Tray and pour in water to a level anywhere
between the minimum and maximum lines.
• Replace the Drip Tray back into the appliance before plugging in or turning on.
• Plug the appliance into an outlet, and turn the Temperature Control Dial to the ON position.
• Warning: Charcoal or similar combustible material must not be used with this appliance.
• Preheat the appliance for a few minutes until warm. (Refer to Preheating Instructions on Page 6)
• Set the desired temperature using the Temperature Control Dial.
• Any liquids, oils or fats that drip from the food will land into the water lled drip tray. The fats and
oils will solidify in the water, thus preventing any additional smoke or odors.
• If the Drip Tray requires additional water during cooking, this can be added by partially removing
the Drip Tray using the build in Handle. Do not pour water directly over grill plate. Note: Use
caution when using the Drip Tray Handle during cooking as it may be hot.
• Always turn the Temperature Control Dial to the OFF position to turn the grill o.
WARNINGS:
• Do not use this appliance without water in tray.
• Do not pour water over the heating element.
• Do not touch the Grill Plate while cooking as it is extremely hot.
• Avoid touching the Drip Tray if possible while cooking as it is also very hot. If
additional water is needed, use the Drip Tray Handle with precaution along with skin protection.

Cleaning and Maintenance
• Unplug the appliance from the outlet and allow to cool thoroughly before cleaning.
• Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• To avoid scratching the non-stick surface do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
• Wipe the grill carefully and clean with a mild detergent.
• Do not immerse the grill body in water or any other liquids.

New House Kitchen™ warrants, subject to the conditions stated below, that from the date of purchase, this product will
be free from mechanical defects for a period of ONE (1) year. New House Kitchen™, at its option, will repair or replace
this product found to be defective during the warranty period. Should this product become defective by reason of
improper workmanship or material defect during the specied warranty period, New House Kitchen™ will repair or
replace the same eecting all necessary parts replacements for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
If product is no longer available we will replace it with a product of equal value.Transportation charges on parts, or
products in whole, submitted for repair or replacement, under this warranty, must be borne by the purchaser. This
warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and
waveform other than as specied on the rating label (e.g., 120V ~ 60 Hz).
This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you own a New House Kitchen™ product that
was purchased at retail for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required under applicable law, this
warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.
CONDITIONS: This warranty is valid for the original USA and Canada retail purchaser from the date of initial retail
purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty
service or replacement. Dealers, service centers, or retail stores do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way,
change the terms and conditions of this warranty. Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain warranty on New
House Kitchen™ Products. Save your proof of purchase receipt.
ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY: Most warranty repairs are handled routinely, but sometimes requests for
warranty service may not be appropriate. For example, warranty service would NOT apply if the product damage
occurred because of misuse, lack of routine maintenance, shipping, handling, 3rd party warehousing or improper
installation. Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number on the product has been
removed or the equipment has been altered or modied. During the warranty period, the authorized service dealer, at
its option, will repair or replace any part that, upon examination, is found to be defective under normal use and service.
NORMAL WEAR: This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following:
negligent use or misuse of the product; improper voltage or current; use contrary to the operation instructions; deviation
from instructions regarding storage and transportation; repair or alteration by anyone other than New House Kitchen™
or an authorized service center. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as re, ood, hurricanes and
tornadoes. New House Kitchen™ LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the
breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of
merchantability or tness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty. Some
states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental of consequential damages or
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to
province.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: If your New House Kitchen™ product should prove to be defective within
the warranty period, we will repair it, or if we think necessary, replace it. To obtain warranty service, simply email
customerser[email protected] or call our toll-free number 1-888-363-5523 for additional information
from our Customer Service Representatives, or send the defective product to Customer Service at New House
Kitchen™, 1 Sharp Plaza, Mahwah, NJ 07495.
This warranty is eective for the time periods listed above and subject to the conditions provided for within this policy.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY:
California law provides that for In-Warranty Service, California residents have the option of returning a nonconforming
product (A) to the store where it was purchased or (B) to another retail store which sells New House Kitchen™ products
of the same type. The retail store shall then, at its discretion, either repair the product, refer the consumer to an
independent repair facility, replace the product, or refund the purchase price less the amount directly attributable to the
consumer’s prior usage of the product. If the above two options do not result in the appropriate relief to the consumer,
the consumer may then take the product to an independent repair facility if service or repair can be economically
accomplished. New House Kitchen™ and not the consumer will be responsible for the reasonable cost of such service,
repair, replacement, or refund for nonconforming products under warranty.
