INSTRUCTION FOR USE
For your safety, please read the instructions carefully.
l Please make sure that you read these instructions carefully before
use.
l We shall not be held liable, in any way, to any accident arising from
your unauthorized modification to this product.
l The exterior or specifications of this product may be subject to
change without prior notice.
l Please note that damage to the label at the bottom shall lead to
waiver of warranty

Ⅰ. Attention
1. Make sure that no foreign object, filth, groundwater or seawater is in the boiler.
2. Make sure no overflowing takes place (0.24gal~0.26gal /0.9L~1L is
recommended).
3. The boiler body must be installed outside the tent. There is a risk of oxygen
depletion and toxic gas poisoning when installed inside the tent or sleeping
place.
4. Absolutely not!
There is a risk of fire due to gas liquefaction (fuel liquefied leakage) when the
gas cylinder is laid down or turned upside down.
5. In cold weather, the fuel may solidify and not ignite, so wrap the fuel tank 1~3
times with the heated water hose to prevent the fuel from solidifying. Butane
solidifies at 32F/0C and isobutane (butane + propane mixture gas) below
14F/-10C.
6. If auto ignition is repeated but not ignited and only the ignition plug continues
to operate:
♣ Since the fuel is not supplied, please check the fuel condition such as fuel
exhaustion or solidification.
♣ If there is no abnormality in the fuel condition, the fuel supply adjusting
valve may have been adjusted too high. Close the fuel supply adjusting valve
completely and then open it again moderately.
7. Adjust the size of the flame properly. Too much flame can make a fire.
8. Do not heat directly to the fire to melt the solidified fuel.
9. Do not place flammable materials around the boiler.
10. Make sure that the hose connecting the pad and the boiler is not folded. If the
hose or pad is folded, the water will not circulate and will not be heated.
11. Please note that setting too high a temperature may cause a low temperature

burns. It is recommended to set it below 40 ℃.
12. After use, completely drain the water from the pad and boiler. Otherwise, it will
be frozen and unusable when you use it next time.
13. Do not touch the boiler during use. Boiler housing (stainless) is very hot while
heated and until cool down even after use.

1. Hose connection nipples and nuts
Connect the hose from the pad to the boiler.
2. Water inlet
The lid is opened when turned to the left, and locked when turned to the right.

Connectable 12V battery pack, adapter or car electrical cigarette socket.
5. Remote control input (PS2 port)
The boiler be installed outside the tent and connected to the wired remote
control for simple operation in the tent.
6. Fuel supply connector
Connect fuel to the boiler.
Specification: EN417 screw type with thread valve standard
For other specifications, use a nozzle convert adapter.
7. Fuel supply device
An automatic fuel supply and shutoff device is built in, which automatically
feeds and blocks fuel according to the set temperature.

When carbon dioxide (CO2) is detected, the lamp will turn on and a beep will
sound.

E0 : It is related with igniting.
For example, if igniting is not done despite power on and fuel supplying,
this error code appears after repeated igniting trial.
If the igniting continues a few times more after fire starting, it is normal
operating. All the product is operating by that mechanism.
E1 : Connecting problem between temp controller and boiler. Please make
sure that connecting pin is plugged in properly.
CO2 : Temperature controller checks CO2 density every 3~5 minutes and shows
this code if CO2 density is high.
It is very sensitive - so if you put it in the sleeping bag when use are
inside it, CO2 code may appear.

Ⅲ. How to use
1. Unfold the pad in a tent or in a sleeping bag.
2. Connect pad and boiler through water supply hose.
Remove the black nuts from the nipples and put them in the hose. Fit the
rubber hose to the end of the nipple and tighten the nut.
(A small tube connected upper and lower water coming hole in the boiler is for
blocking remaining water inside boiler after use, so please keep it for next time
use.)
3. Connect the boiler and fuel tank.
Specification: EN417 screw type with thread valve standard
For other specifications, use a nozzle convert adapter.
4. Connect a 12V battery pack, adapter or car electrical cigarette socket.
Connect temperature controller to remote control input. And then, place the
remote control in the tent.

5. Open the water tank lid, fill it with water, and lock the lid. (Minimal/Single pad
900ml, Double/Triple 1,000ml)
6. When the boiler power is switched on, the pump starts to operate and
circulates water.
7. Open fuel supply adjusting valve only slightly - two turns counterclockwise.
(Gas does not leak by automatic blocking)
8. When you turn on the temperature controller and set your desired temperature,
the boiler will automatically ignite and start to operate. The auto ignition
repeats several times more even after starting ignition in order to make sure
the ignition.
9. Adjust the flame size properly with the fuel supply adjusting valve.
If the flame is too big, it is dangerous. Also it may hinder auto-ignition due to
strong gas pressure (like a strong wind effect) after auto-extinguit.
Meanwhile, if the fuel supply is too weak, auto ignition will continue and E0
error code may appear which means fuel supply is too small despite of
repeated ignition.

10. When it starts operating, please check the temperature of your mattress for
about the first hour to determine the temperature that suits you.
11. If it has a strong wind, you should do something to protect flame in the stove.
12. In cold weather, the fuel may solidify and not ignite, so wrap the fuel tank 1~3
times with the heated water hose to prevent the fuel from solidifying.
14.After use, completely drain the water from the mattress and boiler. Otherwise,
it will be frozen and unusable when you use it next time.
Water drainage can be done by following process :
A. Tilt or raise mattress/pad to drain water for over 1 minute.
B. Blow out one of the water tube by hand balloon pump for about 1 minute
and repeat it 2~3 times until the remaining water completely drained through
the other tube.
C. Tilt the boiler several times to remove the remaining water completely.
D. Blow out the below water tube by hand balloon pump for about 1 minute
until the remaining water completely drained.
Under the extreme cold where water is frozen very quickly, this process should be

done in a hurry before water become ice. Once it is frozen, it makes impossible to
use it unless you melt it.
If you could not drain water completely in outdoor site, please do it even after
coming back home for next time use.
Ⅳ. Before you ask for repair
1. When the pad is not warm enough, make sure that the hose connecting the
mat with the boiler is not bended.
2. In cold weather, the fuel may solidify and not ignite, so wrap the hot water
supply hose two or three times in the fuel tank to prevent the fuel from
solidifying.
3. Fuel liquefied leaks are due to ambient temperature and misuse, and can not
be repaired. Please understand how to use the right fuel and ignite
4. For any inconveniences or inquiries, please contact our Customer Care
Department.
5. If the remote control does not turn on or each function does not work, remove
the battery, reinstall it, and turn the power switch off and on several times.
6. Battery packs, adapters or cigar sockets for electrical supply must use 12V
specifications.
Ⅴ. Warranty
We hereby represent and warrant that:
1. This product has been manufactured under our strict quality assurance and
inspection as required by the Quality Control Law on Industrial Products.
2. Any defect arising out of normal use of this product shall be subject to our
warranty for one year as specified in the Consumer Protection Act. We offer
charged repair for breakdown in or damage to the product caused by your
negligence.
3. We shall not be liable for any breakdown, damage or accident caused by
unauthorized repair or modification.
(Please note that damage to the label at the bottom shall lead to waiver of
warranty)
4. Fire caused by gas liquefaction (gas liquefaction leakage) can not be repaired
because it is a careless use problem.
5. Failure or damage caused by careless handling of the customer can be repaired
at your expense.
