INTRODUCTION
This manual will help you get the most from your Nilfisk-Advance™ Sweeper / Scrubber. Read it thoroughly before operating the machine. References to “right” and
“left” in this manual mean right or left as seen from the driver’s seat.
Note: Bold numbers or letters in parentheses indicate an item illustrated on pages 10 – 13 unless referred to a specific figure number.

UN-CRATING
Upondelivery, carefully inspectthe shipping crate and the machine for damage.If damage isevident, save all parts of the shipping crate sothat they canbe inspected
bythe trucking company that delivered the machine. Contact thetrucking company immediately to file a freight damageclaim.
1 After removing the crate, remove the wooden blocks next to the wheels and any hold down straps.
2 Check the hydraulic oil level.
3 Readthe instructions in the Preparingthe Machine For Use sectionof this manual, then installthe battery.
4 Place a ramp next to the front end of the pallet.
5 Readthe instructions in the Operating Controls andOperating the Machine sections of this manual. Slowlydrive themachine forward downthe rampto the floor.
Keepyour foot lightly on the brake pedal untilthe machine is off the pallet.
CAUTION!
Use extreme CAUTION when operating this machine. Be certain that you are thoroughly familiar with all operating instructions
before using this machine. If you have any questions, contact your supervisor or your local Nilfisk-Advance Industrial Dealer.
If the machine malfunctions, do not try to correct the problem unless your supervisor directs you to do so. Have a qualified company
mechanic or an authorized Nilfisk-Advance Dealer service person make any necessary corrections to the equipment.
Use extreme care when working on this machine. Loose clothing, long hair, and jewelry can get caught in moving parts. Turn the
Key Switch OFF and remove the key before servicing the machine. Use good common sense, practice good safety habits and pay
attention to the yellow decals on this machine.
Drive the machine slowly on inclines. The drive pedal will control machine speed while descending inclines. DO NOT turn the
machine on an incline; drive straight up or down.
The maximum rated incline for sweeping and scrubbing is 6°. The maximum rated incline during transport is 8°.

Is used to warn of immediate hazards that will cause severe personal injury or death.

Is used to call attention to a situation that could cause severe personal injury.
CAUTION!
Is used to call attention to a situation that could cause minor personal injury or damage to the machine or other property.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Specific Cautions and Warnings are included to warn you of potential danger of machine damage or bodily harm.
WARNING!
*This machine shall be used only by properly trained and authorized persons.
*While on ramps or inclines, avoid sudden stops when loaded. Avoid abrupt sharp turns. Use low speed down hills.
*Keep sparks, flame and smoking materials away from battery. Explosive gases are vented during normal operation.
*Charging the battery produces highly explosive hydrogen gas. Charge battery only in well-ventilated areas away from open
flame. Do not smoke while charging the battery.
*Remove all jewelry when working near electrical components.
*Turn the key switch off (O) and remove the key, before changing the brushes, and before opening any access panels.
*Never work under a machine without safety blocks or stands to support the machine.
*Do not dispense flammable cleaning agents, operate the machine on or near these agents, or operate in areas where
flammable liquids exist.
*Do not clean this machine with a pressure washer.
*Only use the brushes provided with the appliance or those specified in the instruction manual. The use of other brushes may
impair safety.
CAUTION!
*This machine is not approved for use on public paths or roads.
*This machine is not suitable for picking up hazardous dust.
*Use care when using scarifier discs and grinding stones. Nilfisk-Advance will not be held responsible for any damage to floor
surfaces caused by scarifiers or grinding stones.
*When operating this machine, ensure that third parties, particularly children, are not endangered.
*Before performing any service function, carefully read all instructions pertaining to that function.
*Do not leave the machine unattended without first turning the key switch off (O), removing the key and applying the parking
brake.
*Turn the key switch off (O) before changing the brushes, and before opening any access panels.
*Take precautions to prevent hair, jewelry, or loose clothing from becoming caught in moving parts.
*Use caution when moving this machine in below freezing temperature conditions. Any water in the solution or recovery tanks
or in the hose lines could freeze.
* The battery must be removed from the machine before the machine is scrapped. The disposal of the battery should be safely
done in accordance with your local environmental regulations.
*Do not use on surfaces having a gradient exceeding that marked on the machine.
*All doors and covers are to be positioned as indicated in the instruction manual before using the machine.

ATTENTION!
*Cette machine ne pourra être utilisée que par du personnel parfaitement entraîné et dûment autorisé.

* Prenez toutes les mesures nécessaires pour éviter que les cheveux, les bijoux ou les vêtements amples ne soient entraînés dans les parties mobiles
de la machine.
* Faites attention lorsque vous déplacez cette machine dans un endroit où la température peut descendre sous 0°. Car l’eau contenue dans les
réservoirsde solution ou de récupération ou dans les conduitesrisquerait de geler et par là même d’endommager lesvalves et raccords de la machine.
Rincez avec un liquide de lave-glace.
* Prenez soin d’enlever les batteries de la machine avant de mettre cette dernière au rebut. Pour ce qui est de l’élimination des batteries, conformez-
vous aux réglementations locales en matière d’environnement.
*N’utilisez pas sur des surfaces dont la pente dépasse celle mentionnée sur la machine.
*Toutes les portes et couvercles doivent être dans la position mentionnée dans le manuel d’instruction avant de mettre la machine en service.

HH
HOPPER SAFETY SUPPORT
WARNING!
Make sure the Hopper Safety Support (HH) is in place whenever attempting to do any maintenance work under or near the raised
hopper. The Hopper Safety Support (HH) holds the hopper in the raised position to allow work to be performed under the hopper.
NEVER rely on the machine’s hydraulic components to safely support the hopper.
JACKING THE MACHINE
CAUTION!
Never work under a machine without safety stands or blocks to support the machine.
•Whenjacking the machine,do so atdesignated locations (DoNot jack onthe hopper) -see jacking locations (11)
TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE
CAUTION!
Before transporting the machine on an open truck or trailer, make sure that . . .
•All access doors are latched securely.
•The machine is tied down securely - see tie-down locations (4).
•Themachine parking brake is set.
TOWING OR PUSHING A DISABLED MACHINE
CAUTION!
If the machine must be towed or pushed, make sure the Main Power Switch (CC) is in the OFF position and do not move the machine
faster than a normal walking pace (2-3 miles per hour) and for short distances only. If the machine is to be moved long distances
the rear drive wheel needs to be raised off the floor and placed on a suitable transport dolly.

BATTERY INSTALLATION
SeeFigure 1 &2. The battery required for this machine is sold separately. The maximum battery weight for this machine is 1,875 lbs (850 kg); the minimum battery
weightis 1,400 lbs(635kg). For proper batteryinstallation, pleaseconsult your Nilfisk-AdvanceIndustrial Dealer. DONOTattempt toinstall thebatterywith anoverhead
hoist or forklift; it can only be installed with a battery cart. Connect the connector plug (A) on the battery to the machine plug behind the steering wheel. Make sure the
batteryis firmlyseated against the End Brace (B) on thedriver’s sideof thebattery compartment. Reinstallthe batteryStop Plate(C) on theleft sideof thecompartment
andsnug up the Bumpers (D)sothe batterycannot slide from side-to-side. NOTE: The BatteryDisconnect Tab(E)has tobe assembledto theBattery ConnectorPlug
(A) onthe battery.
WARNING!
Battery weight in excess of 1,875 lbs (850 kg) or below 1,400 lbs (635kg) may cause the premature failure of parts including
the tires, and may result in decreased stability and control, which could cause personal injury or death and/or property damage.
Use of a battery in excess of the weight limit will void the warranty.
IMPORTANT!
Follow instructions packed with the battery and charger before charging the battery. Read the instructions for Charging the Battery
in the Maintenance section of this manual.

KNOW YOUR MACHINE DESCRIPTIONS
1 Operator’s Seat – Operator sits here. Seat is adjustable forward and back.
2 Strobe Light (optional / standard on Nilfisk models) – This light starts flashing when the ignition switch is turned ON.
3 Solution Tank Fill – Open to fill the solution tank, use non-foaming chemicals only. 75 gallon (284 liter) maximum capacity.
4 Tiedown Locations – Safe point to tie down machine while transporting.
5 RecoveryTankDrainHose– Used to empty the recovery tank (hold the end of the hose above the water level in the tank to avoid sudden, uncontrolled flow of
waste water).
6 Recovery Tank Latch – Push down on latch lever to release recovery tank for “Tip-Out” feature.
7 LeftBatteryCompartmentAccessPanel–Panelliftsstraight upafteropeningBattery CompartmentDoor (21)toprovideaccess tothebatterycompartment from
the left side of the machine. SERVICE NOTE: Battery can only be removed from this side.
8 Main Broom Left Access Door – Open to access main broom for servicing.
9 Hopper Cover Prop Rod – Used to support the hopper cover while raised.
10 Front Wheel – Machine front wheel.
11 Jacking Location – Safe points for jacking machine up. DO NOT jack the machine on the hopper.
12 Left Side Broom – Used for sweeping along walls or curbs.
13 Hopper Cover Latch – Holds Hopper Cover (16) in place.
14 Headlights – Use when sweeping in hard to see areas.
15 Right Side Broom – Used for sweeping along walls or curbs.
16 HopperCover – Open to access the hopper dust control filter.
17 Dust Control Filter– Filters dust from the air.
18 Dust Control Shaker Assembly – Vibrates the Dust Control Filter (17) to shake dust out of it.
19 Shaker Assembly Latch – Used to hold the Shaker Assembly (18) UP while servicing the filter.
20 Battery –Provides electricalpower foroperating themachine.
21 BatteryCompartmentDoor– Unlatch and open to access battery compartment.
22 SteeringWheel – Used to steer machine left or right.
23 ElectricalCompartmentDoor–Open thisdoor toaccess themain controllerand solenoids. DONOT openthis doorunless theEmergency Battery Disconnect
(KK) has been pushed IN.
24 WaterLevel Gauge– When filling the solution tank do not exceed the maximum level.
25 Recovery Tank Lid – Open to rinse and clean inside of recovery tank.
26 Recovery Tank “Tip-Out” Grip – Grab and pull here after unlatching to tip the recovery tank out to the side for cleaning.
27 Hydraulic Power Unit (Reservoir / Filter) – Holds the hydraulic system oil, 1.7 quart (1.6 liter) capacity. SERVICE NOTE: Open and prop the hopper to add
oil. Hydraulic return oil filter on side of the unit filters oil after flowing through system and prior to returning to reservoir.
28 RightBatteryCompartmentAccessPanel– Panel lifts straightup afteropening BatteryCompartment Door(21)toprovide accessto thebattery compartment
fromthe Rightside ofthe machine.
29 Main Broom Right Access Door – Open to access main broom for servicing.
30 Access Door Latch – Push UP on lever to unlatch (Recovery Tank utilizes same latch for “Tip-Out” feature).
31 SkirtAssembly – Scrub system has left and right skirt assemblies to channel solution on floor into the path of the squeegee assembly.
32 Inline Solution Filter – Filters solution prior to dispensing on floor.
33 Solution Tank Drain Hose – Used to empty the solution tank.
34 RearRollerBumper – Protects both machine and other objects in the event the machine brushes up against anything.
35 SqueegeeHandle – Loosenthese two handles to remove the squeegeeassembly from the machine.
36 SqueegeeAssembly– Picksup solution afterscrubbing.
37 Tail Light – Turns ON with headlights.

CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTIONS
A LowBatteryIndicator– This indicator will flash when the battery requires charging.
B Horn Switch – This switch will sound the horn as long as the switch is held.
* Horn Indicator: Lights up when the horn switch is pressed.
C Parking Brake Indicator – This indicator is currently not used.
D Headlight Switch – Turns the headlights and taillights ON or OFF.
* Headlight ON Indicator: Lights up when the lights are ON. It is OFF when the lights are OFF.

F HydraulicFilter Plugged Indicator– Indicates when the hydraulic oil filter should be serviced. Have your Nilfisk-Advance Service Center check the machine.
SERVICE NOTE: This light may give a FALSE indication when the hydraulic oil is cold.
G SpeedSelectSwitch–This switchwillallow theoperatorto select thetransport speed limitwhilethe scrubsystemis enabledtherebyallowing scrubbingata higher
rateof speed.This optioncan bedisabled ifdesired. See the programming section for details.
Thetransport andscrub speedlimits canbe programmed using a Curtis handheld programmer. Refer tothe servicemanual fordetails
* SpeedSelectSwitch Indicator: Thisindicator will be greenif a scrub mode hasbeen selected andthe faster scrub speed hasbeen selected. This indicator will
be off if the Speed Select Switch has been turned OFF.
SCRUB SYSTEM
H Scrub Pressure Decrease Switch – If the scrub system is off, pressing this switch will cause the following to occur:
• The scrub system will be enabled with the scrub pressure set to the lightest setting and the scrub deck will be lowered
• The vacuum system will be enabled and the squeegee will be lowered
• Thesolution system will be enabled
• Assoon asthe drive pedal is movedfrom theneutral position the scrub brusheswill startturning and the vacuum willturn on. If the directionis forward the solution
flow will start. Ifthe direction is reverse,the squeegee willraise and thesolution flow will bestopped. The scrub brushes will turn off after an adjustabledelay once
the drive pedal returns to neutral. See the service manual for details.
If the scrub system is already enabled when this switch is pressed and the scrub pressure is at 2 or 3, the scrub pressure will decrease. If the switch is held, the
pressurewill decrement until the minimumsetting of 1 is reached.
* ScrubPressureDecreaseIndicator: The scrub pressuredecrease indicatorwillbe litif the scrubsystem isenabled and thepressure isset at 1or 2. Theindicator
will be off if the scrub system is off or if the scrub pressure is set to 3.
I Scrub Pressure Increase Switch – If the scrub system is off, pressing this switch will cause the following to occur:
• The scrub system will be enabled with the scrub pressure set to the lightest setting and the scrub deck will be lowered

J Scrub Pressure Display:
The single characterdisplay onthe controlpanel isused asa displayfor thescrub pressure. If the scrubsystem isON, the displaywill indicate therelative pressure
setting of 1, 2 or 3 otherwise it is blank.
K SolutionSwitch- Thisswitch isused to turnthe solution system on oroff. Pressing this switch when thescrub system has been activatedwill alternate between
on and off. The solution flow will only turn on when the drive pedal is moved from the neutral position in the forward direction. The solution flow will turn off if the
drivepedal returns toneutral oris movedto reverse. Pressingthis switch whenthe scrubsystem isoff will momentarilyturn the solution flow on toallow pre-wetting
ofthe scrubbrushes.
* Solution System Indicator : The solution indicator will be lit if the solution is enabled. If the solution is off, this indicator will be OFF.
L Solution Tank Empty Indicator – This indicator will illuminate when the solution tank is low.
M RecoveryTankFULL Indicator – This indicator will flash when the recovery tank is FULL. The vacuum system is shut OFF at this point. Draining the recovery
tankwill reset this indicator.
N Vacuum System Switch – This switch is used to turn the vacuum system on or off. When the vacuum is on the squeegee will lower (unless the machine is in
reverse) and when the vacuum is off the squeegee will rise. Pressing this switch will alternate between on and off. The vacuum will only turn on when the drive
pedal is moved from the neutral position. It will remain on for 10 seconds after the drive pedal returns to neutral.
The vacuum also has an automatic shutoff feature that will turn the vacuum and scrub systems off if the recovery tank becomes full. If this occurs, the recovery
tank full indicator (M)will flash. The vacuum shutoff delay is adjustable. See the service manual for details.
* Vacuum System Indicator: The vacuum indicator will be lit if the vacuum is enabled. It will flash if the vacuum is in the delayed-off condition. If the vacuum is
off,this indicator will be off.
O Scrub System OFF Switch - Pressing this switch when the unit is in a scrub mode will cause the following to occur:
• Thescrub brushes will turn off
• The scrub deck will raise to the UP position
• Thesolution flow willbe stopped
• Thefirst timethat thisbutton ispressed, thevacuum/squeegee system will NOT beturned off. Thisis sothat anyremaining watermay bepicked upwithout having
toturn thevacuum back on. If this buttonis presseda secondtime (pressed after the scrubmode hasbeen turnedoff) the squeegee will raiseand thevacuum will
shutoff after a 10second delay.
* Scrub System OFF Indicator: This indicator will be lit if the scrub system is OFF. This indicator will be OFF if the scrub system is enabled or running.

SWEEP SYSTEM
P Side Broom DOWN/ON Switch – This switch is used to lower and/or turn the side broom(s) on. The side broom(s) will lower whenever this switch is pressed
until the bottom limit is reached. The side broom(s) will turn on when the drive pedal is moved from the neutral position. They will remain on for approximately 5
secondsafter thedrive pedal returns to neutral. Thisshutoff periodis adjustable. See the servicemanual fordetails.
* Side Broom ON Indicator:
• This indicator will be lit if the side broom(s) are turned ON.
Q Main Broom ON Indicator: This indicator will be lit if the main broom is down, otherwise it is OFF.
R Light Sensor – Not currently used.
S ShakerSwitch–This switchcontrols thehopper dustcontrol filtershaker. Pressing this button will cause the dustcontrol toturn offand theshaker toturn on. The
shakerwill run for approximately 20seconds. This periodis adjustable. See the service manualfor details. Pressing the switch while the shaker isoperating will
cancel the timer and turn the shaker off. If the dust control was previously on, it will turn back on.
* Shaker Indicator (left): This indicator will be lit if the shaker is turned ON, otherwise it is OFF.
* DustFilterPluggedIndicator(right/optional): Thisindicator willbe litif the dust filter requires cleaning, otherwise it isOFF. NOTE: Requires optionalHopper
Filter Switch Kit.
T DustControlSwitch – This switch controlsthe hopper dustcontrol. Pressing this switch alternates betweenon and off. The dust control will run whenthe drive
pedalis movedfrom theneutral position. Thedust controlwill remainon forapproximately 5seconds afterthe drivepedal returns to neutral. This shutoffperiod is
adjustable. Seethe service manualfor details.
* Dust Control Indicator: This indicator will be green if the dust control system is ON, otherwise it is OFF.
U Side Broom UP/OFF Switch – This switch is used to raise and/or turn the side broom(s) off. The side broom(s) will rise whenever this switch is pressed until
the upper limit is reached. When the upper limit is reached, the side broom(s) will turn off.
* Side Broom OFF Indicator: This indicator will be lit if the side broom(s) are turned OFF.
HOPPER SYSTEM
V OpenDumpDoorSwitch– This switch is used to open the hopper dump door. This switch will only function when the main broom is down or when the hopper
is raised. NOTE: The dump door will automatically open when the hopper is fully down and the main broom is lowered.
* Open Dump Door Indicator: This indicator will be lit while the dump door is in the process of opening, otherwise it is OFF.
W Hopper Open Indicator: This indicator flashes if the hopper is open, otherwise it is OFF.
X HopperOvertempIndicator – This indicator willflash when the hoppertemperature exceeds 140degrees Fahrenheit. NOTE:thehopper temperature switch
isoptional.
Y Close Dump Door Switch – This switch is used to close the hopper dump door. This switch will only function when the main broom is up or when the hopper
is raised. NOTE: The dump door will automatically close when the main broom is raised or when the hopper is raised.
* Close Dump Door Indicator: This indicator will be lit while the dump door is in the process of closing, otherwise it is OFF.
Z LowerHopperSwitch – This switch isused to lowerthe hopper. The hopper will dropas long asthis switch is held. Once the hopper is inthe full-down position,
the Hopper Open Indicator (W)will turn off. If any of the sweep or scrub functions were on when the hopper was raised, they will be reactivated. The dump door
will automatically open or close depending on whether the main broom is down or up. The switch indicator will be lit as long as the switch is held.
* Lower Hopper Indicator: This indicator will be lit while the hopper is in the process of lowering, otherwise it is OFF.
AA Raise Hopper Switch – This switch is used to raise the hopper. Pressing this switch will cause the following to occur:
• Theswitch indicatorwill illuminate
• If the dump door is open (main broom down) the door will close
• The main broom, side brooms, scrub system, solution, and vacuum will all turn off
• If the dust control was on, it will remain on unless programmed otherwise
• Once the dump door is closed, the hopper will begin to raise
• The hopper will continue to raise as long as this switch is held
Once the hopper is no longer in the full-down position, the Hopper Open Indicator (W)will flash. The dump door open and close switches will now be functional
* Raise Hopper Indicator: This indicator will be lit while the hopper is in the process of raising, otherwise it is OFF.
BB Hourmeter/ErrorCodeDisplay– Upon power up orif the machine has beenidle for at least tenseconds with all systemsturned off, the hour meterwill display
the hours for each major electric motor system for 3seconds and continue to cycle through each system as long as the drive pedal is in neutral and all systems
areOFF. Once the drivepedal ispressedor anysystem activated itwill indicatethe drive systemhours (default). Ifanoverloadfaultoccurs, the displaywill indicate
theassociated error codeimmediately.

CC Main Power / Key Switch – Main Power Switch.
DD BatteryConditionIndicator- The battery condition indicator consists of three lights, a green (G), a yellow (Y),and a red (R). The voltage indication will change

EE Solution Flow Control Lever – Move this lever FORWARD to increase solution flow to the floor. Move BACKWARD to decrease the amount of solution flow
to the floor. When the Drive Pedal (OO) is released from either forward or reverse travel, the solution flow will stop automatically, and resume when the drive is
engaged.
FF MainBroomRaise/Lower(ON/OFF)Lever – This leverprimarily controls themain broom. It canalso controltheside broomsanddust controlifdesired. Lowering
this lever will cause the following to occur:
• Themain broomindicator will illuminate
• Themain broomwill belowered tothe operating position
• Theside brooms will be loweredto theoperating position
• Thedust controlwill be enabled
• Thehopper dumpdoor will open
Assoon as the drivepedal is moved fromthe neutral position the main broom and side brooms will start turning and the dust controlwill turn on. The brooms and
dustcontrol willremain on for approximately 5seconds afterthe drivepedal returnsto neutral. Thisshutoff period is adjustable.Seethe servicemanual for details.
Raising the main broom lever will cause the following to occur:
• Themain broomindicator will turn off
• Themain broom will be raisedto the offposition
• The side brooms will be raised and will turn off
• Thedust controlwill turnoff
• Thehopper dump door will close
The side brooms and dust controlcan be programmed not to automaticallycome on with the mainbroom. See the service manualfor details
GG Main Broom Adjust Knob – Used to compensate for main broom wear in order to maintain a 3 inch (7.62cm) wide broom pattern.
HH HopperSafetySupportLever– NEVERwork under a raised hopperwithout the safety support engaged. Toengage; raise thehopper all the way UP,pull back
on lever and then lower hopper until it seats.

JJ MainBroomOverloadIndicatorLight – Thisindicator willbe litif themain broompressure istoo high. Themain broomwill shutoff ifoverloaded foran extended

KK EmergencyBattery Disconnect– Push in on knob to disconnect battery.
LL Tilt Wheel Lever – Pull lever out to release steering column for adjusting up or down.
MM DrivePedal – Controls the machine’s travel speed and direction:
Push down on the Back of the pedal to move the machine Backward.
Push down on the Front of the pedal to move the machine Forward.
The SPEED of the machine will increase as the pedal is pushed closer to the floor. Maximum forward speed is faster than maximum reverse speed.
NN BrakePedal – Operates the mechanicalbrakes on the front wheels.
OO ParkingBrakeLatch–Used to “lock”the brakepedal in placeafter engaging thebrakes. NEVER leavemachine unattended withoutsetting ParkingBrake. Press
onthis latch with your foot instead ofthe brake pedal to activate.
P P Operator Seat Adjustment Lever - Use this lever to slide the operator’s seat forward or backward.

PRE-OPERATIONAL CHECKLIST
BeforeEachUse:
*Inspectthe machine for damage or oil andwater leaks.
*Check the hydraulic oil level (27).
*Make sure the recovery tank is empty.
*Makesure the battery charger isnot connected to the machine.
*Checkbattery chargecondition.
In the Driver’s Seat:
*Besure that youunderstand theoperatingcontrols andtheir functions.
*Adjust the seat to allow easy reach of all controls.
*Insert the Master Key and turn theIgnition Key Switch (CC)to the ON position. Check for proper operation of the Horn (B), HourMeter (BB)and Headlights(14).
Turn the Ignition Key Switch (CC)OFF.
*Check the Parking Brake Latch (OO). The latch must hold its (locked parked) setting firmly with out easily being released.
(Reportall defects immediately to servicepersonnel).
Plan Your Cleaning in Advance:
*Presweepheavily littered areas for moreefficient operation.
*Arrangelong runs with a minimumof stopping or starting.
*Allow 6 inches of broom path overlap to ensure complete coverage.
*Avoidmaking sharp turns, bumping into posts, orscraping the side of the machine.
MAIN BROOM
Severaldifferent main brooms are availablefor thismachine. Contactyour Nilfisk-Advancedealer if you need helpselecting the best broomfor thesurface andlitter that
youwill be sweeping. NOTE:Reference broom maintenance for installationsteps.
SCRUB BRUSH INSTALLATION
1Make sure the Key Switch (CC) is off (O). See Figure 3. Remove side skirt assemblies for easier access. NOTE: Loosen large Black Knob (A) at the front
of each skirt mounting bracket, slide the skirt assembly forward and lift straight UP and off scrub deck.
2Tomountthe brushes(orpad holders) alignthe lugs onthebrush withtheholes onthemounting plateandturn to lockin placeaccordingtorotation directionsshown
in Figure 4.
